Maybe I had a one off experience.I dropped my wheels off to be painted on the 12th of march, with the understanding they would be repainted (not powder coated) within 3-4 days. After a week(The 19th of march ) I receive an email asking about tire installation, but no update on the completion of the wheels. I call and send emails, no response… On the 27th of march I get an email with Eurobeats apologizing for the poor communication, and that they had a death in the family so they’re backed up ( we’re a over a week past the 3-4 day turn around at this point) still no update on the wheels.. on the 1st of April I received Another Apology email about poor communication, but still no update on the completion of the wheels… to wrap the story up, April 10th is when i got a phone call saying my wheels were ready to be picked up.. so almost a full 4 weeks… $1000 for four wheels, no communication, over 3 weeks past a given turn around time, tape was left on 2 of the wheels between coats of paint, and the face of two wheels started peeling after 2months..*The photos do show epoxy residue, along with curb rash, and water damage.* The “3-4 day” completion time was also given after pictures of the wheels were received, if there were questions about the condition they could have been asked after taking custody of the wheels or receiving the images.Im not taking anything away from the company on quality of work. I was happy with outcome of the wheels, but again the turn around time, lack of communication, and denial of using tape in the painting process when there is clearly paint dried over tape.. I was asked about tire mounting a full week after dropping the wheels off on a 3-4 day turnaround… Two weeks after dropping the wheels off it was communicated that there was a death in the family and the company was behind on projects. Im not asking to be reimbursed. I’m sharing my experience.

Did an amazing job on my wheel that was damaged! Wheel looks brand new the owner Rob is super talented. 10/10I dont have a picture of what the wheel looked like before but i had some medium level curb rashing and now you cant even tell!!

They did a great job on my rims and calipers. I’m satisfied with the job. However, I think they take too long, in my case I dropped off my car on a Wednesday. It wasn’t ready until the next Monday. I think 3 days at most should suffice. Regardless, they deserve 5 stars for the quality of work done.

I contacted multiple wheel repair shops to try and fix a nick in the finish of a new wheel. They all said they couldnt match the color because it was a custom color/finish. EUROBEATWHEELS told me the same thing but went with them because of the positive reviews. I really didnt have high expectations given what everybody was saying about the color/finish. I upgraded my wheel/tires and am happy with Robert and Ashleys service. Needed a few things done:1. Paint the new wheels to a custom color, which they had live samples for me to see in person and pick&choose.2. Mount / balance tires on the new wheels3. Refinish a curb rash on one of my old wheels.4. Unmount tires on old wheels and pack them up for storage.The custom gold color came out great and paint consistency is decent. Since I was dropping the car off there I decided to fix all 4 wheels because they were all curbed from city driving and parking. I was extremely happy with the results. Extremely pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail provided by EuroBeatWheels to ceramic paint my front and rear brake calipers. Ashley was extremely helpful in explaining alternatives and the pricing options for ceramic painting versus powder coating. The location is convenient in Rockville, MD. They are also efficient. I dropped the car off Saturday at opening time so I could pick it up same day. The results of their work exceeded my expectations. Really made the wheels pop compared to the stock silver gray OEM caliper colors on my mosaic black 2017 Camaro SS Coupe! Pictures of the front and rear wheels show the quality of work.

***Update - Google doesnt allow more than one review, so Im just updating my original review with pics of new work that Eurobeat Wheels did for me.This time, I just needed them to re-wrap a dented door that I had previously wrapped, as well as wrap my wheels (outer lip), to match my copper highlights on the rest of the car, and then wrap the interior of my hood (frunk) to match the exterior.They did an AMAZING job, everything came together quite beautifully. I especially get compliments on the hood work because it was so intricately and perfectly done, especially with the red highlights.Their specialty may be wheels, but Ive had everything done by them from wraps, to custom mods, to electrical installs - and they never disappoint.***Previous review below for my previous car ***First of all, great customer service - Ashley, the Accounts Manager, even arranged to have me dropped off back home after dropping off the vehicle, since I only lived a mile away.Most importantly though, they fixed my leaking wheel problem on a very expensive 3-piece forged HRE wheel.Id noticed that one of my tires was losing close to 10 psi every week, and since I was due for new tires anyway, I went ahead and replaced all four tires in some Tire Store up north, thinking maybe I had a nail or something on one of the tires.About a week after replacing all four tires, I noticed I still had a problem of one of the tires losing pressure again (different tire - Im guessing they rotated my wheels in the process of changing the tires).So I went to a different Tire Shop local to me in Maryland, to see what was going on. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the tire (probably not even in the old one either) - the wheel itself was the problem - there was air leaking apparently through one of the rivets that hold the three pieces together.This was getting complicated fast - Id gone through a lot of trouble and money, buying these wheels in the first place, but one of the tire guys in the shop calmed my nerves, and told me to call HRE and arrange to fix the problem since they should have lifetime warranty, but also that he had a similar issue in his car and found it easier to just take it to Eurobeat wheels nearby.Tried to go the HRE route - and wasnt something I wanted to deal with either. They wanted me to either mail my wheel myself, or take it to one of their certified dealers, closest of which was two hours away, and have them take off the wheel, inspect it and mail it to them for repair. I dont even have a spare tire and wheel (my vehicle didnt come with one, and nowhere to conveniently put it anyway), so I would need to buy a spare wheel in the mean time, till the HRE wheel is sent back (and also pay for shipping it to HRE hQ and back).Needless to say, it was more convenient for me to just take it to Eurobeat as recommended, and pay to repair the wheel out of pocket, and it turned out even cheaper too, since I only needed to leave the car overnight, no need to buy a spare and pay two shipping fees. They did a splendid job and the problem went away!

This is the one place I can go for any scratches on my rims that need to be restored or scratches on the body. I have a 2013 Audi S6 and a 2014 Audi RS5. Over the years we abused the wheels on these cars. Based on the online reviews I took the cars to EUROBEATWHEELS. The results are perfect. Looking for a place to fix curb scratch damages on two of our wheels, I came across this shop that had surprisingly great reviews with all being 5 star ratings. Ashley was very helpful in providing quotes on the damages and making an appointment. The pricing estimates they provided were spot on; no more or less. They did a really great job making the wheel look pretty much brand new and you wouldnt have thought there were previous damages. They completed the job in shorter time than they expected and the whole process from quotes to payment were all very simple and easygoing. This is a place I would definitely recommend since they are fair, dont try to cheat you, easy to work with and does a great job. I can see why there were nothing but great reviews here.

So grateful to Eurobeatwheels. The window motor on my Infiniti died rendering my passenger door useless. It also caused damage to the paint. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, but they also have loaner cars available on site. Fast, great service and friendly staff. Our 340i was being MD inspected and turned out 1 wheel was bent. I dropped the wheel off the same day we found out at 5pm and they had it ready for me around 6pm! On top of that they used black weights vs silver so they were more hidden. Ive brought 2 of my cars here to have the brake calipers repainted and both times they did an amazing job. Not only are Robert and Ashely really friendly and nice but they know what they are doing and they do a great job of it. Robert is the man. He clearly knows his craft. It has been almost 2 months since my cracked wheel was welded, painted and machined by him and it still looks great. Customer service with Ashley was fast and efficient. She set me up with an appointment the day of my accident and quickly handled my warranty provider to get the repair started immediately. I also appreciated that Robert took the time to wait for weather conditions to be optimum in order for the paint to adhere properly. That kind of attention to detail really shows he knows his stuff and truly has the customers best interest in mind. Thanks again!

I took my porsche to get a wrap! Robert explained everything and the process. He even suggested a satin wrap instead of the matte. He told me it would look better and was he right! The detail and time it took him...I am left speechless. He even fixed the curb rashes on my rims!

I made an appointment in March to color my calipers red with AMG and my wheels black, however, I postponed it due to COVID. I then made an appointment in June when I was ready, and everything was contactless. I spoke with Ashley on the phone and she walked through the specific details. Ashley was very understanding I absolutely love my new wheels! It makes my Mercedes really stick out and unique. The details are so exceptional that I find it so satisfying just looking at my car. I also want to wrap certain parts of my car black, so I’ll definitely contact them again. Everything was professional and they made everything so easy. I highly recommend!

It’s difficult to put in words how incredible the experience at EUROBEATWHEELS was.Robert and Ashley were great from day one. I gave them a big project- my new 2018 4Runner. Complete matte vinyl wrap job, accent wraps and paint, new suspension with a lift, new rims, new tires, tinting of all windows, remote start, new fender flares (added by Robert and look amazing), new grill (also Robert’s addition and looks great!), we also decided to remove a few badges to give it a more custom look. It was indeed a collaborative effort, and you can tell they take this stuff SERIOUSLY.Saying they did an amazing job is an understatement. They also gave me a loaner car free of charge for the time they worked on the vehicle. Awesome bonus! Customer service was above and beyond. I will bring my wife’s vehicle here next. No question.

When I got my new wheels and tires I needed them mounted and balanced. I called Eurobeatwheels after I got screwed over at NTB. Ashley was super understanding of my situation and actually got my car in and out same day! The wheels were expensive and the tires were meaty so it had to be a special mount and balancer which they had! Any performance car who needs their wheels mounted and balanced with no harm to the wheel needs to go to Eurobeatwheels! They have my buisness for as long as I’m driving performance cars. Wheel specs are 20x11 with 315/35/20 on the rears.

The customer service with Ashley is second to none in a industry known for a lack of communication. They keep you in the loop every step of the way and you never have to worry about getting a quick and accurate answer. They went out of their way to make sure the work was done correctly when I had two prior shops tell me it couldnt be done the way I needed. If you are looking for the best quality of work and customer service, these are the guys! I wont take my car anywhere else ever again.

Im pretty experienced with car repair and know a good shop when Ive been served by one. I had three Corvette wheels which were mildly to moderately bent (evil bridge expansion joint on RT50 returning from the beach). I looked at a number of places in Montgomery County, but couldnt ignore Eurobeatwheels solid 5-star record with many reviews. I found them to be professional, fair and that they know what they are doing. They are running a good business, which is busy because they do very very good work. Its important that a shop deliver on promises, and these guys did that for me.

Ashley and Rob did a great job with customer service and customized paint job on my rims. Ashely sat with me and showed me a million pictures because I was very precise with the shade of black and finish that I wanted. Rob pulled out a couple wheels and showed me the different finishes in the lighting. I appreciated how patient and accommodating they were with me. Rob really cares about his customers and said you will pay once you are happy with the service. Also when you go in, you will hear blasting European house music. I felt like I was at some gay night club and it was just absolutely fantastic - SOLD.
