Stay away! Dont buy from these scammers!Ordered a recliner chair for $600 and had it delivered 2 weeks later. It turned out that Marina brought me the store demo which smelled really bad and had damages pretty much all over the sides and she had even taped the hole that I shared the picture of. She promised me that shed order another one but she has failed to do so. Ive left numerous voicemails and no reply. I will be reporting her to BBB and Consumer Reports, as well as The County and The State. She sold me the recliner when the store was closed due to the Covid19 shutdown so she will also be reported for that.Very unprofessional, but I wont let her get away with this.

Ordered a 3pc living set. They delivered the wrong set. 1 recliner 2 couches that are 3 seaters. They said they were gonna deliver the love seat and fix the issue. They never did. Don’t ignore the reviews. I wish I had read them before using this store.

They never delivery furniture on time. when I bought my furniture they told me next week I will get it but it took them more than one month, every time I call they said next day even they dont want to give my money back. Horrible experience, I order a mattress a new bed from this place. After a couple months, I decided to clean the bed cover and I noticed that instead of giving me a bed frame they instead placed the sample of foam shaped into a bed frame and gave me that piece instead of the full complete top bed set. I was told I would get a complete bed set but instead they gave me the bottom part and instead placed a cheap foamy Material. Felt I was literally scammed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I promised to deliver it.I called again on Wednesday, she said it again” it’s on the way, just wait... then 6:00 pm... raining... no delivery. She promised again on Friday 6:30 PM. Of course... it’s not coming..Then she said: he’s from a far way.. just wait to 11 PM. ..... I’m going to file a complaint to the consumer department.Update: Find the right person -Matthew to solve my issue, get the refund back and keep the bonus gift. The store should have good business if they can more organized and have a better communication. The delivery is a big issue, its not their own company, but a partner and often made the wrong items, also the inventory management is an issue, too. I searched many furniture stores locally and online after I cancel my order, it needs 6 weeks to deliver my order. I will still give the three stars for the sofa we bought in a good price and quality.

Let me call Marina to find out whats going on, Are you sure thats the amount you paid. Marina never answers her phone call as both of them are in cahoots. People run as fast as your legs can carry you. Dont put your hard earned money into the hands of these conniving professional scammers. Be warned.

They are in business to get people’s money without giving them the furniture they paid for. From the owner of the store to the child and employee. They gonna keep lying to you each time you called (that’s if they pick up) your furniture is gonna be delivered and you will never get to see them deliver nothing. It’s been two months since I paid cash to get furniture from them. They initially didn’t have what I ordered them the owner talk me into getting another design which I did because am in need of it urgently. When the furniture was delivered they delivered a wrong size. I asked to get the size I wanted but the owner insisted on picking up the one they delivered to me before I can get the right size. I obliged. The owners son picked the wrong size delivered to me up and since then they have been posting me each time I called. Telling me today, when today comes she’s gonna say next week and so on. The worst part is sometimes she won’t even pick up. When she pick up she will promise to call you back I’m 10mins and you will never see her call. This people are SCAMMERS. They will just take your money DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE in getting anything from them else................Update, Till today I haven’t received my footboard and head board. This company failed to deliver my goods up till now I have been calling to pick my goods on my own but they refused to pick up. Since 4days ago I purchased a living room set in Riverdale branch. The boy there so unprofessional and arrogant in his behavior. I do not know if they want to froud me or there are things going on with this company that they don’t want to tell anyone.

They made a deal for a bedframe and the owner of the store herself made a mistake and wrote down the model number for another one we had previously discussed. Once it came down to delivery, she kept forgetting about the times we had agreed on. I went back to get a refund for the bedframe and that is where we realized she was going to give us the wrong one. After explaining to her what happened she eventually called me a liar and refused to give us the corrected one. She then said that everything is being videotaped to which I said to look at it and she’ll see we are being honest. Some other lady said that the only way I would see it would be in court. My husband and I were insulted. We are getting partial refund after arguing and going back and forth. These people are unprofessional. Do not buy from them. They just want your money.EDIT TO THE RESPONSE BELOW: First and foremost, there was never a “insufficient funds” cancellation. We ran the credit and it didn’t work out, but I had the funds available to purchase. Secondly, the order placed at first was with the bed fram Maria claims to be the one we wanted to purchase second. Again, and I reiterate, ONE BED FRAME AND ONE PURCHASE was made. Third, the reason we decided to cancel and to not have business with you again was because Maria and myself agreed on MULTIPLE dates and times for deliveries that NEVER showed up. Not only did I miss work and lost wages, but so did my husband. I called and texted and not once did she reply. But she did admit to “forgetting”. Lastly, the refund amount you’re claiming is also incorrect. I have text message receipts, the refund check, and also a video recorded on my cell phone about the purchase made. Our end goal was to receive the frame we ordered, not JUST the mattresses and also timely service. However, due to the complete unprofessional an displayed by Maria and some other lady who seems to think she’s also the owner, we decided to cancel. Again, ONE PURCHASE AND ONE CANCELLATION. Maria even went on ahead and told me that my lies would in the future affect MY CHILDREN and was threatening me stating that Jesus Christ was going to take care of someone like me. Of course I cancelled. You got my order wrong, clearly you are also lying for which I have proof, AND your so called professional “owner” decided to bring my children into threats about God. If I could give this place a big ZERO I would. I’m all for helping out fellow Hispanic business owners but you all just love to take advantage of people and do it for the money.
