Very excellent customer service all the way around. Minor problems to include delivery for queen 1 piece box spring that couldnt clear my stairwell. Had to return and immediately rescheduled for split queen box spring the very next day. AWESOME!! Mattress was delivered on exact date and placed on bed frame. I wasnt present at time of delivery. Once I got home noticed some very unordinary lumps and bumps at head of mattress for entire width of mattress. Call Rockville store the next day spoke with 2 individuals (Chris the manager and I think Andrew, not sure of name) but both took care of everything. Encouraged me to take pictures and send in. Within a matter of days was rescheduled for new mattress exchange. Again AWESOME!!! Extremely HAPPY with entire process. Mattress comfortable and feels exactly as showroom model.

I used the bed match (what a relief to not have to worry I was picking the wrong mattress) and found the perfect mattress for my aching back. Best mattress buying experience ever! David and Kris were both extremely helpful finding me the right bed. I bought a floor model and Kris took the time to explain the mattress covers and everything so I wouldnt damage it during transport. Mitch and Kris were both working this afternoon, when I came into Mattress Warehouse of Rockville Pike Metro. I know very little about mattresses. Mitch asked me to lay down on the Bed Match Machine and I received a printout that recommended mattresses for me. I worked with Mitch and he was able to explain the different mattresses to me and we found one that was perfect for me, and the price was fantastic.

We got my daughter a mattress from here. Ahmed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us a very good price and the service was great. We made a mistake in choosing the box spring and Ahmed when above and beyond to help us exchange it with the right one. We had talked to other mattress stores and this one was the best. It helps so much to find someone that knows what he is talking about and that is so capable of finding the right solution for the customer. In the end that was one of the main reason why I decided to purchase here rather than in the other places I had seen: Yousef found the exact group of mattresses that tailors the needs of my family and managed to sort out all obstacles. After shopping at several locations over the course of the week (in our quest to find the perfect mattress) we stumbling upon The Mattress Warehouse. They by far had the best customer service experience. Kris was a doll and chatted with us on multiple visits. We laughed at her suggestion about cutting two beds in half to satisfy my husband and Is needs. It wasnt only the bed options, but the warm customer service that will keep me coming back.

Bought quite expensive mattress in December. In July it became so soft and flimsy that i was simply sinking in it. Contacted the store about their 10 year warranty and was told that it does not cover that! Mattress is pretty much useless right now. DONT BUY THERE.

If I was rating the sales team this would be a 5, and the mattress was delivered on time, but during delivery the guys moving it scratched out entire walkway and driveway because they didn’t actually pick up the frame. It’s a very obvious scratch and should have been entirely avoidable. We’re just hoping it wears down with use of the walkway - highly disappointed though that there was no acknowledgment or apology for it.

My experience with this particular Mattress Warehouse is appalling. I went to the store yesterday after shopping around for mattresses. I was in need of 5 mattress sets. I had a great offer from another establishment but I decided to stop by this store since it is conveniently located less than 1 mile from my residence before i finalize the other. The salesperson was pleasant and very helpful, Ahmed. I ordered all the 5 mattresses to be delivered today with 2 different delivery addresses under one order. I had 2 twin sets and 2 queen sets to be delivered to my sister in Germantown and a king set with the frame to be delivered to mine.This morning, preparing for my delivery, I woke up early, steam cleaned my carpet, removed my old set of queen mattress. My room is ready for the new king set. At about 11:42 AM Ahmed called me to let me know he received an email that the king set I had originally ordered was back ordered and was not available. He offered me another set they have in their inventory without the pillow top. I told him I want the pillow top per my original order as I relayed to him my concern; if they fail to deliver today, I will have to sleep with my co-sleeping 1 year old toddler on the floor. He said he will reach out to his district manager and get back to me. At 2 PM, I called the store back, another sales person picked up the phone. I had to explain the whole situation. He told me he will try to reach out to his district manager and promised to reach back to me by 5 PM. I relayed to him my concern how it is getting too late and Im afraid I will not get my mattress on time. I asked if I can try to reach out to his district manager. He gave me the customer service number. After our conversation, I immediately reached out to the customer service and requested to be connected to the district manager. They transferred me to the district manager voice mail, so I left a message. I called the store back at 5 PM and spoke to the same sales person, he told me he was with a customer and he will call me when hes done. At 5:53 PM I tried to reach out to the customer service, but by then they are already done for the day. I had to call the store again and ended up coming to the store in person. The sales person was the only one there. I was extremely upset by then. He told me he has been trying to reach his district manager and he has not gotten back to him. I asked him to try to reach out to him again. When he did, the district manager picked up his phone. Non-chalantly, the district manager asked the sales person to give me the option to upgrade my order to the pillow top king set they have in inventory which happen to be less expensive and lower quality than what my original choice. His response just made me even angrier. I asked for his number and called the district manager with my own private number. I tried to reason with him. I was hoping since he is the district manager he will have a better customer service approach than a mere sales person. To my shock, he was worse. He told me he was on his day off, I was disrupting his day off. I shouldnt bother him, I should be happy he even picked up my call. I asked for another person to talk to since I am bothering him on his day off, he said to call John, his supervisor at the Customer Service. At the time, the customer service department has already closed. My interaction with him was very unpleasant with no resolution. If anything, he had made me even more unhappy. One of his witty remarks was Even the owner of the company cant deliver you the mattress today. Good to know. His resolution was to either take the upgrade option by tomorrow or have my order refunded, though they refused to refund the whole order, only for my king set.As I am writing this review staring at my son sleeping at the floor covered in our comforter, here are my advice for future customers:Dont waste your time, energy and money on Mattress Warehouse. Nowadays, you can get mattresses from many other reputable sources. Walk away from them, heck, run.
