Fast, thorough, and successfulWith three grown children, one temporarily living at home, we needed to replace the mattress on a childhood bed for comfort and wear. After online research, we went to Mattress Warehouse at Traville Gateway, Rockville, and worked with Rose to find a new mattress that would be comfortable for an adult, yet not prohibitively expensive, and one that would be well-crafted enough to use as a guest bed when our daughter again moved away.Rose listened to our requirements, asked a few questions, including budget, then found us several mattresses that would work for us. Rose was knowledgeable and attentive, and lovely to work with as we completed our purchase. Delivery was arranged the next day, and the movers were prompt, friendly and courteous -- providing an accurate delivery time, updating us of delivery status, unpacking and setting up the new mattresses and removing the old mattresses.We ended up with a comfortable, good-quality mattress, that suited our needs, at what we felt was a reasonable and fair price, and our daughter is already enjoying the benefits of better sleep.This was a positive experience, and we will shop there again when we are ready for another mattress.

This review is not a reflection of the sales associate Mohammad. He went above and beyond to make sure I get a good deal on my purchase. I would give him 5 stars. Great guyHowever, in regards to the actual Mattress Warehouse company, there are some major issues. I made my purchase for 2 beds this past Thursday evening, 1/28, and scheduled the delivery for the following Saturday, 1/30.Upon delivery I found both mattresses had tears in the stitching. One mattress had small tears on 2 handles. The 2nd mattress had a large tear by the handle and the inside material was exposed. I unfortunately could not accept 2 brand new beds in this condition. This was extremely disappointing. It seems as if somewhere along the delivery process someone was handling the mattresses recklessly and damaged them.I called the store and had to reschedule for today, 2/2. After not receiving any emails or calls about a delivery window I called the store and was informed they canceled all deliveries for today due to weather. This is something I should have been notified about. I understand we can not control the weather but this wouldnt have been a problem if they had delivered mattress in good condition to me on Saturday.As a customer this is frustrating and disappointing. I cant say I would reccomend buying from this company.

My parents insisted we come to a mattress store to actually lay on beds and test them out, rather than order them online. At first, I was a fan because this place has a machine that reads your sleep style, asks you health questions, and then tells you which bed would be best for your back. It recommended a bed I used to have, that I loved, so it seemed an easy pick. Where this store lost me, is that we were there on Black Friday and the salesman, as nice as he was, kept saying we were getting the best Black Friday sales. Then, just as we were checking out, I noticed their Price Match Guarantee - theyd match any competitors price plus 10% if you found it cheaper. I quickly looked online and found it on a website for several hundred dollars cheaper. The website? THEIR OWN WEBSITE. We didnt ask for the 10% (which we probably should have) but it upset me that had we not looked, they would have charged us hundreds of dollars more than what their own website was selling the bed for. So I understand wanting to go in a store and test out beds, but do your research beforehand (or while youre there) to make sure youre not being overcharged. (Also, they told me the delivery guys would give me thirty minutes notice before delivery so Id have time to meet them at home - it was ten minutes and a mad scramble that ended up being really stressful. Wasnt a fan.)
