Terrible customer service, the Hispanic guy at the front desk had an attitude like I forced him to work there. After 2 hours, finally got an estimate on my repairs and it was extremely overpriced. Went to another auto shop and ended up paying less than half of the GP estimate. Strongly advise you to go elsewhere for car repairs.
This is the WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL scheming repair shop in Maryland. This guy allegedly fixed my car. Just after it was fixed, he told me the noise I heard would go away with some driving. That never happened, in fact the noise got worse over time. When the car was brought back to him he refused to accept acknowledge the causal relationship between his fix and the new issue with the car. If you want a professional job, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, take your car to this place!...
