I have replaced my batteries on both my cars with them for the third time now. They really honor their warranty and will give you a pro-rated discount towards a new one depending on how many years you have had one. I was very impressed recently when I left my keys in the car for a week and my battery ran out. They gave me a loaner battery and re-charged my battery for free! They provide great service, professional installation and great prices.

UPDATE: One year later I went in to get a Powersport battery. As always customer service was courteous and capable and I got the best price on a quality battery anywhere.From last year:Theres no reason to go anywhere else for your battery needs.Customer service has been 5 stars every time that Ive been here. Prices are as good as everywhere - even online. Staff is very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.The last time that I was at Battery Warehouse I was in for a new power sports battery. Better price than online. I had cleaned out my garage and shed and had brought along old dead car, boat and power sport batteries.When it came time to pay, I only owed $15 for the power sport battery.Without being asked, the manager had given me a core refund for each dead battery that I had brought to them! I certainly wasnt expecting that.What a nice surprise.

I needed a new battery for my wifes Hyundai. It is a newer model that requires you to plug in a battery saver device so when the battery is removed, the computer programming is not lost. I called a few auto places and they had 3 or 4 hour waits or next day to install. So I jump started the car and drove over there. The whole deal took about 10 minutes and I was driving down the road. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Jeff and Steve gave me amazing service. When AAA balked at replacing a failed AAA battery they put a new one in and offered to swap it out if and when AAA replaced my battery. Jeff and Steve were knowledgeable and helpful and prompt and priced reasonably. A real joy to work with. And they did the swap when AAA finally replaced.

Needed a jump start after the battery in my 2008 Lexus ES350 stopped working Friday night. When I woke up on Saturday, the car was deader than a doorknob. While searching on the web I finally found a company that had great customer reviews - Battery Warehouse on E. Gude Drive and called. Steve Wilson was so pleasant to talk to that I just knew I was dealing with the right person. Steve checked my old battery first and, after finding a dead cell, recommended a replacement (which incidentally was less than several other companies I had called). I was in and out in about 15 minutes - the car sounds and feels great and I can highly recommend this company.

After testing, I was told my battery was ok and was charged nothing. He could have taken my money for a new battery I evidently didnt need, but he has integrity and honesty. I absolutely reccommend Battery Warehouse for any battery needs you might have. (He doesnt do laptops though.)The man who helped me with my car battery was very friendly and kind, extremely helpful, and knew what he was doing. Pricing was better than anywhere elase I called (almost half-cost!). Only a very small charge for install.I was facing ordering some particular-to-brand parts that would have set me back $90, but he fixed them for the few dollars or so it took to purchase a couple parts. He had everything in stock, and fixed the car while my kids and I while we waited, even explained what he was doing.Wonderful company; they will get my business every time.
