I didn’t know that it seems quite difficult to find a place that replaces Mercedes Benz batteries, since it involves reprogramming the system. I went on vacation and my car would not start when I returned. Dennis is very personable and responsive. Professional while being pleasant which is so nice. Not only that, the response time was fast! I called him at 10:30 pm with a dead battery and he was out to my apartment complex the next day at 10:00 am! So much better than having to have my poor car towed just to get a battery replaced. He even helped me get it started because there was a bit of difficulty due to a little fuel clog from not running so long. He patiently helped me try to start it a few times and the clog cleared and the car was back up and running! He even advised me on how long I would need to run it based on how dead my car was before (it had not run in over a month with the pandemic). After running it around town for two hours my car is back!

I called to ask for a quote to get my car’s battery changed and they told me $200 for labor and part. They LIED. Ended up costing $279 and when I confront them about it they argued and denied that they said that. DO NOT GO.

They serviced the battery knowing the connectors were bad...replaced the old battery with the new battery but with bad connectors. It still didnt start but service was paid due to the replacement of the battery. Did a halfway job just to get the money!
