Went in to get new tires. Asked for a full tire service, balance and alignment. Today I took my car to mechanic due to shaking. My mechanic told me to take the car back to tires plus because they either sold me rotten tires or didnt do the alignmentMy tires are balding on the insides and still new on the outsides. This is dues to bad toe settings according to my mechanic.I went back to get them to resolve the issue they blamed it on my suspension and told me I basically had a poorly built car. No matter what they do they car will always bald my tires. They refused any responsibility.

100% don’t recommend. I need a single tire replaced. I called ahead to make sure they have time to do it. Nope, had to schedule an appointment 2 days later. Showed up on time of my appointment but had to wait over an hour to get a single, read 1 tire, replaced.Why have appointments if the person still has to sit around for an hour. It takes ten minutes to mount a tire.

I was sent here to get my tires installed (and balanced) by Tire Rack. The mechanics were very friendly with everything but there is an issue. I KNEW the car needed an alignment and the shop offered to do an alignment check for free just in case. Everything went smooth that day - they did everything I asked for. But I noticed my car would pull to one side when the steering wheel was straight. So I took it for an alignment to a mechanic and he did the alignments perfectly. But my car still pulled to the left. So I take it back to the alignment mechanic and he double checks the alignment, and the alignment is still perfect. So the next thing they do is check my wheel balances. Guess what? One of the wheels had BETTER balance WITHOUT weights compared to the weights put in by Tire Plus. All 4 of my wheels needed to be rebalanced. If it was just one tire needing a balance, I would be like okay maybe a weight fell off or the machine did an oops. But no, ALL 4 WHEELS needed to be rebalanced. I dont understand how a wheel balancing could make the wheel MORE unbalanced than stock.

I called 5 tire shops before getting to Tires Plus and finding Jeremy. We were moving from NY to FL and my runflat went flat on 270 on a Saturday night. Sunday morning everyone said it would be 3-5 days to get a new tire, but Jeremy said hed see if he could get us on the road right away. He took his lunch break to find my tire, picked it up personally, and installed it himself before 5pm on Sunday. Hes a blessing - and Id recommend this place to every person possible. Jeremy went above and beyond - and he exemplifies their exceptional service promise. My husband and I are SO grateful - Jeremy saved our move.

Good. We only had a couple of tires mounted and balanced but they made it easy and were done in a couple of hours.

They saw me on short notice to do a tire balance and rotation; this after Mr. Tire wouldnt honor my on-line appointment time. They were courteous, promptly completed the work, and gave me a good price. I was also pleased with the cleanliness of the waiting area.

These guys went out of their way to accommodate me and had me back on the road in just a few hours. I cant thank them enough, but I can recommend them to other people in need of tires. Thanks guys!

These guys were open on a Sunday and able to quickly change out a flat tire

They were going to charge for two services (A and B). By doing both at the same time, it meant the first service (A) would need to be repeated a month later with during a follow-on service (C). When I called my husband to confirm the work to be done he said, I dont think they can do A today because they have to A when they do C. I relayed this and the employee literally said, You have to understand were trying to make money here. Yes, that is correct, so you only want A done with C? I could not believe he fessed up to trying to pull one over, and only because I first confirmed with an auto-savvy person I didnt have to pay for a service twice?

I have a ZERO rating for this establishment!! The techs on duty have very little knowledge of vehicles. I recently got a tune up and oil change at this establishment and less than 2 weeks later my oil light came on. Took my vehicle back just to find out that they placed the incorrect oil in my vehicle which caused the vehicle to burn oil faster. No apology issued just we will top it off with the correct oil. Again I am in for service for a head light change, tech originally said couldn’t do it informed him not to attempt anymore since he informed me he didn’t have correct tools. He continues to try and breaks the light!! And then continues to tell me that he has to place tape on something regarding my oil a screw or something. Absolutely terrible customer service and incompetent techs. Unfortunate situation cannot trust this establishment. First visit was good every visit since then trash and unsafe!! Would not recommend to anyone. Train staff to be more knowledgeable of the craft and customer service. Do better

They dont even deserve half a star. Had appointment to bring my vehicle in for new tires, When I got there, manager says they are way behind, and Id be waiting for two or more hours. I Iived about 5 minutes away, and asked if it would be alright to go home, and they could call me when they were ready for me. They said sure no problem. About two hours later, they called and said they were ready for me. I got to the shop in under five minutes. They said to sit in the waiting area and theyd call me shortly. After an hour passed, they called me up to the service desk to tell me that they didnt have tires that would be suitable for my work van.

I had a very good experience at this Tires Plus. From the minute I walked in the shop I was listened to and treated respectfully. I explained to the Service Advisor -*Moises*- what was going on with my car and I noticed he was even taking notes. As I was leaving he said he would either have the technician - *Curtis* - or he himself, would call me to let me know what the problem was with my vehicle. They actually both called me one right after the other. I was given the price of what the job was going to be by *Moises* and was told that the car would be done by a set time. I was actually called 30 minutes before that- and told that the job was completed.I will definitely be going back to them if I ever need anything done to my car, and will for sure start having my oil changes done there.** Just a side note - I have already referred 2 people there who have appointments within the next few days.With gratitude for a job well done,Colleen

Got a flat tire nearby so I stopped in this store to get 2 new tires. They were able to fit me in after an hour wait which I consider super dope for showing up without an appointment. Their prices were fair and dude was helpful.

I went online the night before. Got a quote. Made an appointment for the very next day. Took my car up, dropped it off. They were very informative, did not try to sell me unnecessary items. Four new tires, alignment and Oil change all done and ready by lunchtime. Service was great, very clean atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Will definitely return and recommend to others. A+++++

I have been using this shop for about 20 years. I recently purchased 4 new tires for my Suburban. I made an appointment to drop the vehicle in the morning and to pick up at 1pm. Everything went perfectly. There was only one staff at the front desk to checkout and there were at least 4 other people behind me when I left, but I didnt mind the wait, there is a wait for everything in this area. I was out the door by 115pm. Love my new tires!

The people here are awesome. A tread blew out on our X3 as we were traveling home from a vacation in DC. We called them and not only did they have the correct size in stock, they took us right away and got us back on the road in about 90 minutes.As a bonus, it happened to be the day of the 2017 eclipse and they were a lot of fun to talk with as we approached the maximum.If you are in need of tires, I cannot recommend Tires Plus enough. Purchased 4 tires with 4 wheel alignment. Paid $84.99 for alignment. When received car, was provided analysis documenting that camber was out of specifications and told that camber could not be adjusted on the vehicle. (Subaru). This was factually incorrect. Had to provide them instructions on how to perform service on this fairly common car. They provided updated document that camber is now within specifications. Have not independently determined whether car was actually fixed - all I have is an updated document. Can detect no change in handling.Tires appear to have been installed correctly.

Had four tires put on and took it back as one didnt have a proper seal. Later had a rumble from a tire and was told it was a ball bearing that needed to be replaced. Sound got worse after the replacement and they had forgotten to put on the seal correctly but fixed it free of charge. Three weeks later it failed 400 miles from home and had to be towed to be replaced. Apparently it had turned to dustRashaad,the owner, was extremely helpful through all these issues and paid my tow fee. Not sure if technicians struggle or they get cheaper parts.

The manager Rashad and his colleague Moses are very professional, but there is a lot of upselling going on here by all of the mechanics, and you may not get exactly what you think you are paying for. Make sure to check both the receipt and all the documents and paperwork they provide and ask for them to show you exactly what they did on the car. You have been warned.

The poor reviews are well earned. I suppose it was too much to hope that Id have a good experience like the lucky few who gave positive reviews here. Went in Saturday, 1/30/16, for a new set of tires and a new steel rim for a Honda Accord. They needed to get the rim from a third party, so they would call me back Monday to come in. Great, so far, so good. Monday rolls around, and no call. I call around noon to find out that the rim was never ordered, nor did they have a record of the quote I was printed out and given, which I still have. OK, Im a little frustrated now, but things happen, so I push through with a new sales rep. As of 2/2, no rim, no contact. I called again, no answer.If you talk to Ari or Bob, they are particularly worthless as sales associates, as everything they told me they were going to follow through with never happened.Ive never worked so hard to give someone $600.

I do my own work on my cars and trucks but I cant do tires. Im always leery of auto repair places because there are many shops that overcharge and under deliver. However, Ive used Tires Plus in Rockville, MD 3 times over the last 4 years and have been very impressed. Excellent communication, service, and very fair prices. For my wifes Honda Accord I ordered from an online tire discounter and had the tires shipped to the shop and they installed them same day the tires were delivered. The labor cost/fees was exactly what I was quoted in advance. I was going to do the same thing for my Ram 1500 but I called the shop first and they asked if they could beat the competitor price. I agreed and sure enough I got a better out the door deal for the same tires I was going to order online. Rashaad (manager?) was knowledgeable and helpful both on the phone and in person and the tech, Melvin, was quick and accurate. Im loyal when I find a reputable shop with good prices. Tires Plus in Rockville has my business until I move out of the area. I dont post reviews often but these guys deserve one.

Had an appointment for a tire change in the morning. Truck was taken right in which is great but after an hour and 20 minutes I asked the status only to hear it will be another 45 minutes. Really? They said they didnt have a rack available and had to do it with a floor jack. Who is running this place? It doesnt take that long even with a floor jack. It would have been nice to know it takes them 2 hours just to replace 4 tires so I wouldnt have wasted my time to come here now stuck waiting. I will never come here again and suggest you dont either unless you feel like waiting hours for a tire change.

I order 4 all season tires. Went to mount-wrong size. Ok,let’s order other ones. Went again and the guy telling me they are all season. I told them no,they are summer. Going back and forward like 10 times. Finally, I put my tires in the trunk and leave,tires of someone making me stupid. I can read what’s saying on tire,at least. I needed tire to be on my car that day,otherwise will return them and go or other place.

The job got done, but 1 person at the front to handle all calls and walk in customers makes for a very slow process.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Paid for the warranty so I can have my tires patched if anything ever happened. Took it in waited 2 1/2 hours for them to plug it, next day the tires flat. They gave me a run around for a whole week. Made a appointment on a Thursday online they called and said bring it in on Friday. Brought it in early and they said they wouldn’t have it done until tomorrow. What’s the point of paying for a service if I can’t even use it? What’s the point of making a appointment if they aren’t gonna do it then? Horrible service. They won’t get another penny from me.

Go to NTB over on 355, didnt even need an appointment and they saw me imediately.Next time Im gonna start with NTB.Learn to honor your appointment and not waste my time. At least CALL when my appointment cannot be honored not wait until Ive driven all the way out for no reason.

Went there for the first time for a flat repair. I have a sports car with rather large wheels, most of places I went to did not want to touch them because of liabilities but Tires Plus took care of it in confidence because of the skill level the machanic Dennis has achieved. The sales associate Steve is professional and friendly. And the technician Dennis definitely knows how to fix a tire properly and efficiently. I will go back and I recommand this place to everyone.

Dropped my vehicle off to have a tire replaced. I called a few hours later to check and see if my truck was ready, staff was confrontational about my vehicle having been ready for hours despite no missed calls or voicemails on my phone? Balding man was even more confrontational in person, had been a customer for years and never experienced such unprofessional service. Tire held up but will never return, too many options in Rockville to deal with poor service again.

Day 1 - left my car at 10, after me calling 2 times and finally got a call back after 5-6 hours later, that they didnt get chance to look at the issue.Day 2 - took my car again next day 9 am, at 2:pm got call from them, i went to the store, they told me they cant fix it, they recommend me to go to a body shop. Why would someone go to body shop to fix a wheel bearing 🙏🙏🙏.they even charged me 64$ for an inspection, and i was told that they are only 90% sure with their inspection results!!!!!!What kind of inspection report is that, and the report was not talking aboit wheel bearing, it was something else. I found out about this after i took ot to another place.So basically, 2 days wasted becuz of them.This place is changed since my last visit last yearThey can enjoy my 64$#TitePlus

Terrible service overall. Made an appointment to replace a flat. When I showed up they didnt have the tire. Ok, it isnt a warehouse, I understand. Made an appointment for a few days later to get it put on. Guy takes a look at my tires when I get there and tells me I have a different style of the tire. Ok, I understand I do have a special edition of the tire, but I bought it from them and gave them the part number the last time. No problem. No call after a week, so I call and yeah we have the tire. I make another appointment. This time it take 1hr 45min to mount and balance a single tire. I cancelled the alignment. Got home and looked at the tire....they put the regular one on it. These tires have a noticeable camo pattern. I called and got the run around with Bob. Bob is correct that the tire was discontinued but said he would try to put his hands on the tire since they ordered it in for me. The only explanation for putting a clearly different tire on was the just follow whats on the paper. Bob called back and said the tire they put on is the replacement and he would try to find the special edition somewhere else. A while later, I get a call that they have the special edition in their shop and the guy just grabbed the wrong tire. Now at my 4th appointment to put on a single tire. We will see how it goes. Do not recommend this place.

I came here for a wheel alignment because I didnt do it in a year or so. I didnt have alignment issue. They guys told me that they tried to do it but the tie rods needs to be replaced. They also told me they put pressure and warmed it up as well but couldnt do anything and gave me a quote of $1000 to replace with after market parts. Now the steering wheel is not straight and they say they cant do anything without replacing the parts.

Just stopped in to get tire patched was told I should have made appt but his 9 am canceled I was then again told to call next time. I told him I just got the flat and its still on the truck and it would have been a waste to call when I was right down the street with a going flat tire again was told call I then told him if this is a problem I will go to ntb and he said if I wish go ahead.... I am now at ntb and the fleet trucks will not be going back there...

I had a good impression of the manager but when the service is done, 1 of my tire cap is missing and ruben the tech said its already missing one(which i doubt) and told me i have spare, i was thinkin to myself why he didnt put it in the first place if he knew i have spare. I also have the branded cap and he said he accidentally threw them away and replaced mine with generic ones. Im cery disappointed in this guy, just paid for 130 plus on one tire.,. I dont know if i can recommend them.
