I came in with a potential broken battery on my phone, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice and helped us realize it could’ve been the chip. They tried their best to help out. If your in a technological pinch I would definitely recommend this location.

Despite being fully booked and understaffed, a very nice and helpful gentleman Lahiro (I apologize if this spelling is wrong) helped backup my siblings broken phone for no charge at all! We were in and out in a timely 20 minutes and on our merry way! 11/10 come here for any phone assistance or repairs you need, very friendly and professional!

My iPhone 7 wouldn’t charge. My 8 has the same port so I knew it wasn’t the charger. The gentleman there inserted it on his machine and noted the inside was pretty lint heavy, inserted a small tool and took it out. Quick,and easy. I’ll be going back there for any electronic fixes.

Love this place. Had a cracked screen and malfunctioning phone. They were able to fit me in without an appointment and did a great job. Still cost me about $300 with tax, but definitely cheaper than a new phone. Next time Ill get insurance. Highly recommend !

I was in a full blown panic attack when I walked in, my phone wasnt letting me unlock it or power it off to restart. Quan was so understanding and patient with me. After a few attempts to power it off with no success he tried one more time and it worked! Such a relief because the next step was a factory reset! Anyway I was so happy I could have cried. If you have any issues with a phone, tablet or other electronics please check them out, you will be glad you did! They are so knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent! I will be calling on them again!

They fixed the phone, but would not honor their own price matching policy. I even called corporate and they made up excuses / would not honor their own policy. Why even put the policy in place if you are going to try to weasel your way out of honoring it?

I have a Pixel4XL, and this store is an authorized Google repair shop. Do a search on Google for Pixel 4XL battery connector issues. Its a rampant problem, and it usually gets fixed in about 20 minutes at UBreakIFixIt. I called Google, they confirmed the ease of the fix, and told me to take it to this store.When I got to this store, I was told they had never heard of such a problem, and they would at least need the weekend to figure out what to do. Its Thursday. Its going to take an authorized Google store more than three days to figure out how to pop open a Google Pixel, reconnect or replace the battery, and pop it back shut?Incompetent.EDIT: The Bethesda store on Wisconsin recognized the problem immediately, and had it back to me in about 20 hours. I dont know if the franchises are independently owned or corporate, but if you can get to Bethesda, go there.

This repair service is outstanding- very personable and very professional!!! Benjamin was our technician and he did an outstanding job restoring our Samsung phone. Samsung sent out a software update and it caused the phone to shutdown. Fortunately Benjamin was able to get the phone open, delete the incomplete update, get an update installed and did not lose any stored data! Great job!

Hoping its not too early to post this, but I just picked up my iPhone 7 after cracking the entire screen. Ariel and David are really honest and extremely quick. The price is fair. Hoping to never have to go back, but if anything were to break, I would take my stuff here with no hesitation. Ive clearly been straining my eyes with a cracked screen and now my phone is practically brand new. Its nice and saved me from getting a new phone.Highly recommend.

My son had accidentally broken the tip of the iPad charger off, leaving the tip in the iPad. I couldnt fix it so I called this place. Rasheen answered and said they might be able to fix it. I brought it in, and within 20 minutes he fixed it! And they would not accept any payment, even though I wanted to pay and offered. Good ol time customer service is back! Thank you guys.

This needs to be stated. The technician that assisted me Kuan, was absolutely amazing. He was able to work with me regarding my scheduling conflicts and waited for me to arrive home past the 15 minute mark. He was easy to talk to, understand and converse with. He explained some of the complications with my device repair and what some of my expectations should be but he was able to do a flawless job with repairing the screen and battery.This is to the dispatch/customer service team from Assurion. You need to be more documented in your notes and not lying to customers! I told you guys multiple times about what my timeframe was for the repair and you didnt communicate that to the tech at all in the notes of the ticket! You need to work on your customer service.I am so grateful that Kuan was able to turn around an already terrible experience to something great.Thanks Kuan!

During Covid we as consumers understand the new rules that are in place but this particular rep was not as friendly as she should have been. I came to the store just before 5pm with the posted time for closing at 7pm. They were only seeing 1 customer at a time, understood. I waited 45 min, and when it was my turn she tells me she cant see me, theyre technically closed. Not very courteous or respectful of ones time. Next time let your potential customer know...

Please dont waste your time here if you have a Google device.A simple screen fix which was already paid for through the Google Preferred Care insurance could not be done because of a diagnostic that said: 1. The wireless charging did not work (It works perfectly fine, before and after visiting this location as I have a wireless car dock/charger); and 2. The front camera and facial recognition doesnt work properly (Duh, theres a large crack in the SCREEN, which needs replacing, right over the camera.So not only did they waste my time with an unnecessary and blatantly false diagnostic but they would not fix my screen because of said diagnostic which had nothing to do with the actual screen.If the UBreakiFix technicians were not capable of a repair, or did not want to because I went through an insurer (which cost me $100 instead of their $300 service price) then this location needs to be removed from Googles Approved Service Provider list.I will be contacting Assurant and Google to update them on the terrible service for their products at this location

I was directed to this shop by my #1 National Mobile Service Provider and honestly I had pretty low expectations based solely on the semi cheesy name. Instead these guys knocked it out of the park. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me work around my phone insurance plan. Maybe most importantly though, when confronted with a situation in which they could have exploited me and basically charged whatever fees they wanted to, they instead provided amazing service at a super reasonable price.I hope I never need to go back to any place like this, but if I do Ill definitely come back here.

This uBreakiFix location is the real deal. I dropped my Pixel at the airport right before getting on a flight to Costa Rica and the screen went fuzzy and then dead. I got back last night and went to this store this morning and had my phone back by 3 pm. Yuan went above and beyond...he didnt assume the screen was broken but rather took the time to take it apart and find the right solution. It turned out the connection was loose and the screen was fine but a metal plate holding the connector was missing from when I had my battery replaced elsewhere. Apparently they dont sell that piece (he checked with Google themselves) so he had to make a custom part to finish the repair! This is top class service and I highly recommend this location if you ever need your phone repaired.Review #2: Had my wifes Pixel 2 screen replaced a couple days after my first visit. Same quick, professional service. Dropped off at 10:30 and ready by 12:30. Definitely my go to shop for electronics repair from now on.

Made an appointment and found the gentleman who took my phone knowledgeable and interested in a unusual problem. We discussed the problem and they began work right away. After a couple of hours, the repair was completed. This was a difficult problem with a damaged volume switch. Replacement part was not available.The fix was great. I can recommend this location.
