Wayne is amazing! My husband and I both wanted new lines. We came at 7pm, an hour before closing. Wayne helped us all the way through and solved all our issues until past 9:30pm! An hour and a half past closing! We both brought our own phones which makes things a bit tricky, but Wayne was patient and made sure everything was set up correctly. A friendly spirit, genuinely cares for his customers. Highly recommended!

I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to speak to a human on Verizons. Forget it. After nearly throwing the phone through a window, I went to a store today. Blake did everything I needed done, helped me find the best plan, and set up both plans if far less than 4 hours. Forget trying anything on the phone with Verizon. Just go to the store.
I had an issue that was caused by a Verizon chat rep. that had to be resolved In store. Darrell helped me fix the issue promptly and friendly even though it wasn’t the store’s fault and wasn’t generating a sale. I originally came here to return my Fios router and TV boxes. They explained the only place for returns is 11431 Rockville Pike. However they did take the time to ask me If I needed help with anything else. I explained I was moving. They looked up my new address & put a move order me rather then having to cancel my current service and start new...extremely helpful!

Friendly, Honest, Quick. I broke my phone right outside, T-mobile. because I didnt have insurance they said, didnt couldnt help me! Walked over to Verizon in the shopping center. Sat down with Blake, he give me all the info I needed without being to overally detailed (Like this review lol) . I got my account info from Tmobile & blake had me on my way with a new phone within 20 minutes...dude is awesome.

The customer service at this branch is fantastic. Wayne did a great job helping me select and obtain a new phone. His professionalism and courtesy were wonderful. He went out of his way to obtain liquid glass screen protectors for my new phone, even though the Fallsgrove branch didnt currently have them in stock. He even went as far as to clean my phone and then apply the protector himself to ensure it was done right.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything that I didn’t think I needed. Stopped in this morning after my I-Phone took a plunge in the Potomac River. The associate Kevin Britt at the store was excellent. He quickly reviewed my account and checked into my various options of phone replacement. Within an hour I was up and running again. I would highly recommend this location for service and new phone purchases.
If you want fast and friendly service, informative staff, and quality customer support, this is by far the best Verizon store in the area bar none. The service I consistently receive at this location, especially from Kevin Britt, is the best Ive received from any Verizon location I have ever visited. I cannot recommend this store and its exemplary staff high enough!

This store is awesome. We typically go to a different (closer) Verizon location where we have to wait sometimes for an hour to get service because it is so busy. We happened to be close to this location and went in. My son had lost his phone and we needed a new one. We were taken care of within 5 minutes and received the best service! Darryl and Wayne helped us and both were so friendly, knowledgable and caring. Highly recommend this location!
I went into the Verizon wireless store thinking about upgrading my phone and when I went in the store Jamal, the store manager, who was the only one in the store, came right up to me and started talking about options. Jamal asked what I was looking for and I explained. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He explained the options and everything that would happen and their policy which I really appreciated.I would recommend this store to anyone who is thinking about switching to Verizon or upgrading their phone and I would definitely go back there in the future.

Great customer service at this store. I walked in the door after 7:00 pm and was there for about an hour. I was able to switch from another carrier to Verizon and walk out the door with two fully functional iPhones. I only had to wait 5 minutes at beginning the while the manager finished with another customer. Then I had his undivided attention for an hour until another customer came just as I was leaving.Also, I have been amazed at the superior network coverage with Verizon. I was completely unable to get a signal at work or in my basement previously. Now I have a great network signal in both locations.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Whoever is currently there is rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me after I requested that he doesnt give access to someone to see my plan. He has continued to hang up when I asked for his name. Grow up buddy!

I become a new customer for Verizon. I came in to pick up my phone since they didnt have the phone in stock. I wasnt greeted but told it would be a moment. After, an hour and no one came to let me know they havent forgotten me so I had become frustrated and I approached them. Steve (he introduced himself to the customer before me) was not welcoming me at all. He was able to complete my transaction in 10 mins, but took 60 mins with the customer before me. He didnt offer me any case or screen for my new phone or even bother to ask me if my phone was working fine as he did to his prior customer. I left the store disgusted and on my way out it was his other co-worker wished me and my mom a good day. NEVER again!! Stay away from this store altogether. They have the worse customer service.
Had trouble with signal strength. Was lied to and told because I bought the phone unlocked, it didnt have the right antennae in it. Didnt even try to fix the problem. Just tried to sell me a new phone. They should not be allowed to represent Verizon if they cant treat the public honestly. Five minutes in a real Verizon store and the problem was fixed.

It was very 1 on 1 and very personal. Even though he was the only guy working there, he still made the experience very enjoyable. I felt bad for the people who waited behind me but I left satisfied. To the people who couldnt wait in line and left due to being impatient, well you dont deserve his customer service anyway. I had been shopping at the Safeway nearby and decided to enter Verizon for assistance with a new phone I had purchased the day before. To my astonishment a young chap that I identified as a sales representative of the establishment (he was wearing a black shirt and tie) was smoking a marijuana cigarette with what appeared to be a dish washer from one of the nearby restaurants. I could smell the undeniable stench of weed and felt too embarrassed to walk in. I thought it was very audacious of the young guy to smoke illicit drugs at the entrance of the shop he was tending. Shame on you and certainly I will be avoiding this location.January 22 at 7:38 pm.

I would warn anyone going to this place to take caution when dealing with the sales people. They will lie and lie again just to get a sale.The salesman there blatantly lied to us. He informed me that my first months bill would be around 120 for 2 phones. When i got my bill it was for 260. When asked why they had no explanation for as to why it happened.I Moved from Sprint to Verizon. Would take Sprint over Verizon everyday. The service i have been getting is sub par and i have already had more issues with Verizon in the 2 weeks of being with them then in the 8 years of being with sprint.Could not express enough to stay away from this store.
If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely abysmal service. We spent 30 min waiting around only to be almost passed up for another customer that came in after us, and then waiting another 90 min to find out they couldnt even activate our unlocked phone. We spent two hours at this store only for them to finally tell us to go to another Verizon store.I suggest that everyone do just that, go to another Verizon store.

I would recommend that you go to a real Verizon Wireless Store and not an authorized dealer like this location. The salesman dont know anything and will mislead people into purchasing their products/services.
There are several problems with this location. Even though all the employees are extremely nice, theyve caused me more grief than good. I was told I was qualified for a free tablet (my main reason for writing this review) without proper explanation as to what I was getting myself into. I thought I had asked all the right questions about activation fees (which werent told to me up front) and why it was free. After googling the deal, I found out I was being charged $10 a month, added a new line and signed a two year contract. This was not clear in what I signed and unfortunately had to find out on my own. At least I returned it, and it only took two hours (one of waiting.)
Staff has no idea what they are doing, they are more interested in making money than they are with helping you. go to a real verizon store, not a premium dealership. I have no idea why people are rating this 5 starts, I have been here many times. There are a lot of fake reviews from when the store first opened up 3 years ago.

Long waits in store for uninterested customer service, never really had a good experience there unless I was just browsing. There may be something about employees of falls grove, the ATT store is the same.Dont bother calling, Tony P explicitly states that customers in store take priority and you will have to wait while they are attended to. How come you answered the phone, How can we help? then? A simple stock question left me hanging for 10 minutes (which is a while just waiting for a yes or no)
I was talked into switching to Verizon Unlimited by the staff, and found out later that Unlimited is anything but. It is limited, limited, limited! I am now dead in the water, paying more and receiving third world service.
Not so good help. Recieved better service at other locations that provide the same service without the red tape. I showed up with two forms of government identification and a pay stub and I was told to go either to another verizon wireless location or go online.

The only people who gave them 5 stars are the ones who just accept everything they offer without questioning the fine print or is management who created fake accounts to give themselves 5 starts, I know this because I used to work for this company, there are a lot o great guys there but they force to obey by the money, money money mentality that this company has. They have to sell something to everyone that walks in thats, otherwise it counts against them, thats why they charge for everything.

Total deception and dishonesty going on at this Fallsgrove Maryland store!! Ive had a longstanding Verizon contract (with 4 lines) and, in early January, we brought two new iPhones from this store to replace older phones. The store manager (Greg, at the time) said he would throw in a free flip phone for my severely disabled brother who lives with us and has a line on my Verizon account (the new flip phone would replace his very old, but still working flip phone). When my brother and daughter went into the store a few weeks later to pick up the supposedly free flip phone, the store agent basically sold him a $250 flip phone by extending my contract for two years, charging him $60 for taxes and upgrade fees, along with adding other unnecessary options to my Verizon account. It took about 5 hours of my time to figure out what had happened, return the free flip phone to this store and straighten out my Verizon contract. According to Verizon, what the agent did was illegal because neither I (the contract holder) nor an authorized account manager on my contract gave permission or were even aware that these changes had been made to my Verizon contract! I found out that this store is not a Direct agent with Verizon Wireless but is an Indirect agent and can basically do and charge whatever they want. We were able to buy from a real (direct) Verizon store a $50 flip phone at full retail price (no contract, no upgrade fees). Be wary, be very wary!

Never ever go to this store!My wife and I came to them to transfer data from an old iPhone to a new one. We were told that it would cost $25.00. Well, OK. Then we were told that we would have to pay $25 more for activating the phone. I argued that the phone must have already been activated but the guy said no. Finally, he said that he needed a password for the corporate account to make any changes and that could be done only at a bigger store. We went to the store at Gaithersburg square, where the guys took care of everything, found out that the phone indeed had been activated, and did not charge us a penny for the transfer. 5 stars to the Gaithersburg store, no stars to the store at Falls Grove.
