Excellent service from Manager (Cherri ) super nice, very knowledgeable, very receptive to my needs. I did a trade in for my upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The iPhone XR that I traded in was an awesome cash value ($700) towards my new phone. I purchase a lightning charger/cable as well as an otter box case and wallet magnet! VERY PLEASED WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE.

This is a well appointed store. Products are well organized. Pleasant and comfortable seating. But most importantly the owners are very knowledgeable and patient with senior citizens. I highly recommend them. I am a return customer over the past five years. I’ve purchased three phones and an IPad from them. They have also arranged travel coverage for me at least four times.

I have been officially converted from Sprint to AT&T and couldn’t be happier!! The owners were SO helpful and fun to chat with. I actually enjoyed the process of getting my service switched and was amazed at the ease of it. I now have a great phone and great service, as well as great representatives! I will never go to a different store other than this one on E.Gude Drive.

I went in to buy a phone for my mom because of battery issue and the phone would not hold a charge. They tried their best to move everything and got most of it. They had a lot of patience because my mother wanted everything transfered and they took their time in helping her understand the new phone. A family friend told us about this story and now I know why. The store is ran by a nice family.

This was by far one of the best experiences Ive had at an AT&T store. The representative David was extremely informative. He took his time to answer every question that I had and explained my bill after fine tooth comb reviewing it. The AT&T store on Gude Dr is the absolute best. I wont go anywhere else for mobile phone services. I go through phones a lot because of my family and business. Their customer service is second to none. If the family that runs the store decided to open a different business than whatever it sold I would buy. Its a great store run by great people.

The Customer Service Was Excellent. Mrs G., The owner who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I am a Senior Citizen and she took her time to show me how to use my new IPhone 11. She also helped me set up a password and transfer all my data from my previous phone. I never felt rushed. Overall it was a great experience.

They are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always go the extra mile to help their customers. While there Ive seen how well they treat other customers also. The store is extra clean. Now with the pandemic they are taking all the precautions. There is sanitizer throughout the store and they desinfect everywhere several times a day. Social distancing is also enforced. More than satisfied with the overall service every time Ive visited. Excellent people.

This family run AT&T shop has been fabulous! They don’t try to up sell you & were patient with my older mother’s needs. They were kind, compassionate, and understanding of her confusion & lost passwords. They helped us solve our issue quickly & painlessly. I highly recommend them for outstanding service!

Other than a language struggle they very fast and efficient and figured out a difficult problem and got us fixed up in a timely manner. Only 2 people in the store At a time and must wear a face mask and they had sufficient hand sanitizers and wipes so that was a big plus for me!

When it comes to AT&T as a corporate, there are many unhappy customers. But you cant go wrong with this store. Family owned business, always helps us with the upgrade, problem with the bill, and more. Takes time to help each customer to make sure everyone leaves happy. Been going to this store for at least 10+ years. I live in Northern VA now and still go to this store, and theres a reason for that! Awesome store.

I came to this AT&T store especially because of the reviews. Previously I’ve been going to the AT&T store on Rockville Pike and the customer service there is ALWAYS disappointing.I came in to add a line, and upgrade my current device. I was assisted by G, and she was GREAT. The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. G was super kind enough to break down my phone bill for me and explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. This store is also family run, which I find fascinating.I was highly satisfied with the service, and will definitely be coming back here for here on out. I would recommend this store to anyone who seeks great customer service experience.

Worst experience ever. I have a loner phone right now for the 3rd day because they did something wrong adjusting billing and now Im stuck calling corporate to resolve. They cannot communicate well bc of a clear language barrier and its was difficult for 3 days in a row going there and trying to get a clear answer what the problem is and when it would be resolved . I cant even go to a new store bc their mistake has my account stuck being worked on thru their store. I would never recommended going here. Terrible customer service and no cares given to resolve just getting a new phone for days.

This has been my best experience at an AT&T store hands down. I work in the service industry, so I can recognize and appreciate excellent customer service. David and G did a wonderful job taking care of me. I went in for an upgrade and to add a line to an existing plan. David was very patient with me and made sure to explain every step of the process including how and why the price would differ with my new phones and additional line. G did a fantastic job helping with the transfer of info from one phone to the other and explaining the features on my new phone. They even gave me a their card and walked me to the door to wish me well when everything was done. I appreciate the extra time and care.

My husband and I had the best experience today at this store. We both switched our service providers over to AT&T and it was the smoothest transaction weve ever had. Not only were all 3 of the employees there accommodating to us, but they also were to our 2 children. They turned on cartoons for them and interacted with them when they started to get antsy. We never felt pressured into buying anything or rushed with our tons of questions. David our service rep was so intelligent, helpful and friendly. I cant express enough how happy we were today and thankful for all their help and kindness. We noticed they were like this with all their customers, and they even walked everyone, including us to the door when we were leaving. We will definitely be back and we will recommend their store to all our friends and family.

This is the best AT&T store I have ever visited. Excellent and fast customer service. Staying open late for an extra half an hour to fix my issue, and went above and beyond to help. Also, they give free glass and cases on new phones. I will never shop at another AT&T store, these people know how to run it

Had to separate my phone from family plan because wife and I divorced. Nice people working at the ATT store, but it was a quite painful experience. After they separated my number, my phone was not working at all. No voice, internet, etc. I sat there for about an hour as they checked different things. Finally they said, Service should come back eventually. Three hours later, it did. Made me realize how dependent I am on my phone for so.many things.

Today I had the best “ Hand’s Down Best Customer Service “ I can’t express this enough the best. Today me and my wife and Two children walked in to change are two spectate phone service providers and get on,one phone provider plan together as in AT&T as the provider and was recommended to go to this store by a friend or are’s who frequently goes to this store for his AT&T service need’s. And me and my wife were very impressed. The service me and my wife received was “5 Star” we were not pressured into getting any items that we did not need, we only got the plan we wanted and the exact phones we wanted with no pressure and the professionalism that one could only dream of but this was no dream it was honest and upfront. They answered all are questions even turned the tv on to accommodate are two kids age’s 7 and 2. Which we didn’t ask for they did it out of the kindness of there heart. They took the time to make the switched from are both two different service providers, easy and stress free. The only hard time week had was with are other providers we where leaving. But I highly recommend this store to anyone and hopefully will love the AT&T cell phone service as I did love this AT&T store. Thank you again to are Sales Rep David and the two other Sales Associates. Can’t wait to come back for are Future IPhone Upgrades cause I know it will be a delightful experience again. Bought an Apple Watch for my wife. Called ATT and they recommended that I should go to this store and just swap the simm out to get it activated. Went to the store and the guy at the counter said. Just call 611 and activate the existing simm. I told them I was just referred by 611 to swap the simm. The guy at the counter said sorry we can’t do that???? This is what a att store suppose to be able to do!!!

Best att store ever came in at 8pm on thursday they were about to close but helped me pick out a phone and waitied for my phone to be activated.

These guys handle my corporate phone account and are truly great!!Its not your normal AT&T store at all....
