Location and hours are good, and are probably what keep them in business. Other than that, there is little to recommend them. Prepackaged snacks are often out of date. Coffee is weak and depending on time of day may have been sitting for a while. Forget about getting a sandwich or anything fresh-made, because they are always out of stock. The staff has never been rude to me, but they clearly dont really want to be there and have to be prodded into doing anything but the absolute minimum.If its 6:00 a.m. and you absolutely have to get a cup of coffee before hopping on a bus at Rockville Metro Station, this is the closest place to do it. If you have a little bit of extra time, however, youll get better service and better quality product elsewhere.

I would usually give a place like this 3 stars, but since the coffee I bought here saved my life multiple times in high school I have to add an extra star for convenience and early open times. The old man who runs it is usually nice to people he thinks are Indian or Middle Eastern, but is rather rude to everyone else.

I love the fact that this coffee shop opens very early. Thats very convenient for early birds like me with very long days ahead of them. I also like the donuts and bagels they have available. I am very impressed.

Extremely rude guy. he hates people coming in. He cusses people out thinking no one knows his language. extremely bitter, always over charge people specially if its a younger one and starts an argument when u ask for receipt. He never say hi or thank you for shopping there. he is the reason i never shop there.

They are deplorable they raise the price on items that is clearly marked one thing but charge a higher price...... Some of the morning clerks are very nice, but in he evening is a different story. I will refrain from going back. They overcharge everything.

Convenient but NOT courteous! The staff, especially the two young women I encountered today, were surly and abrupt. They are poorly stocked. We purchased milk last week that was curdled. If possible, I recommend you walk a short distance to CVS on Rockville Pike to do your shopping. I must note, however, that there is an older Ethiopian gentleman is very courteous and will often walk around the store to find what you need. Unfortunately, his staff do not share his good customer service skills.

The old guy that works there is a thief. he short change people and does not give receipt. i found out today that he gave me less change than he was supposed to. then he started an argument and called me the N word. I file a complaint against this establishment.

I really dont understand what anyone sees in this place. They resell Dunkin Donuts donuts, which get reused on Saturday from friday. They never have anything other than a light roast coffee. Several times they couldnt make change for a 20, the bathrooms are disgusting, neighborhood junkies hang out there all the time, the food is terrible... I could just keep going. The only thing this place has going for it, is the proximity to the metro.

It opposite to the metro station, ideal to pick up a coffee or quick snack/drink before hopping on the metro. The lot of people simply hangout at the spot but staff is friendly .

Guy had attitude problem and he has nothing in there that’s advertised in the window and overpriced for 3month old snacks

I like this place. It is close to my home and the people there are always nice.

The old gentleman in the store is very rude. They have lottery there and you need to cash in he tell you he have no money. He tried to keep your change and when you tell him he owe you he want to fuss. I will never go back there again.

Shoddy spoiled candy, too expensive, credit card minimums... nothing convienent about it except its across street from metro. I walk right by, hit town square shops literally 2 blocks away.

Rude but I can deal with that, the thing that irritates me is posting that you open at 6 AM but when I get there at 645 AM and the store is still NOT OPENED!

Beats starbucks any day

I would like to work there since they serve people very well and the consumption is super good, I would like to have the opportunity to work in that place :)
