Vendor keeps messing with Harris teeter rewards even though listed as supporting rewards. First time only gave a 3c discount; this time t gas pump only let me go up to 15 dollars and didn’t even give me a discount. Exasperating for a station that already costs more than its neighbors. Upside doesn’t play nice with GasBuddy here since it’s not receipt photos but auto check cc statement.

Good customer service

The staff at this BP are friendly, professional, accommodating, and thoroughly competent. I trust everyone from the mechanics, management, and sales staff to provide excellent service every time, no holds barred. I honestly would not go anywhere else in the area for work on my vehicle, MD state inspections, etc.

There was something wrong with the pump- it didn’t stop pumping and gas was gushing out of my tank onto the ground. When I spoke to the associate about it, he explained that he couldn’t adjust the amount I was charged. When he saw how shaken up I’d been, he gave me the difference out of his own pocket and told me God bless, which meant a lot since my apartment was condemned yesterday and I am scrambling with the money I have to find a new place. I just wished that this bp could assure their pumps didn’t get stuck and that there was a way to adjust the amount, felt bad accepting money from him, even though it was kind

Hans is the man!!!!!! All the technicians at this station is very knowledgeable customer service oriented and do great work. I appreciate all the help and advise with every interaction I have with them. I recommend their services to everyone

The layout here is just bad, but the price is just right. If you check out gas buddy, this BP is usually one of the cheaper service stations in the area. BP is also a brand I trust to put in the vehicle also. The inside store leaves a lot to be desired. Usually fill up here and then head to 711 for a better selection.

While this place has the best prizes in town (cash)- service is often lacking and with no air for tires or water, falls short of a full service gas station.

Don’t ever come to this one after 10:30pm. I got my gas around 11:17 and when I requested my receipt, the screen told me it was inside. I went to the door and knocked on it. There was no answer. I even tried calling. I needed my receipt for work purposes but now I am unable to get it. Who leaves a gas station unattended when it’s supposed to be 24hrs????

Took my car in because the clutch pedal was acting funny. Matt the technician immediately diagnosed the issue as the master cylinder. Throughout the whole process, it was well-communicated to me what was going on with my car, how long the repair was going to take. They also checked a slew of other things just to make sure everything was fine. At no point did I feel like I was pressured into getting repairs I didnt need. And at the end, Matt showed me my worn-out and broken parts and explained the repairs to me.Genuine and very nice guys that got the work done fast. Will definitely go back there for any future work on my car.

Google and sign out front claimed prices $0.16/gallon lower than actual. Decided to fill anyways, and card reader on 2 pumps didnt work. Go somewhere else for gas.
