WOW!!! Our countertops look amazing. It was a pleasure working with Erica in Sales and Mollie in Production. These two ladies answered all my questions in a timely manner. Turnaround time was quick -1 week. Measuring and installation was also perfect. Juan the gentleman who installed the counters was experienced and did a phenomenal job! I will must definitely refer your company to my family and friends in the near future.

I used their stone for my fireplace, pantry, multiple vanity top, laundry top, master closet island top. Stone are beautiful and services are best! Wish I can give 10 stars. We highly recommend Architecture Stones. Their sales team was easy to work with and extremely responsive. We visited several other marble and granite suppliers and were disappointed in the selection before finding Architecture Stones. Their selection is massive, AND the price was hundreds of dollars below every other fabricator we received quotes from. Their turnaround time for templating and installation was also much shorter than other fabricators. The installers were professional, thorough, and did an excellent job - making small tweaks here and there to make sure everything looked perfect. We are very happy with the end product and plan to use them for future bathroom remodels!

My wife and I are very dissatisfied with the job performed by Architectural Stones. I have used them commercially in the past nad though hard to deal with they have done decent work. I decided to use them for a personal home project. The process was very disjointed having always to deal with someone new in most interactions. I had concerns about the install and stated them prior to install, in writing, during templating, verbally, and ended up with something I am sure is not to standard of any professional stone company. I confirmed with the template team and agin with the sales associate the base was ready for install as it was built. This does not appear to be the case. Additionally I was charged the final payment without any contact from Architectural Stone and only know this as they didnt even send the receipt through. I would be hard pressed to use them commercially again and will tell people personally to stay way if I cant get this resolved.

Weve used Architecture Stones for two projects and have been happy with the process and results of both. The staff at the store are knowledgeable and easy to work with... and they listen. No pressure, just information and advise. And the installation team (for our kitchen counters) were efficient and did a great job. There have been no problems or issues since the counter tops were installed. Plus, the team cleaned up following their work... you wouldnt know they had been there. Isaac was very helpful. He and his supervisor found a slab that was the last of its kind at MSI and were able to get it delivered to the warehouse -- and the price was cheap because MSI wanted to get rid of it. We were able to get quartzite countertops at a fraction of the price. We are very pleased with the end result.

Katia and Nik were great. They worked with me throughout the whole process - its nice not to get handed off with projects like this. The gentleman who came to template was kind, and efficient. He worked with my contractor to make sure everything would work out just the way I was hoping. On install day, I was pleasantly surprised that the same gentleman who made the template was back to ensure a perfect fit. He personally caulked the edges! They were quick, clean, kind, and professional. After doing a full renovation, with all its ups and downs, I can say that the countertops were the least stress inducing aspect of the whole project.

It took several rounds for the quote to be properly translated to what we wanted and between the versions, the $ and figures on the pdfs werent updated though they were different. The measurements were wrong on the final template which I told Architecture Stones they were wrong in the timeframe they requested, however someone within Architecture Stones approved the quote with the wrong measurements to meet their timelines. As such, the measured pieces came wrong (and different from what was on the quote) and the install crew just left them. We were not notified that the install crew would not be installing our shower bench/shower curbs which was news to us. After everything was finally installed, a crew came to re-polish since there random stains on the marble however, the crew did not clean up the residue the polish process left behind on our backsplashes. The polish crew also uninstalled our faucets and claimed they were uninstalled when we got here even though we had used them just prior to their arrival. Basically every step in this process with Architecture Stones was pretty much awful and we will be using another company for the other jobs in our house.

Went to select a stone and found a beautiful piece. purchased the stone and were set for installation. Upon installation, I questioned why the stone seemed to be dull in many spots. I was told that is the nature of granite some times. I was unsure but have never had granite installed before so kept quiet. Within one week of installation, noticed many spots, dull spots and water rings. I called in alarm and found the sales person was gone. after much, much prodding, coaxing, begging and hostile demanding, someone came out to polish the stone more. The tech did some spot polishing with a hand-held grinder and then left. The stone continued to deteriorate showing spots and rings no matter what I did to clean it. After a year of this, we called in a granite specialist who tried to hand polish and determined the stone was permanently damaged. The reason. THESE FOLKS NEVER SEALED THE GRANITE INITIALLY. That was granite 101 according to this expert. He says if it it had been sealed upon installation, we would not have this issue. He walked me through cleaning and sealing - which is simple to do. He said if we kept cleaning and sealing frequently, we could improve the look of the stone but never get it to like new condition. I have been doing as suggested and there is a marked improvement but it the damage is done. The upshot is, this was shoddy work and so unnecessary in not sealing initially. We are heartbroken having waited 15 years to re-do our kitchen. This was our dream kitchen and it breaks my heart whenever we walk into it. Terrible experience. After this review, the company responded by sending out a tech to look at the counter top. He put a sealant on it which made the stone look terrific for 3 hours. Then, back to the same condition. I sent another note to the owner regarding the dissatisfaction with the quick fix but not response. I stand by my 1 star review as a result.

Would not recommend this place at all. Ordered new Quartzite countertops. The team came to install them and one of the exposed edges was not finished on the countertop. They had to take the piece back to the shop to get it finished but promised us they would be back later in the day to complete the job. Didnt come back until the next day, despite multiple calls. They come the next day with the finished edge, and 2 pieces were not measured correctly and did not fit. (off by 2 inches!!!) So the installers had to go back to the shop, fix the issues and came back late in the day to finish. They came back late in the day, and realized they didnt have the trim pieces to complete the job. Overall, the installers were nice and apologetic, but the team that measured and ordered screwed up everything. And its still not right. My kitchen has been in shambles for more than 2 days longer than it should have been because of the issues. Terrible experience.UPDATE: More than a week later, the trim pieces are still not installed. At first they told us we needed to come and get the final pieces and install them ourselves. After they agreed to come and finish the job we paid them for, they rescheduled twice and just no-showed for their appointment this morning.UPDATE #2: After 2 months, its clear that the countertops were not sealed properly since any drop of a liquid besides water causes etching, even when its cleaned up immediately. I have never had a worse experience with a company. we are going elsewhere to see if someone else can polish and seal them.

Fantastic products - the quality is without question. Ive ordered three different tabletops now with differing dimensions - all better than what I had thought was possible. They have many remnants in a large outdoor lot where you not only have many choices but can save a lot of money. Good prices, friendly staff. I felt I had to do a lot more legwork than I wanted to. I feel i got charged for 2 square feet of sink cutout that they kept to use as samples instead of getting a matching cutting board.

I was very impressed with Architecture Stones and was reluctant using a company from a Val Pak. They were very beyond friendly, helpful, efficient and the quality is amazing. From my initial visit to the showroom and picking a stone, having them template and then install, they were done in 10 days. The install guys were great and very friendly. I will definitely recommend then and would definitely use them again. I literally have NO complaints!!!!

Overall good experience. They did take off one strip of wood down the side of the cabinets that wasnt put back into place when they finished the job. Otherwise the job was well done and we were satisfied with the work. It seemed like a lot of money for a remnant. But the price comparisons between the other stores seemed about the same and their selection was far greater. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

Ive had a very positive experience with Architecture Stones. My salesperson was Marcelo and he was very informative and answered all questions without rushing me. I have a very tight corner near the stairs and Pablo from architecture stones did an impressive job in installing the island in one piece! After the initial installation, I found some abnormal spots on the stones. I contacted Architecture Stones regarding that and they replaced the stone within 10 days at no cost. The new stone had some chips and scratches and they sent Pablo to fix it the next day. The fix is not as good as the original stone but I appreciated the effort they put in to make it right. Overall, Im very happy with their customer service and pricing and I would definitely recommend them.

They have many selections of stones and we found what we liked within our budget. Price is very clear. I would recommend to take measurements with you as they will be able to give immediate estimate for you. Let me just start off by saying how much I love my new kitchen in my rental property. I first walked into Architecture Stones looking for 2 slabs of granite for purchase. I didnt realize that they had such a large selection and are custom fabricators - although they have the most pieces of remnants that you can choose from compared to all other companies I have visited, I just needed 2 whole slabs. Once I found my stone, we got a quote from another fabricator but it seemed a little high to me. My kitchen was the first project I have ever tried to do so I honestly had no idea how much things would cost. I contacted A.S. again, I emailed them a drawing of my countertop measurements they returned an estimate to me within minutes, and to my surprise, they were able to come out, SAME DAY to template and confirm their price!! A.S’s work is amazing. After talking with them I realized this isnt just a job, its a work of art. They are truly passionate about providing excellent service. I probably exchanged over 25 emails and phone calls but each and every one was answered, quick, kindly and professionally. There are few moments in life where you know you made the right decision, and this is certainly one of those for me. Id have given more stars if I could for the whole experience--from walking into showroom to the install. LOTS of choices and no pressure to pick from our salesman Marcelo. Excellent communication with the company. Very reasonable pricing for our granite, sink, and the install/removal of the old Corian (other co charge these items separately). The fabrication was exact, so bravo to the template guy and the workshop people! Also, our main installer, Pablo, was extremely detail oriented and the two guys did a FANTASTIC job in all aspects and took great care in our home. You could tell there was a lot of pride and desire to please you. I will be a vocal advocate of this business and their work product. However, like a dummy, I didnt order the 4 backsplash originally, so will be doing that today and then will post a picture once that is installed. Extremely satisfied and pleased all the way around.

Excellent agent and manager as well as the consultant. Good selections available and able to see them all, entire slabs.The installing team questionable. They did mistakes with the measurements and the patching up was just ok. Somewhat sloppy final details (scratches, gaps in the seams). The end result is average workmanship, great material.

This was one of the most positive experience weve had while building our new house. Everyone we dealt with there were patient and very helpful. Prices for remnants are very good. The sales, measurers and installers are all top notch.

We love our quartz countertops! Our sales rep Katia answered our questions promptly and gave us all the information we needed. The installer was good and kind. Had a minor issue with a piece being cut to big, so the installer had to cut into the drywall and slide the countertop in a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal since we were going to backsplash anyway. We were very happy with where they put the seams and how they lined up the veins in the quartz to flow so well on our waterfall countertop considering the top and waterfall had to be from two separate slabs, you would never know!

Your workers arrived at exactly at 10.00 .Did a great job on a very difficult counter top.With 3 pillars and over 14 ft long. The job came out perfect The wife was VERY happy It was great working with everyone involved.

They are friendly and price is reasonable, but the installation people came late and didnt bring enough man, I wait for one day more for extra helpers, but they brought 2 kids!!! And they didnt really help, and during they moved stone, they scratched and made some holes on my wall, and hard wood floor. I ask architecture stone to take responsibility for the damage. But they said I didnt tell them my kitchen is on second floor, its my fault so I need to pay extra 400 dollars for second floor installation.They send their professional technician to measure the size before we finalize the price. I dont believe they dont realize my kitchen is on second floor. And architecture stone also claims that my stairs is too narrow, so I should use seam countertop, but because I ask for no seam so they did it in one slab. But if they are professional technician, when they measured, they would realize the problem. And should discuss with their customers.However, the truth is they damage my new walls and paints but they tried to push the fault on me. And they wont pay enough installation people to carry the stone.So if you want to buy your counter top from them, its better to tell them your kitchen is on second floor or first floor, because they dont ask, and after they damage your house, they use this to negotiate with you. And if you had stairs or corners in your house, its better to tell them how wide they are. Because their professional technician cant see that and even he see that they dont tell the shop and once any damage happened its customer`s fault.I like the countertop, but how they handle the mistake just unbearable.

I had a great experience from the beginning till the end!! I worked with Jerzy who was very friendly and patient, then the purchase transferred to the scheduling department and I worked with Mollie, who would constantly check with me how the project was going. Scheduling was very good, even though I kept delaying because of other circumstances. Installing everything was on time and professional. Wearhouse has a huge selection of different countertops. Will definitely recommend to a friend!

The whole process took a week and a half; from when we picked our stone in the yard to installation. It was by far cheaper than we had budgeted for and looks gorgeous. Well be using them in the future when we move!

Architectural stone hade a very large selection of beautiful granite slabs to choose from. The staff was very helpful with selecting the stone to go with our flooring and cabinets. The workmanship ( measuring, cutting and installing) was excellent and all the staff were very professional. My husband and I recommend Architectural Stone to anyone interested in granite or marble countertops.

Our granite countertops were installed a little more than a month ago, but I want to give Architecture Stones a proper review. I didnt know what to expect and just stopped by their store. Marcelo was the associate who explained the process and answered all my questions. He was patient and thorough as we made a few changes and considered different options regarding full backsplash, 1/2 backsplash, etc. When the time came for the final measurements and then the installation, the two-man team was very professional and courteous. The stone was installed so that the natural patterns are highlighted.Everytime I look at or get compliments about the counters, I remember the excellent work from the team at Architecture Stone.

I can only say great things about the service I received at Architecture Stones. I will recommend them to anyone interested in marble, granite, etc.
