We just bought a king size bed. I was dreading the process because Im disenfranchised with the entire mattress industry. But this guy in this store is a breath of fresh air.Very straightforward very honest very insightful and helpful. I really like the process of first figuring out what level of support and comfort works for my body. Then identifying that mattress in the price range I could afford or willing to spend.They have a good selection of mattresses and a wide variety of price ranges. It is a no pressure sales environment. And I really valued that it was a locally owned operation and not a big chain. You can trust these people.

I have asked for firm innerspring mattress with no memory foam and salesman offered me Therapedic Therafoam mattress. The foam in the name did not sound right, but the salesman assured me that this refers to the foam on the sides of the springs. Of course, this was a lie. Half of the mattress is foam which compressed after couple weeks of usage and started to hurt my back. Can not return and body impressions are not covered by the warranty. $400 down the drain.Please do yourself a favor and buy mattress at Costco or similar company that stands behind the product they sell and not incentivized to blatantly lie into your face.

I went in because I had read so many good reviews of this store, and I agree - great place to shop for a new mattress. Edrees was extremely helpful in working with me to find the right mattress, didnt push me towards what I didnt want (memory foam), and accepted when I said something was out of my price range. Even better, when I asked if paying the $600 difference would mean getting a mattress that lasted more than the usual 10 years, he said no. I havent gotten my delivery yet, but Im not anticipating any problems. Free delivery, free take-away of the old mattress, and he tossed in a mattress protector as well.

Not often in my dealings with companies do I feel empowered as a customer. Joe at the Mattress Connection was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and made my transaction an extremely positive one. I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone.

I was incredibly impressed with the outstanding service we received today buying a full size mattress for my mother. I knew what I wanted, and Edrees Malkawi found us a mattress and had us out the door in 15 minutes! He even offered to help us load the mattress on top of our minivan even though we didnt need to. He was efficient, very friendly, and super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We will certainly be back!

I decided to go to the Mattress Connection because they had great reviews. When i arrived to the store I felt very rushed to make a decision. They offered me a free mattress protector & free delivery if i purchased a mattress the same day. I explained to them I was moving out soon and didn’t have a bed, so I needed something in less than a week. Once getting ready to check out i asked them about the delivery date, He was very hesitant. I told them if I couldn’t get a date I would not a make a purchase. He got on the phone and called (Joseph) who said in 5 days. Well 5 days later no bed, Joseph called me multiple times saying another couple days. Two weeks later and I still didn’t have a mattress. Total waste of time, I had to go back a get a refund. They clearly only care about making a quota.

I had a wonderful time picking out a mattress with Joe. I had been to several other places and the customer service was unsurpassed at the Mattress Connection. I highly recommend shopping for your mattress here.

When it comes to buying a mattress it can be tricky, and confusing. To some people, more so than buying a car. At the Mattress Connection you will find that Joe and David are not only knowledgeable about the competition and what they charge customers, they really know mattresses. They take the time to explain everything to their customers and go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I would definitely recommend the Mattress Connection in Rockville to friends and family and feel very comfortable knowing they will be in for an excellent buying experience.

Had a good experience here. They did a good job explaining the difference between the mattresses and were knowledgeable about the manufacturing processes too. I would give it 5 starts if they had provided temporary pillow covers for the sample pillows.

We bought a mattress for my mother who has just moved to the area. Indrees Malkawi made out shopping experience such a pleasure and so easy. He kept in touch with us ensuring that the mattress would be delivered before my mom moved in. When I needed to go back a month later for another purchase, he greeted me like a friend. There are many mattress stores out there, but you get a personal feel here because it is not a chain.

I brought a mattress and two pillows today. Although the price is more higher than my originally expected. But the quality, service and final price are all meet my expectation. I hate mattress stores. They are often like going to a bad car dealership. Not Mattress Connection in Rockville. If you go, ask for Idrees. This guy not only knows his stuff, but there is no pressure. His first concern is your comfort and support, then is on to talking about price. But with that, you see truly making an informed decision and one with no regret. Thank you Idrees, you made it a great experience.
