Great small business in operation for 20 years. Owner, Kim, is so friendly and pleasant. They have helped me out with time-sensitive notary and document shipping services. Best place to go if you need to fax something: they charge a reasonable one dollar per page, unlike the Big Box chains like Staples, that charge $2-$4 per page, which really adds up if you have to send lengthy Power of Attorney or related legal documents to multiple financial institutions. As someone who has had to help manage the affairs of older parents and estates, I speak from experience. Will definitely use them again even if I have to drive a little further.

I have been using Parcel Plus in King Farm since they opened. The owner, Kim, is friendly and helpful and always remembers me. They will package items for shipping and always find the most reasonable rate for parcels. It is my go-to place for any shipping or packing needs.

Kim Was so kind and attentive. It was almost closing time and since there was line of people she was helping, she apologized for the wait and acknowledged all her customers with full attention. I was there to get myself a passport photo size and she made sure it was just right before printing.Appreciate her attention to detail and customer service.

The staff at this location are truly exceptional. They worked diligently to ship a very complicated order and were kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend their services!

I needed to use the notary service and I had a chance to work with the owner (who is the notary). She was very polite, nice and helpful. For example she was extremely thorough to ensure the various paperwork was filled out properly. I will definitely be using this shop again.

UPS Store would only do Notary on Saturday with an appointment.Called Parcel Plus and Kim told me to come by anytime. Headed right over and Kim took care of my paperwork and got it FedExd off for me.Quick and Extremely Friendly. Definitely recommend.

I had to return a package with a prepaid label. They were able to help me prepare the package, along with holding it for UPS to pick up, free of charge.Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Also located in a great area.Would certainly recommend!

Superb customer service. I would recommend all my friends for this place. Kim and Mike both are superb in providing great custimer service.

This is in walking distance of my house, but I now drive to other locations for my shipping needs because they cant make up their mind on what they accept and what they dont. One week theyll take USPS pre labeled packages for return shipping, the next week they wont. Id rather go somewhere consistent than have to guess whether theyll take my packages this week or not.

Ive been going to this location for all of my shipping needs for 4 years now, and I highly, highly recommend it. Two things that you need to know about me to understand my recommendation:1. Im extremely picky about customer service, poor service irks me big time.2. Im often times a very difficult customer in terms of what I bring in to be shipped. Ive walked into this store with all kinds of crazy items ranging from a full set of car wheels, to tennis rackets, books, random greasy car parts, all without any packaging materials or envelopes etc.No matter what I bring in the door or where it has to go the people there happily take care of my item, package it securely, and send it on its way safely. When trying to do the same thing at a local post office or competitor shipping store I get dirty looks for wasting the employees time.The owners man the desk here, and they provide amazing customer service. Take your items here to be shipped, you will not be disappointed.
