I did a remodeling job of 2 bathrooms for Roy in his apartment (owner of this business) and unfortunately he owes me $ 1000 and he told me that he kept charging him he would take me to court ROY IS A dishonest PERSON and I finished his bathroom at 100 %. just as he was dishonest with me that is his business with his client and I have made several calls and he blocked me. That is not from a loyal person .. also threatens to take me to court for no reason

We have some good and bad experience with this company’s service. The good thing was that the furniture and our goods arrived in a very good condition. The bad thing was that the agreed price increased by 50% as we were surprised to pay an additional price to a company in Slovenia, which we didn’t authorized to service our delivery. Nobody from the company 1 Stop Pack n’ Ship Company told us about that. This was very disappointing and thats why we don’t recommend the service of the company.

Terrence and Gabriel did a fantastic job. The move was great and efficient and the pricing was more than fair. They were also extremely careful with all my items! I had some trouble with the contract with the actual office employee that I worked with. Given how great the movers were though, it was all worth it.

One time I was not sure how much it would cost to send my precious vintage clothes and he came to the house to weigh them. He is an extremely reliable and trust worth person who loves what he does. We had them pack up and ship items from my fathers home in Springfield, VA to our home in CO. When unpacking discovered that an antique desk had been broken in several places including snapped off leg. Immediately reported. They asked questions to submit a claim and then told us we basically would get hardly anything for damage. We have repeatedly called and written, sent pictures and nothing. We even have extra time due to virus. When I finally called back after they then asked for insurance info all over again. Say they’ll call us back, over and over and nothing. Now going to file complaint. We would definitely not recommend.

Excellent Service from this company. I ran into a problem over Easter weekend as a client who planned to move a large piece of Nordic Track equipment on his own, was not able to get it into his moving truck on Good Friday. I called 1 Stop Pack N Ship the Saturday before Easter and Roy and his team were there the Monday morning after Easter to pick up the exercise equipment, load it on their truck and pack it for shipment to Arizona. I am very impressed with 1 Stop Pack N Ship. I shipped some antiques three states away. Since my items were quite large, they built a custom crate that met all specifications, and as a result, all items were in tact and nothing was damaged. They also picked up my items in their truck. Im sure other packing and shipping stores would not have built a custom crate. The price was very reasonable as well. I called 5 other competitors in the area and they were surprisingly the lowest. I also used them to ship holiday packages and everything I sent reached the destination on time and in good condition. I will continue to use them especially for large shipments and during the holidays.Great JOB

Great service during a stressful, chaotic time.They came in while we were moving my mom. They were able to take a large number of fragile family items and ship the various pieces to 4 different addresses across the country in a timely, careful manner.I highly recommend them - the only reason I didnt give them five stars is I didnt know that if we paid by credit card we would have to pay a 3% fee. Since they were not able to price the shipments until after we had left the area I would have needed to snail mail a check (which I didnt have at the time) or - use a credit card.Otherwise, their work is top notch and I would definitely use them again. :)

I highly recommend One Stop Pack N Ship. I called for a quote to ship 2 paintings from Maryland to Massachusetts, they provided me with a quote (best of 3) I had received, and arranged to pick up the artwork, crate and ship it to me. The paintings were crated in a large wooden crate and arrived 5 days later. The crate was slightly damaged by the freight transportation company, but both paintings were in fine shape. Because of the excellent service, pricing and fast delivery time, I highly recommend this business!

Wow... an AWESOME experience all the way around! We are relocating from Rockville, MD to Delray Beach, FL. Were using one of those transportable storage units (ie PODS). I was extremely worried about my 55 inch Curved 4 UHD 3D television being transported. Me and my family had horrible experience with the owner of this business, Roy Khosrow Azima. He severely damaged a priceless 19th century french furniture while moving and promised us that he will fix it. He later took this furniture hostage and asked for more money. We had call police twice on him to get our furniture back. He also refused to give us a receipt for the service and hang up the phone on use twice. He is also verbally abusive and physically hostile when we dealt with him. We took the matter to the court. If you want your valuables to be safe, avoid doing business with Roy Khosrow Azima. He is a dishonest and vulgar individual and does not deserve your business.EDIT: (3/11/2019)In his reply, Roy Khosrow Azima claims that he gave us $1520 credit which is a complete lie. He never gave us a contract or a receipt, not a credit. Apparently this is their way of ripping off inexperienced customers. Not giving the customer any contracts or receipts, and if they brake anything, they would claim that they gave the customer a credit on their falsified paperwork. If he gave me a $1520 credit, I would not be suing this individual nor wasting my time giving a bad review. He is a liar.This man is a criminal and a crook.

Worst experience. Hold my freight hostage and even i offered to pay right away they did not have options to pay. I think they wanted me to fly over and pay cash. Run! they will try to get your money even after they quoted you, will increase rates. I often hire craters nationwide and never had this issues.

I lost packages from the mail box of this store. Since I knew the time when the package will arrive, I went several times after the expected arrival time but was turned away to the local USPS office. It happened twice. So very disappointed.

These guys ripped me off. They gave me a quote for overseas shipping, took a deposit, set a date for packing/shipping, then cancelled the last minute and would not give me my deposit back even though I called and emailed many times.JUST STAY AWAY!!!
