If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I have had my car back for a year now (don’t really drive it much) got new tires put on because they couldn’t fix the front end correctly it wore my tires down. Still having problems with the front end that was SUPPOSED to be fixed the first time. Not to mention I had to take my car back to them AFTER they fixed it two different times to fix something else that started messing up AFTER they were supposed to fix it the first time. Was told by another shop that the only thing fixed was the cosmetics of it NOTHING structural was actually fixed and replaced like they were supposed to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I called them this morning because there was a noise coming from under my boyfriends car. He drove it up to WOODS QUALITY COLLISION, in Rockwall when they opened this morning, and they looked under his car and noticed a piece of the under carriage was dragging, the mechanic screwed it back in place and was so AWESOME!! They are professional, honest and stand behind their work. I have used them as well when we first moved here, and their mechanic took great care of my car and had to fix a previous mechanics work (out of state mechanic) and I haven’t had an issue with it since. Definitely love these guys and will be using them for all our car needs!! Happy customers 😊😊😊

I’m new to Texas and found Woods Quality Collision by happenstance - I have been very happy with the mechanical repairs they’ve done on my vehicles. They’ve changed my oil a couple of times and also repaired a seized lug nut that was discovered while my car was at Costco trying to get new tires installed. While in for the lug nut, they alerted me to some other issues they saw with the car while it was up on the rack, so I was able to get those taken care of during the same trip. They don’t give me a laundry list of bogus items that need repairing. I recently had my cloudy headlights polished at Woods and I was amazed - my car looks like new again! Prices are fair but more importantly I don’t feel like I am being taking advantage of with unneeded repairs being shoved onto me in an attempt to rack up the bill – they are good honest folks and I trust them with my vehicles.

I will not be using Wood’s again nor will I be recommending it to friends or family. If you choose to use them, I strongly suggest not accepting their offer to leave your rental car there when you pick up your vehicle. While it’s convenient, probably not ever a good idea to allow a body shop to look over your rental car prior to the rental company’s pick up. It’s definitely not something I will ever do again.Response to owner :You absolutely have the right as a business owner to do what you feel is necessary in all situations. As a consumer, I also am able to make a decision about who I will use and who I will recommend (or not recommend ) to my friends and family. I intentionally did not list my specific complaints with your business from my personal point of view in an effort to be kind and fair. In spite of your response that is somewhat attacking and not completely correct (extremely happy was not a term I ever used to describe my experience) I will continue to do that. I find your response to me to be a further example of why I will not recommend you and an example to other consumers of how they might be treated. I do wish you well, though. You have many good reviews. I’m sure people will take that into account when making their decisions.

I ran out of fuel in front of their auto salvage yard near cumby in the middle of the night this past friday.. he gave me a ride to the gas station and back only cost me a redbull. Good man and a blessing to know the good olboys like us do still exist.. thank you Glenn.

They manipulated a difficult situation my family was in and made it worse. If you live within 50 miles of another auto repair shop I strongly recommend you consider them over this place. Our visit cost more than it should have because I trusted them with my car and as an advocate for me as a customer.UPDATE: You aren’t including the whole story either. You know what happened. As for your concern, The misplaced trust has more to do with how you handled the return of the rental car than the fiasco with the vehicle pickup. Any business that operates that way is ethically disappointing for a customer and certainly will not get my recommendation.Yes you reported damage....on the undercarriage. Did you climb under the car just to be sure? Get out a microscope for good measure? Point is folks - don’t leave a rental car to be picked up at their lot - they will take advantage of it. Law or not you made money off that from enterprise and congratulations on your find. I’m sure all your customers would appreciate knowing you’re looking out for that.

I recommend and I recommend again! Incredibly, professional, polite, punctual -everything you hope your tow man is going to be. I had lost/poor signal in the area I was stuck in, I was having trouble getting through to my insurance company and the first tow that had been sent was incorrect for the type of tow that was needed. This tow company’s employee was able to contact me through the information my insurance company had sent and once he (the tow truck) was on scene he was able to help me connect to my insurance company to ensure my tow. His helper was also very knowledgeable and the entire process was made much less stressful with their expertise! He was also able to assist my friend who had also gotten stuck (happy birthday) as well as a third customer. They helped us with connecting to our appropriate insurance agencies, made us feel more comfortable considering the circumstance and got all three vehicles out in a very timely manner! Please call them for your next tow!

Highly recommend woods! they are great people and helped me out when i was in a hard spot. they were super easy to work with and they got started on my car very quick despite how many cars they had at the shop. i was very surprised at the attention to detail, something the big name chain body shops dont have. thank guys!

They’re GREAT for cosmetic damage..... I wouldn’t take your car there for anything else. My cruise control doesn’t work, I have 4 new check engine codes, and 6 new ABS codes - all of which were not there before. They replaced my motor block BUT FORGOT THE BOLT. now I have to replace my ac because the motor was way too low! They are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

What isnt to like they do body and collision work but can also do amazing get it running the way it should as well they treat people right and go above and beyond anyone else around they can tow you if need be as well. If I could give a million stars, I would. Woods Quality Collision first helped me out with a speedy and smooth car repair in 2018. They handled EVERYTHING, and it was the most stress free experience I have ever had. I was recently involved in an accident again, and in my shock, called Woods and spoke with Tina. She called me the next day to make sure I was ok, and to check on us. When I dropped the car off that afternoon and mentioned that I had to go to Plano to pick up a rental from Enterprise, she told me that wouldnt be necessary, and she called Enterprise for me and FOUGHT FOR ME to get a rental they had just repaired. Theresa then followed me to Enterprise, entertained my three year old while I handled the business end of things, and even installed the car seat for me!!! She took the car back to the shop for repairs. Did I mention this was the day before Thanksgiving?Chris in the front office called and checked on me, plus kept me updated on my car repairs and took care of all of the insurance business. The entire time I felt like a member of the family.And when, after getting my car back from the shop a week later and GPS dropped me in the middle of the country and I got stuck in the mud in the dark, up to my knees in water and yuck, I called Tina. I explained my situation and that my daughter was with me. I didnt have any funds for a tow. She told me we would figure it out. She met me there personally with the tow truck driver. Yall, there was in the middle of the woods. She kept me company while Mitchell and Jarred worked to get my car out. And when they noticed my gas light was on, Tina insisted on putting gas in my car for me. She turned an incredibly scary, unfortunate, experience around and made sure I was safe and sound.Woods Quality Collision is exceptional at customer service, and they are more than a auto body repair shop. They are a team of excellent and caring individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers and do more than I could ever have anticipated. My car broke down and I needed to get it towed to shop, I called to get a quote for a tow and they were able to give me a great price to tow it without charging me an arm and a leg. They dispatched the tow truck within minutes of me asking for my price. Which was awesome and fast service to me and so helpful. Other places wanted me to wait 4-5 hours to tow it. Tina and her team were great, had awesome customer service, very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommended them for any of your needs.

I recently used Woods for a last minute mechanical repair and they were phenomenal!! The were able to accommodate me last minute and even let me use their loaner card overnight. My car is now back to normal and running great! This business is run by some great people!!

My car was taken without my permission the day I was moving from Dallas to Arizona. I flew out and when my car was found totaled I contacted Micheal at Wood’s. It was towed out of the Dallas pound and to their shop quickly. They did the best they could to save what was left. They even took customer service to a new level by mailing all my belongings in the trunk to me in Arizona, I highly recommend this place. They’ve helped me twice in the last 3 years.

After coming here, i honestly would not take a car anywhere else. the staff was easy to work with and friendly and they made the whole process of fixing a car after a wreck a lot less stressful. if i could give more than 5 stars i would.

Worst place ever had our truck for over 6month finally got it back drove it for the first time now check engine lights on, doors don’t shut?? ABS break light on??Went there and was told pretty much sorry deal with it really??Do not go there!!!

This weekend I was unfortunately able to experience what it is like driving in mud; in case you are wondering, it quickly takes the drive part out of driving! A paved road I was on suddenly turned to mud and I soon found myself stuck near another driver that had spiraled out into the ditch on the side. She had told me she had been there since midnight; this had happened to me at approx. 7:30am. She then told me that her insurance company had already sent out like five different tow truck companies that assessed the scene and turned her away saying they could not help her. Now at this point, i was panicking; i was just trying to get scuba certified this weekend, not lose my car to a mud pit! Luckily I did not have to panic long as Woods was sent out and arrived around 8am. They set out to help the girl in the side ditch and made quick work with their truck to tow her out and get her back on the road. When they came back to assess my situation, due to the positioning i was in and my type of car, they were able to skillfully back my car out of the mud pit within 20 minutes. While they were working they told me that I may want to consider getting my tires pulled off and cleaned but once i was out they took another look and said that id likely be fine just going through a carwash; i really appreciated that they let me know that so i did not feel i needed to go then spend money on that as well. I always appreciate those that try and help me only do/fix what is necessary whereas other places ive been to try to convince you to fix everything under the sun immediately. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with these men as they were very friendly and helped turn a stressful situation into a more manageable one.

These guys rolled out the dent in the bumper and fixed it up without having to replace the bumper and it was $80! They saved us hundreds! They even detailed her car, too. They truly care about the customer experience and are not just trying to make a sale. We were very impressed and highly recommend them for any collision repairs or body work. Great job, guys!

Im from out of town and was driving through Dallas when a canister of what I believe to be brown paint was thrown from someones car ahead of me. It covered the entire front end of my car and windshield. I was very stressed and found the number to Woods to get some advice on what to do. They had me come to the shop so they could asses it and told me they could remove the paint. My car looks great! The brown paint is all gone. On top of all this, they were accommodating to me and my animals. I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. They put me at ease and did a wonderful job!

The crew at woods was fast and professional. They really went the extra mile in making my car look like new. I would send all of my family and friends here to get any body work done. I hope I dont need any more body work done but if I do woods is my number 1 choice!

I took my truck to woods with 10k miles on. I explained I wanted it done correctly. After having to take it back 5 times I was informed that they would not fix it for free! I now have a new truck with a bent Panhard bar and squeaky front bumper. Not sure if they are incompetent or just crooks. Either way youve been warned.

I had my 2007 Acura TL repaired after extensive damage from a lady that ran red light. All my fears and concerns were addressed immediately. They worked with my insurance and had my car in top shape before I knew it. I trust them completely and give them 5 stars.

This place is amazing they will work with you and stay if your job sucks and didnt allow you to get off James stayed till almost 8 and they close at 5 like that is amazing customer service like for real I will definitely use in the future if ever needed I dont care how far it is...Oh I also forgot to mention when I took my car in after my accident they detailed my vehicle I just love it!!!

I’ve gotta give a big shout out and thank you to Woods Quality Collision. They were extremely helpful during the repair of my car that was involved in an accident. I was rear ended and from the moment I walked in these guys were awesome. During the process they were completely transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. Every time an adjustment had to be made to the estimate they sent me a copy and had the approval from the other parties insured. They also helped our with the rental return making it easy and painless for me once my car was finishedI can be a bit overbearing and overprotective of my cars, but the folks at woods did a fantastic job.Other than the Carfax you would’ve never known the car had been in a wreck. Absolutely no evidence of overspray, bodywork or painting could be found on the car.At the end of the day I still traded the car in, but even the dealership said how impressed they were with the quality.This is one of those places you hope to not visit often, but when you do, they are on your side and help every step of the way

Brought my brand new car in for hail damage and they told me itd be a months making excuses to why it wasnt done. Once it was ready to be picked up it had holes in the headliner, my seats were stained, my floors maximum of three weeks to get done. They had my car for 2 and half where muddy, and had a sensor that wasnt working. Brought it back for a recheck on all of it and they had it for another 15 days. I gave them both of my car keys and they lost one of them, I gave them 3 weeks to see if they could find it and now they say I never gave them two keys and refuse to replace it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I had the misfortune of having a car towed to this place to were we got an overpriced estimate with things the car did not even need. Going to pick the car up. it’s in plain sight right in front of the building with absolutely no protection whatsoever. The man who ‘estimated’ the repairs just started tearing items of the front bumper that apparently were “hanging on by a thread” which I know for a fact it wasn’t, I was able to inspect the car before hand. Magically, I had an srs error light on after it had been sitting in their possession for about a week. Knowing it had NO srs issues before hand, I was eager to see what was going on, just so happens an srs connector under the drivers seat was disconnected. And then going to pick the car up, it was trapped behind some employees car! That was the best part, had to play a game called 100 point turn to maneuver out of the spot it was parked in. Anyway, the estimate, full of complete lies. Wire repairs to non Volkswagen harnesses (wasn’t a single harness damaged either), fog lights when the current fogs lights aren’t damaged or cracked, punctured condenser (it still held a vacuum, I’d love to see the puncture) and all sorts of other things that are not required. Condenser is still going to be replaced since it warped, but it was never punctured.Anyway, learn from this poor decision. These people and this shop are a joke. Just go to an actual collision place.

So my day started started off by scraping my husbands brand new truck! Frantically, I searched for a place in Rockwall that would fix my husbands truck before I had to tell him the bad news. I checked with two places. The first one I was told by the grumpy owner that the scratches were too deep and that I would need to touch them up with some paint, but since the color of the truck was so unique, it would be very noticable and my best bet would be to repaint the whole side panel!Naturally, I looked for a second opinion! That was when I discovered Woods Paint & Body! I called to get a quote, but the man I spoke to on the phone told me he was unable to do a quote over the phone and that he would have to check it out. I asked if I could go that moment and his response was sure come on down! Once I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly lady who got her husband (the owner) to help assist me. He was the same gentleman I had spoken to on the phone and he remembered me right away. I know he knew how worried I was and instead of taking advantage of the situation he did the opposite!First he put me at ease and told me that the scratches were really superficial and that he was confident he would be able to wipe them off with wax and a rag. When all the scratches did not come off he said okay now for plan B, we will buff the remaining scratches off! I said okay how much will that cost??? I was surprised when he smiled and said nothing!!! I could not believe he helped me and did not charge me a single cent!!!While I waited for my truck his wife showed me pictures of their family and made me feel very welcomed. After my truck was finished and ready to go the owner showed me how he was able to lift all the scratches away!!! I am so happy I found Woods Paint & Body!!! All my future paint and body jobs will go to them! Thanks guys!!! xx

Never go here! They will do a horrible job and ruin your car for more worse than what you brought them. These guys take forever to fix anything and make excuses as to why they have not gotten to it! They are rude to you and have very bad customer service!!!!
