I drive a beautiful luxury car, but I had received some major rock damage all around the bottom of my car causing my paint and clear coat to chip and peel off. So I decided it was time to repaint the car, but I had never had paint/body work done before, so as with any major purchase, I spent hours researching local paint & body shops and reading their customer reviews.After hours of research, I had decided that Maaco in Rockwall would be the first shop that I would get an estimate from. I chose to see them first because according to what I had read, they had the highest level of certification and the highest number of certifications of the local shops around me. My research also showed that they had spared no expense to ensure that they had the most up-to-date equipment in their shop and training for their staff so that every customer would receive the highest quality product and service.I chose to visit them before any other shop, but I was so impressed with their knowledge, customer service and cleanliness/organization of the shop that I decided to have them do my repairs.I had hoped that I would be happy with the way that my car looked after the repairs, but I never expected that it would turn out as beautifully as it did. I was amazed at the quality of work. It actually looks better than it did when I first bought it. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, and I can’t wait to show my friends and family how beautiful it looks!The customer service I received throughout the entire process was first class. I was involved in a hit and run but luckily got the guys license plate and was able to track down his insurance. Shane and his crew at Maaco were great to work with. They scheduled an appointment, worked with me on the rental, negotiated with the insurance company on the additional costs, got me in and out and my truck is as good as new. Best part about my experience is when I picked up my truck, it had been detailed, I swear it was cleaner than when I bought it! I was even able to leave the rental at Maaco without the hassle of trying to get that back to the store. Thanks Shane!

The team at macco did an excellent job repainting a fender that I broke. They were able to take a part i bought online and paint match with my car. If I ever have to get my car repainted i will he goi g to macco again. They also provided a competing price compared to all the other competitors in the area(half of what others were charging). The work was also done quick and they communicated well throughout the whole experience.

Took the company vehicle there for a wheel repair. It had long turn around time but it turns out that my fleet management company didnt handle everything as expediently as I would have liked. Marco, on the other hand, was awesome. Jose was super helpful and polite. My vehicle came back good as new.. If I ever need more work, Ill definitely take my vehicle there based on the customer service and quality of work.

These guys are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and patient, and they keep you updated every step of the way. They were very honest about the timeline, but still were able to get my car done slightly earlier than expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. No complaints here. :-)

Our 2007 Miata is a fun car.....we purchased it for its manual transmission and for its hard top convertible. It’s fun to put down the top and enjoy the days when it’s convertible weather here in Texas. The car has some miles and has a blue book value that’s rather low....but it’s a fun little car.The prior owner had pulled it behind an RV. The result is, road debris dings to the paint on the front, worn clear coat from exposure and a generally tired paint exterior.So, I started calling around and researching ways to bring it back to its original exterior fresh look. I received quotes for more than double the value of the car. I realized after a while that most car body repair shops are not geared up for what I wanted, until an actual body repair shop suggested I call MAACO. From my limited experience in calling around, the body repair shops are used to pulling off damaged car pieces and putting new pieces back on, and painting small pieces and putting back on.....so, their process for what I wanted was to remove all the pieces and doing the job that way......which would be expensive.....but didn’t match the value of the car. So, I was extremely happy to get my quote from Jose at the Maaco in Rockwall that matched what I wanted....a fresh look to a nice little car that did not destroy the pocketbook. Their communication was great. The estimate was exactly what I agreed upon. The car looks fantastic again. Shane, Jose, and the guys at the shop did a great job and I highly recommend them for this kind of service. If you have an older car needing a fresh paint job....you need to stop here.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. When we went to go look at my truck they gave me an estimate and a time frame for when it would be ready. My truck was ready and on time. the price even went down a little lower and I was happy about that. I drove 30-40 minutes just to go to them and I’ll do it again and again and again! If I could give more than five stars I 100% would!!

Total experience was great. I own a Tesla which can be a real hassle for body shops to get parts for and the lead times can be quite long. They were able to navigate through the process and get my car done in no time.

These Guys (David & Shane) are fantastic. Honest - did what they said they would do!Thorough- fought with insurance company to make sure all the parts were correct and fit properly. We had front and rear bumper repair and it all turned out great. If you need their kind of help with your repair job take your car to them. You will not be disappointed. Two thumbs way up!

This review is long overdue, particularly since this location earned it. We decided to paint my daughters car when she graduated. The gift would be that she could pick whatever color she wanted and Dad would just nod and pay for it. It took 2 weeks for her to pick the color, with help from her friends and Mom, but she was right on. And the guys at Maaco made it happen. It is hard to take your eyes off of this car. I rarely give a 5 out of 5, but this far exceeded my expectations.

I needed a new paint job on a 2003 suburban. They offered a wide variety of options at very reasonable prices. The paint job was done extremely well and was completed earlier than expected. Friendly and professional service! I highly recommend.

My camaro had some minor damage to the front bumper & although minor it still bothered me quite a bit. I decided to get the whole bumper repainted rather than going to a paint correction place since some of the old clear coat was peeling. I was concerned about going to a “chain” place but these guys do not act “chain.” Their customer service & professionalism was pretty amazing. The owner is pretty involved which shows that he cares. I cannot speak for other Maaco locations but this one has that personal feel to it. My car looks even better than before and they did a great job matching the color. Will definitely recommend

I had an amazing experience at this location. My car had extremely bad sun damage among other damages(scratches). After receiving a full body paint job it looks like a brand new car! Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and answered the many questions I had and walked me through the whole process. They had told me it may take 5 business days and ended up finishing it in two. I absolutely love my car now and would 100% recommend.

Ive used them twice now, and both were great experiences. They repainted my 1971 Buick Riviera first, did a terrific job on it. And then I used them to repair a nice sized dent in the corner of my truck bed. I also took my time getting it in, so it had a little rust on it at that point. Picked it up today and youd never know anything ever happened to it. The guys here are pretty good. And the customer service is really nice too. Combine that with the lower prices Maaco is known for, I very much recommend this place.

My classic 87 Chevy square body. I went to a couple locals guys in my town of Forney they acted like they did not wanna take my project and I ran across some. Maaco. Reviews in Rockwall and they were all great so I went to see Shane and very happy I did he and his professional team never backed down from my project they acted excited about doing it as there was a classic cutlass they just painted.sitting there to see some of the quality. I asked Shane if he could match the quality of the cutlass sitting there and he said yes. And they did not disappoint Chuck and Dave answered every call took pics for me and kept me informed. Truck finished and being tinted next door at Boss tint and when I pick up Tommorow its getting new wheels and tires. Super excited Shane and his team knocked it out of the park with my classic Chevy. Decided to take my car to Maaco Collision after reading the great reviews here and was not disappointed! Shane and his staff went above and beyond! Had both passenger doors replaced on my Murano and a multitude of other scratches and dents to be repaired. The work was done in a timely manner, the customer service was excellent, and my SUV looked like new! I had the best experience with getting the front end of my Honda painted. You cant tell where the new paint starts and the old paint ends. Perfect blending. I also felt the price was very reasonable.
