My girl’s trip weekend was halted due to a bent rim. Even though it could not be fixed, the guys were all about customer service. But John Hart was AMAZING!!! He went way over and beyond to find a mobile service to fix my rim so we could continue on our trip. 5 star operation but John represents the store front, and he shines. Thank you sir!

Ive always used Discount Tire in Arlington TX, where I lived. Then I moved closer to Rockwall and have been to this location a couple of times and have found this location not as attentive to women compared to a man! Ive stood and waited 10-15 minutes with no word spoken to me while they keep talking to men and one another left and right!

Dropped my car off with a flat the night before. Next morning they took the wheel off in the parking lot and made the repair. Came back after hours to my car fixed, no hassle to me at all. Thank you Rockwall Discount Tire.

OMG this has to be the most outstanding tire shop for customer service. I arrived just as they were opening for the day. There must have been close to a dozen employees scampering to get the place open and ready for business. One customer in front of me, already being taking care of. As the doors opened a gentleman welcomed me in and proceeded to hear my issue, got right on it. As I waited the business progressively got busy. Customer service is number one there. Got my business fixed, in and out within 20 minutes. Always my first choice.

Purchased a set of tires online, made an appointment at check out, arrived early and pulled right into a bay. In and out under and hour. Great service!

The employees at this location are awesome! The customer service is above and beyond, as well as their workmanship. You can tell actually like what they do. Took my car in for tires last month, and a week later i was having an issue with the pressure sensor coming loose and breaking. I called and Matt said bring it in, and well make it right. And they did, even though i got there right before they closed. Keep up the great work, guys!

They will repair a flat for free if it can be fixed. They will try to sell you the most expensive tires they have because thats all they have in stock. Good prices online order ahead and schedule an appointment. Friendly and have no problems answering questions. * Make sure you have your lug key when you leave (if you have one) clean environment. My father hit a curb last night and I had to replace his tire... So I went to Discount Tire before 8 a.m. and found myself in line of three people....By the time customer service had reach me they had tooka look of the tire and then replaced it with a new one and gave me a used alloy rim.Not only was the service incredibly fast but they also gave me a thr tire under warranty so that was an extra $108.00 saving..... the price tag came out to be under $100 for a new tire and used rim.( The alloy used rim looked brand new )would recommend this service to anyone. Mark was the one who serviced me and he was a nice person... 😋

Service was great. Quoted 2 hours, done before. Picked up vehicle at 1:00pm.Just realized at 6:00pm I never got the wheel lock key back. This should be fun.

I walked in to get a rotate and balance and was helped immediately and was told 20mins and was done in 15mins.

Went there to have a tire repaired and they told me it was unfixable and wanted to charge me 160 for a new tire. Actually they told me both my back tires needed to be replaced. I called Wylie tires and told them of the situation and they told me to bring my car to them and they would look at it. Not only did they fix my tire they told me both my rear tires still had alot of miles left on them. I will never go back to discount tire, thet are nothing but liers and thieves!!!

Charged me 130 for a new tire even though I replaced that tire with them a week ago and was under warranty. Not my fault 2 screws and a nail got in the tire. (No I dont have a crazy ex that did that to the tire I just live in mesquite smh)

Came in knowing one or some of tires needed patching up because it was leaking air. Rep took the time to check which 4 tires needed patching (turned out to be 2). He then told me to wait while they patched the tires. 25mins (store was quite busy, especially considering it was close to closing time) later car was ready for me. Rep even put air in my other 2 tires.$0 cost. I couldnt believe it. Interesting business move. I am definetely more inclined to come here when I need new tires.

Worst discount tire in the metroplex. 1 hour wait turns into three easily. They especially do not appreciate your time and your hard earned dollar. Shotty mechanics as well.

Rip off sales man doesn’t want to a patch tire for a long time repeat customer. Lied right to my face and told me I didn’t have 3/32” of tread... NTB verified otherwise, and took care of the issue for me. It must just be this location, never had a Discount Tire try to rip me off before.

Good experience on this visit. Manager was jerk last time I was there. I was reluctant to go back, but they redeemed themselves on this visit. One of my rims was damaged had them remount tire on new wheel. Everyone was pleasant. Price was reasonable. In and out in 40 mins. Tyson was especially friendly.

The guys at this location are amazing. They are very easy to work with and will help you to get the right wheels and tires on your ride. I wasnt completely satisfied with the first set of tires I chose, but was able to make an even exchange for the current set I have now.Also, accidents happen; during the trade one of my new wheels was scratched. The next day I contacted them about the issue and after assessing the damage there were no questions asked and they agreed to have my wheel refinished at no cost.Thanks guys, I really appreciate your service!

Joe was very polite and helpful. I’ve been to several discount tires and other auto shops that don’t take me seriously as a female and try to sell me things I know I don’t need or ask if I want to call my husband or father before making a decision. This location was NOT like that. Joe listened to my concern and explained his opinion on the situation, was very honest about the tire tread and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need yet. Pat was also very polite and explained what he did and how that would help us narrow down the issue. It shouldn’t be something to comment on but it is still very much appreciated when gentlemen work in the industry.

Had my tires rotated. ET was an hour and a half and I got my vehicle done within 45 mins. Met a flow El Pasoan who was part of the staff. The staff was pleasant and informative. Thanks for a pleasant experience and for being attentive.

Popped in to get my tire pressure checked and decided on a rotation. They went ahead and checked balance as well. Kelly also gave me a coupon for an alignment when I asked it they did them (they don’t). Very friendly and fast.

Discount tire in Rockwall went above and beyond. I had two flat tires and my truck was sent to another shop by the wrecker service. The shop it went to said they would have to order the tires and they would be in later in the day. Later in the day they told me they “forgot” to order them and it wouldn’t be available till tomorrow. I called Discount Tire in Rockwall and they had the tires. Picked two up and took them to the other shop which charged me to mount them even though they messed up the order. Went back to Discount tire to have the other two put on, and was told the rim that the other place put a tire on was bent. They had a set of wheels to get me going and stayed late to put them on.

I was told by Jose he could not patch my tire because it was a level 2. So I had the guy outside that was very nice put air in my tire and he confirmed it was a level 4. I dont appreciate being lied to and furthermore now you just lost a customer that would have bought tires.

Chris was awesome. We came in to replace 2 tires and ended up needing all 4 replaced plus the lugnuts. He worked with us and was understanding. We would recommend rockwalls discount tire and their employees.

Took my car which is 2 years old for a flat fix. Had a nail in it and then joe said that they were bald and would not event attempt to fix and started pushing 800 worth of tires. Not only are they at 45% thread but he did not even show the “wire” on the tires. Go to the one in Rowlett instead especially if your female because they will pull some slimy tactics to make you feel unsafe and buy their tires.

NTB wouldnt put new tires on our boat trailer with the boat on it. They are the company our company uses so we always use them but I decided to call around anyway. SOOOO glad I did! Chase and his team were able to put new tires on our large boat trailer with our Nautique on it - safely. We ended up replacing all 4 tires per their safety suggestion. I highly recommend their professional and reasonable services. We will be return customers!

Ive been a patron for years. In the past the early morning wait was awful, but the two most recent visits have been very pleasant. In and out very fast and efficient. Lots of employees, very thorough, and not trying to sell me something I know I dont need.

Took Tundra in because TPMS light was flashing. Current sensors were only three years old. Current sensors were replaced and we were told the light was off. As I left the parking lot, I noticed the light was still flashing. Took Tundra back the next morning and they managed to correct the situation. When I got back home, I decided to wash the truck, only to find that one of the hub covers was loose. Upon inspection, I found they had bent the attachment clips badly. This experience was about as bad as the time they mounted a spare tire for me with a three inch nail still sticking into the tire. There wont be a third eperience.

This is the place to get good tires. I always buy their road hazard warranty. You can buy this four tires that you purchased somewhere else. They also provide free tire checks for anyone who comes. I always go and get them checked prior to a trip. Their business is so good that theyve expanded Nationwide. I discovered them here in Texas, but there are now my hometown of Kentucky. They have a very good business model.

There customer service is awesome! I originally ordered 4 Cooper Winter tires online at $85 per tire and called this morning to make sure they arrived at the store in time for my 10am appointment. I was told that those tires werent available anymore but they had some others in stock that were more expensive. They ended up price matching what they had in stock with the tires I ordered online so I didnt have to pay anything extra. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and the entire staff was extremely nice! I will definitely be back with any of my tire needs and highly recommend to all of my friends and family!

Had a 9 am appointment (Rockwall I-30 location) pulled up to an open bay and a sign out with my name on it. Within no time my vehicle was up and the old tires coming off, 25 mins later I was back on the road. Pretty impressive guys, y’all just missed the red carpet. Every time we come here they are sooooo incredibly slow and rude. I called and asked how long for air check and they said you pull up and they do it right there. Well I waited 30 minutes watching 3-4 people per car in the shop and not one person came to help, meanwhile we had a toddler in the car, it’s raining and I can’t really get out. Not a helpful company and not the discount tires I know from other areas. This one needs to get with the program!
