They dealt directly with our insurance company taking care of everything and scheduling our vehicle to get repaired quickly. During the time they had our vehicle we were updated with the process and timeline and the final results were top notch. It’s as if the truck that slid down the hill never slid. Perfection! Such a great place! Always helpful service is great and professional. Someone hit my car on the side and after I got my car back from old town I couldn’t tell at all that it had been hit!! It was great love this place! Don’t love spending the money to fix but totally worth it to bring it here!

My husband and I brought in my Tahoe to have the quarter panel and rear bumper repaired, and was immediately very pleased with how helpful all of the staff was during the entire process. We received our estimate very quickly, and found that Old Town was very competitive in pricing, and very honest, not trying to sell us anything we didnt need. Ben maintained contact with us throughout the whole process, and I had my car back very quickly. They provide the option to drop overnight, which made my life easier, and their facility is very clean and secure. My car looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend!

I took my Honda in for a bumper repair as the right front had been squashed when it met a big rock! Chaston gave me a quick estimate and when I picked it up I couldnt even tell there had been a massive dent in it.Cost charged was the exact estimate, no surprises. I bought a vehicle that was new to me and it has some scratch damage from the previous owner. I stopped by Old Town Auto Sales (Auto body) and asked what could be done. After explaining my options, they made me an appointment to bring it in. The next day, they fixed the damage to the point where I could no longer see it at all. They were quick, excellent with their customer service, and extremely fair with their pricing. Went to see Ben at Old Town Auto Body for some body and paint work. This was after stopping at Daves Auto Body who seemed to be not interested in smaller jobs. Ben took the time to accommodate my needs and gave me a fair estimate on my project. A hard working guy that appreciates all of his customers.

Ben and his crew are amazing at what they do. Just finished my 2018 F-150 that was smoked by a deer which caused extensive front end damage and now it looks better then new. Very courteous, professional and just all around helpful through the entire process. I recommend them to everybody looking for body/paint repair!

I went to get work done on my rear bumper from an accident I had, they told me it was going to be 3 to 4 days it was actually 11 days they charged the paying insurance company for things that didnt even need to get done worst of all that my bumper still look slanted from one side and they couldnt fix it, and said thats the best they can do, and apologized and that they really appreciate my business. 😡

Great job removing dents and scratches

Old Town (Ben) was great to work with. My car was damaged while be transported and the roof had extensive damage. Ben and his staff made the process extremely easy. My car looks great. They even touched up a few scratches without any additional cost. Pick up/drop of was easy. I would use them again if I ever need body repair for any of my autos. Thank you!
