This place is amazing and the staff is wonderful to deal with! They are very nice, quick, and professional. We had two vehicles to have hail damage repaired and they had them completed in no time at all. They even went the extra mile and detailed the interior of both vehicles. Its like having new vehicles again! Will definitely be using them again if the need arises and will be referring everyone to them in the future.

Gerber repaired our car after a minor collision with a deer. Great communication, the repaired area is flawless, and work was completed ahead of schesule. We had a very minor issue after the repair that was promptly addressed by their friendly and helpful staff.

This was the worst experience. After Almost two month of having My vehicle. I had to nag to get them to even begin work. Another two weeks and I finally was able to go to work and have a vehicle. Not only was it incredibly long. My truck is now messed up where they were suppose to have fixed it and I have to loose money waiting around for it to get fixed again! Thanks Arkansas Collision. You will never hear a good word out of my mouth again about them.

First experience here at Northwest Arkansas Collision Center as well as having a claim and getting my car fixed ever. Overall great experience. Very friendly and assertive. Plus the work was finished very quickly on my car. I think they even vacuumed and washed my car, it looked really clean when I got it back. Hopefully I wont need to use this service again but if I do I will definitely come back here!

Took some motorcycle parts back in that Indian Motorcycle had painted for me 3 mos prior and they were chipping and there was debris under the paint. Was actually told they dont do motorcycle parts!! I asked why they accepted the work and was told because they were asked too. So left my parts and was called about a week later and told they were ready. They were brought out to me and they had touched them up but no clear coat so they were still and none of the glitter could be seen. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said I think the vents on the lowers need to be redone, they agreed so I left them another week. Got the call they were done, went to get them they put clear coat over them and never redid the paint and now there is more debris under the paint. Was told by Justin at Indian motorcycle if they came back a second time and we’re not satisfactory to bring them by the shop. So I took them back over there Justin was also not impressed with the work and is keeping them to send them out to another painter and he will not be sending work to them. I was also told if they had this other painter to begin with he would’ve never sent my parts there!

I guess the goal is to not have to visit a collision repair center, but life happens. And I cant say enough great things about the exceptional service and friendliness I received here. The staff was professional and courteous, the communication was excellent, and my car looks beyond amazing! Thank you so much NWA Collision! Youre the best! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with them, I went in to get my car fixed after an accident and they kept me updated through text and had my car finished in a timely manner. They were very professional and explained what they did so if you have State Farm I would recommend to go directly through them for a fast and easy repair. They also did a light cleaning to my car and it was smelled great the day I picked it up!

I was a little confused about how the process would work since insurance was covering my repairs. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They had arranged a rental which was there for me when I dropped off my car. I was also able to leave the rental there with them when I picked up. Car was fully repaired in a timely fashion and clean when I picked it up! Very happy with the service!

The service and care from the entire staff here was fantastic! I had deer-related incident that required a few days of repair and I was kept updated along the way. My car was even freshly detailed and smelled great when I got it back.I had State Farm insurance at the time, and NWA Collision Center was in their network to make things even easier. Would highly recommend, especially if you have the option directly through your insurance!

This place is great! The people are friendly and they give Fast service. The waiting room is clean and tidy. They got me in right away and took care of my vehicle. I absolutely love the service that I receive on the phone and in person. Always pleasant to speak with, very willing to work with and communicate with me. There was something wrong with the insurance check but they helped make phone calls so we could get the issue resolved right away and it was first thing the next day.Great work done on my vehicle and I will always recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. They give you a detailed list of everything they thought they would need to do and a list of everything they did. Complete transparency throughout the entire process.

Absolutely THE BEST customer service and repair work. Unfortunately I’ve had several vehicles with body damage that needed repairs over the last 5 years. NWA collision center has offered excellent work every time. However, this last job they went above and beyond. Helping with insurance, rental car and accommodating my work schedule. I highly recommend both Farmington and Rogers location for any work needing done.

I had some repair work done over the Christmas holidays, so my car was unavailable to me longer than expected. An employee came in on a Saturday (when they arent usually open) to be sure I could get my car prior to the long New Years Day weekend. Very impressed with this place not only in their service, but their work and professionalism.

I have a 2016 Kia Optima and I had to have my bumper replaced. I dropped it off on Monday and got it back on Tuesday!!! Super fast turnaround. I was shocked. Super professional, Super fast and would totally do it again.

I am still speechless because of how amazing my service was here. I will never go to any other body shop if my vehicle gets damaged again. I treat my car like my baby, and so did NWA Collision haha! From the receptionist, to the techs, to the estimator, just everything, my entire experience was amazing. I just want to stop and thank this entire Collision Center because even those who only helped me for a little bit, STILL gave me the best customer service. Also i am a super busy person, i have two jobs and i go to school so i am all about time and i am always on the go, and the fact that even AFTER the work was done on my vehicle, i saw an issue with my car still, i went back and they were able to finish the job during my lunch! Literally in just a few minutes, i never had to wait! It was great! & the whole team is just amazing ! If youre looking at reviews to find out where to go, dont go anywhere else but here. If you want to be treated with great service and want to have your car well taken care of/looking good. This is the place to go. They even left me a sweet card and cleaned my vehicle for me after fixing it, and if you are always on the go like me, you KNOW your car is scary inside haha! I took my car there to get repaired after a hit and run. The service and is great and they will keep you updated on your vehicle and any new chances that can arise. The only thing is i had to wait a líl’ longer than expected due to extended damage but overall I am Satisfied and the staff is very friendly.

Someone came around a corner, through our yard, into the driveway and slammed my husbands truck into my SUV. It was devastating to lose both vehicles at the same time. This happened on a Sunday. The following Monday, I was able to bring both vehicles to Northwest Arkansas Collision Center and picked up both the rental cars from there. My husbands truck was totaled and my SUV had a lot of damage. I was impressed at how painless the process was using them. They even had my vehicle ready 6 days before it was scheduled and it looks great. Thank you so much Northwest Arkansas Collision Center! Im not sure we would have gotten through it without you!

This body shop is one of the best Ive been to. Disclaimer: I’m not sure how to navigate to the Farmington location, so I want to clarify I went to that one, so I can’t say anything either way about the Rogers location.The customer service is outstanding. Everyone there was familiar with my situation, the quotes, etc.- I didnt have to explain what was happening to 5 different people; their internal communication is obviously top notch. I was debating about whether to get a new bumper (I got hit), or just do cosmetic work. They happily gave me quotes for both. In the end, my budget dictated getting the cosmetic work done at a VERY reasonable price. I was very pleased with the outcome- my car looks new, like the accident didnt happen. They only took 3 hours to do the work by the time I finally brought it in, and the cost was lower than the original quote because they discovered they didnt need one of the pieces theyd originally included in the estimate. The staff is so friendly, personable, and just down to earth. I never felt like they were trying to get extra money from me, or upsell me in any way. I highly recommend NWA Collision!
