I was out of town visiting the Bentonville area and had to visit this store twice for some minor things on my new off-market wheels to reduce the vibration on the highway driving at higher speeds. Bought the tires through my business account with Discount Tires previously and had never been in an actual physical location. They took care of me like I have been a customer there for years. Free balance, free labor to install the centric rings, even refunded me for the old ones that didnt fit exactly. The whole crew is extremely professional and the service is quick. The shop is squeeky clean and I am overall impressed with the work on my car I received here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2020 Tesla Model Y - these guys did a fantastic job giving my Tesla a proper rotation and ride balance. Don’t agree with $92 to balance 4 wheels, but my ride is even smoother now!

We were on a road trip and woke up to a low tire. Took it to Discount and the staff were super friendly and found we had a screw in the tire. They got it patched and we were back on the road within 21 minutes. These guys were a huge boon to our trip! Love Discount!

Could not be more impressed by this company. While sick and doing my best to keep away from people in hopes of not getting anyone else sick I got a screw in my tire. Danny and the team were more than accommodating to my request to stay in my vehicle the entire time and let the team do their thing. To my surprise reparable flat fixes are FREE with Discount Tire as a way for them to give back to the community. They have won my business from now on.

Went in to get a nail out of my tire. Turned out not to have punctured but MO provided exceptional service and was super friendly. We were already fans of Discount Tire and people like him are exactly why.

Im writing a review here first before I go and speak to a manager at my local discount. I took my wheels off to sell my to sell my tundra as the wheels werent party of the deal on the sell. So upon taking my wheels off I noticed they were deeply scratched on the inside of the wheel. I think they thought since I get my work done there I dont check my own vehicle from time to time. Anyhow significant damage done. Again in writing this before I go get an explanation. Just maybe one of the managers will see this and call ahead of time to go over what to do to resolve this matter. Here are some pictures to accompany this message. Ill update this review once contacted.I might add the wheels and tires were brand new straight out of the box wheels and never mounted brand new tires I had discount tires put on.

Barely made it to this location before having a completely flat tire. Walked in, no appointment, everyone was very helpful and working with urgency. They fixed the tire and made sure my system was reset. I really appreciated the help I received here.

Fast and courteous service, were quite a ways away from home and picked up a vibration after a semi ran us off the road making an illegal turn. Luke got us in and out for a rotation and balance and made sure there was no damage to the car, wheels or tires. Awesome job and a pleasant experience.

When this store first opened, things happened fast, and the atmosphere was always pleasant to be around. Either the management has changed or the employees mindset has changed.

Poor customer service skills! I waited in line for quite some time and was never acknowledged. They put all their effort into answering the phone instead serving the people who are standing in front of them. I literally called the store while standing at the social distance floor marker just so theyd finally acknowledge me. They should be taught to always serve those that made an effort to come in first, especially if theyre willing to drop a grand on tires that day.

The staff is very helpful even tho I am the customer that waits until 10 min before they close to get tires. The where happy to help me out and get me back on the road.

Yes, its another Amazing Discount Tire Location. After moving up to NWA a few years ago, I was disappointed to see no discount tires. Living in Fayetteville at the time I was happy when they opened the mall location. Shortly after moving up to Rogers, this location opened and like all other discount tires the service is great, building is clean, employees are nice and move quickly to get you in and out.

Al, the manager of this location, called me after reading my previous review and offered a full refund and to take another look at my vehicle. He delivered on exactly that and I also learned a lot about my tires and what was wrong with them with some of the employees in the garage. They were all very helpful and despite the rough initial interaction, I had a great overall experience.

Very prompt and efficient service. Called on a Monday mid day and told them what I needed. Made an appointment for the next day. They started on my vehicle right when they said they would and had my tires installed and ready to go in about 30 minutes.

I took a flat tire to Firestone on the weekend because DT was closed. Interestingly they couldn’t get to it until Monday anyway. When they did they called and told me the DOT says they could not pull the screw out of my tire and plug the hole. Not my first time around the block. I grew up plugging holes in flats at my dads gas station. I told them to air it up. I drove it across the street to DT where I bought the tires just a couple of months earlier. They drove me right in. Plugged the hole, checked the air in the other tires, shined all the tires, and sent me on my way free of charge. Great service and common sense. Now that’s the way to take care of customers. This is not the first time Firestone has tried to take advantage of me. Never again!! DT ALL THE WAY from now on.

I went into the store because my tire light was on on my car. The tech discovered that there was a nail inside the tire. After only waiting for about 10 minutes I was seen. They offered to fix it with fix a flat treatment for free. They even shined my tires and refilled them. Very happy with the service I received today. I will probably be needing new tires and the next year and a half or two and I will be stopping here to get my tires. They were all very friendly! Highly recommend!

When I first purchased my tires, I bought the road hazard insurance. It paid off this week. They didn’t have my tire in stock, so they had to order it and it actually got delivered to the Fayetteville store. Well, one of the workers went down there after he was done work, took it home and brought it up to Rogers for me. They got me in at the time I needed. They were quick, and everyone was so nice there.I won’t buy my tires from anyone else. These guys are great!!

After searching around for the best tire prices I found these guys live up to their name, they were the cheapest around. When I pulled up someone met me outside and took in the car. I was in and out of this place in about 5 minutes with new tires and Jose was especially friendly and fully explained the warranty I was purchasing and did a fantastic job. Customer service here is awesome and I would highly recommend them!

FAST tire service. Much appreciated

So 2 weeks ago I stopped by and purchased 4 new tires. They were priced very reasonable and have a good warranty. I opted out of the road hazard warranty due to low finances at that moment. However last weekend a motorcycle wrecked in front of me causing me to get 2 screws in one of my tires. Discount Tire was able to replace that tire, prorated since it was under 30 days (without having the road hazard warranty) and got me back on the road for 25 bucks. Thanks to Andrew for your help!

Great selection of tires. That part is easy. The people make the difference and they understand customer service. I bought a set of tires and I feel like I got a good value. Here is the kicker. I wanted an old tire for a tire swing for the grandkids and they went and dug through their tires to find the size that was needed for the little guys. They even cleaned it up for before putting it in the back of my truck.

I have always went to Discount Tire. I was happy to hear a location closer to where I live now was opening. Their service is ALWAYS excellent company wide, and Rogers location is no exception! Went in to have a tire looked at because it went flat, and they took care of it quickly. They are also taking COVID-19 very seriously for those that are concerned.

Omar was amazing. I was on a tight schedule leaving to go home to Denver in 24 hours and got a flat. He was able to get me in for service in a timely manner as well as provide me with quality tires. The next time I visit family and need tires I will be returning to this location. Honest and trustworthy people. Couldnt have asked for more professional and speedy service. I dont usually like to let other people work on my cars. Its a necessary evil for me since I dont own a tire balance machine or an alignment rack, but the people here impressed me, which is very tough to do. Its good to have a place that I can trust to do the work that I cant do myself.

My tire had a slow leak, whick they fixed without charging me which i did not expect so i was pleasantly surprised. They were courteous and professional.

This is my first experience with Discount Tire. I normally go to Sam’s Club, GM dealer, or Firestone. I needed a set of custom tires installed and their staff had my order delivered and installed the next day. In addition, they also provide a free rotation service for my All Terrain tires, which saves me up to $400. I recommend this new location to rogers to anyone in the area. Clean environment, professional service, and helpful employees.

My tire place of choice.I always like the Fayetteville location, so it was no surprise that I received the same level of courtesy at the Rogers location as well. Staff are all friendly, respectful and upfront about costs and ability. I came in and after discovering that Id accidently requested the wrong tire size they found a set at the proper size, which actually saved us a few dollars. Who doesnt like that, right? Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the service I got here. Omar and Cesar were more than helpful. I was missing my lug nut key and due to Amazon mislabeling the lug nuts I ordered I had the wrong size. They were able to remove, identify problem, and replace lug nuts with their own stock in less than 30 minutes. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
