The guy that helped me buy a new engine air filter confirmed I had the correct filter after I paid for it he offered to install it for me. I believe his name was Steve. And that was super cool of him not a big job but above and beyond the minimum effort Thank you. ( oh he refused a tip)

They sold me the wrong part even though I came in with the VIN number and all the information about my vehicle got home did all the repair found out that it was the wrong piece had to put it all back together again to bring it back the next day just to get issues on a return because the box had greasy fingerprints on it! Not even 24 hours later, yes they did end up giving me my refund but at a hassle not very intelligible I wouldnt ask them to diagnose a problem on my vehicle with a 10-ft pole if you dont know exactly what youre looking for dont go in asking for technical / specialty / knowledgeable automotive help.

The family and I had Traveled out of town to visit family and weather was other than favorable. I called 30 minutes before they closed on New Year’s Eve and had the exact blades I needed waiting for me. Good customer service and overall clean store.

It was good customer service today. Sometimes the staff is just overwhelmed with the sheer volume of folks in there but it was good today.

Slow un experienced services with information on product and your credit caed services were very poor along with paying in cash no customer service employee could not even count me back my change profesionally i had to count it back to the person.

Logan was super helpful.Dude helped me; replace my car key battery, find the Haynes repair manual for my Civic, suggested sources for replacement engines for my Civic, even told me hed help me find any replacement parts for it when it comes time. I live minutes from my local AutoZone in Springdale but Ill travel to this one just to see Logan.

Asked a question about my headlights and neither Damion or the man with the orange beard tried to help at all. Overall we left and went somewhere else got it figured out in no time.

When my Service Engine Soon light came on, I went to Autozone, where I have always had good service. Logan, who assisted me, explained the code meter, then helped with the part needed. All the while courteous and knowledgeable.

Staff is attentive and willing to help.

I went in to AutoZone to replace a break light, which I had no idea how to change. Mark helped me right away AND changed the bulb for me AND checked to make sure that all the lights work. This is excellent customer service, I very much recommend this Auto Zone and I will definitely be back 👍

I do NOT recommend getting your battery changed here! I stopped in after my battery died to get a new one and long story short: The person replacing my battery did it wrong and cost me an extra $200 to take it to a dealership and have the problem diagnosed and repaired. Im only giving an extra star because this person did try to help us figure out what was wrong and was very nice but ultimately just did not know how to properly change my battery.

Went here to get decorations for wifes car. They had a lot of choices which made it easy for her to find what she was looking for. They had multiple options for everything we wanted so we were able to pick the one that was best for us.

Took a star off for the wait time but once its your turn they are super helpful.

I had difficulty understanding how to place new batteries in my key fobs for my car. I took it to AutoZone today and with in minutes the old batteries were removed, new batteries were identified and all was ready for the road in less than 15 minutes. Problem solved with a smile

They might not all be super knowledgeable but they all seem to be trying to be as helpful as they can. They arent able to find generic parts without typing in a make and model into their computer. I just wanted a clear fuel line!

Their rives on a cv axle for my car was outrageous. Most companies have multiple suppliers or brands to give u a range of qualities, features, and prices. Not them. Only one and had to order it. And it was more than the most expensive part everywhere else. However, he did offer me his ten percent discount which was very appreciated but I went elsewhere.

Hard to find items and slow to acknowledge workers.

Had the worst experience in a long time at auto zone in Rogers Arkansas. I went in and was instantly verbally attacked by a Hispanic male and a Hispanic manager over vehicles I bought from him about two months ago.I could not tell what they were talking about,but the manager kept telling me what the guy was saying. I called a friend of both of ours and said that they were speaking in Mexican and another Hispanic that worked there started yelling saying dont bring racism into this.what did I say that was racist. This case isnt even against me .I bought cars from another guy with bill of sale.idid everything legal. We both went and talked to police at the time and they said I didnt do nothing wrong.I believe auto zone did me wrong for even taking his side,and confronting me .this made me look bad and my company look worse.I asked the manager if they had cameras that showed him confronting me and he said they have no cameras.I might have to seek legal counsel.

Went in for a replacement battery and had the employee tell me that the battery that was in my truck was wrong without even walking outside to look! I told him it was that style of battery since I owned the truck and he continued to argue with me about it! Needless to say they didnt have any batteries and I went to Advance Auto and they looked up what I needed no problem and even installed the battery for me with complete courtesy. So eat it AutoZone!

This Autozone has more items in stock that the Bentonville store. The employees are not as well trained as I would like or as well trained as other Auto Parts stores in the area. Autozone has better prices and is good about replacing parts under their lifetime warranty. If you need a part for a car or light truck less than 5 years old they can figure it out and may have it in stock, if not they can get it in less than a few days. If you need a part for an older vehicle or an odd part then you are better off going to NAPA, you may pay more but you are more likely to get the right part the first time.
