This is the most honest, hardworking auto maintenance shop I’ve ever been to. They were honest and told me what I needed to keep my car on the road and what I could do without. Jeff, the owner and mechanic who worked on my car, kept me up to date with charges and dates on when I would have my car back, which made an experience that would have usually made me so upset actually pleasant. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Persnickety, snobbish, rude, and unprofessional. Dropped off my 1994 Subaru for service. Four days later I got message on phone that they had been trying to reach me, and to call them. I had no voice mails from them. When I called they said the car was too old to work on. The issue was a straightforward simple transmission fluid leak and it needed a tune up.So, this outfit touts being a premier auto service provided since 1976. But, they wont work on a 1994? When I picked up my vehicle, Jeff told me that the car simply looked in rough condition, not worth working on. Well folks, it does look rough, but it only has 110,000 miles on it and runs great when tuned.I took it to Advanced Auto in Rogers. Jesus, took the car no problem and stated that some auto repair shops didnt like to work on older cars because it took longer to fix, as there isnt a sophisticated computer system to tell you what to do. I guess Auto Maint Inc has lost their ability to service older vehicles, as time isnt in question when I pay labor rates. Doesnt make sense, thus my opening comments.Auto Maint owner has an attitude, make sure your vehicle is spotless and has a good paint job, or you may get snubbed to, like this veteran did.Go see Jesus at Advanced Auto, hell take care of you!!

Had to be towed at night to the shop, left a note and keys in the drop box. Jeffs team were great, I expected to be told this many things need to be fixed, however not the case, it turned out to be a faulty battery terminal only, they fixed it. I asked for brake maintenance too, they had the vehicle ready to go that following night, there honest to the work that needs to be done,

While I grudgingly searched for a first car for my little cousin I was able to bring multiple cars in for purchase checks. They took the time to drive the cars, ran diagnostics, and let me know if/what repairs would be needed. Honest and quick!! My check engine light came on... I was worried...to say the least. They ran a diagnostic test and explained what the problem was. Thank you for your honesty. I now have a trusted place for my vehicle maintenance.

Fast and friendly. I brought in my car in morning and had a diagnosis by 11. Fair prices and they explained the issue clear as day.

Knowledgeable and fair. Will ask questions about what you want, and not slap unnecessary parts or uncharges in that you dont want. If they find something you might want to do additionally, they call and ask first rather than assuming you got extra $ to burn.

Im a first time customer, who stopped at another shop to fill my radiator before spotting their blue building from Walnut. I knew I was in pretty immediate need of repair, but I didnt feel comfortable with a national chain. When I pulled in to AUTO MAINTENANCE, INC., I was met by the owner and given prompt, friendly attention, even though every bay was full. While waiting for an evaluation of my car, another customer asked how I knew Jeff (the 2nd generation owner), I said that it was my first time there. He went on and on about the honesty, integrity, and history that he had with this business, including the advice Jeff had given him on one occasion that the repairs exceeded the value of the car and that if it were his, he wouldnt put another dime into it.. I knew that my gut feeling was right on. Jeff knows his stuff and uses his expertise for the benefit of his customers, not at their expense. My car was completed and waiting for me as promised, with no surprises. No wonder the shop has been n in business over 30 years.

My vehicle has been in there for almost 2 weeks still hasnt got it running then ask when Im gonna get paid to be honest you get paid when my car is running cus my insurance company isnt paying you for not getting it running.

I have had Jeffs Team at Auto Maintenance fix hubs, alternator, water pumps, hoses, belts, etc. He does good work, saved significantly from the auto dealers, no issues after!

Ive been going to Auto Maintenance for years, and Ive always found them to be honest, straightforward and fair with their pricing. I expect my car to run well for a long time with their service.

I would not recommend this shop! They are expensive and will only do the bare minimum!

This shop is wildly expensive (2x the going rate for a brake repair) and didnt test drive my vehicle afterwards, it actually had to be towed back. Fixed it on the second try but my brake rotors have been permanently warped. Make sure you get a second opinion.
