I dont let just anyone work on my 01 Jeep XJ but after speaking to Jesse on the phone about what I needed, I could immediately tell he was more than competent and actually knew how finicky the 4.0 can be to diagnose and fix.I started off just asking him to replace my cat, but after speaking with him I went ahead and asked him to do some more work Ive been putting off due to a hectic schedule and simply not wanting to work on it in the heat.He and his team met and exceeded my expectations and I will 100% be a returning customer.Thanks again for the great work, great price, and friendly attitude. Very honest. Dropped off vehicle thinking I needed new exhaust manifold. All it needed was a few bolts tightened. They could have done a $500 unnecessary repair, but charged me only a 1/2 hour labor. Will definitely go back.

We were traveling to see my husbands grandmother in hospice and our air conditioner stopped working. We called and they squeezed us in last minute, and on a Saturday. They fixed it in minutes and wouldnt let us pay for it. Very good people. Highly recommend.

Wow!! I went to see Jesse to replace the muffler on my ATV. Although it was short notice, he was able to take it for a few days and work me in as time allowed. When I got it back a few days later, he not only installed the new muffler but cleaned/brushed/polished the exhaust pipe and header. Then wrapped the exhaust pipe to avoid the need to reuse the old worn out heat shields. He also polished/painted the only heat shield I needed to keep. Way above what I expected! You can tell the guys care more about their craft than a quick buck. I’ll be back for all my exhaust needs (which includes my truck).

Incredible customer service. I was traveling from Florida to Colorado when I was driving through town and my brake caliper locked up. DANGEROUS BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company returned my car to me in an unsafe condition and damaged after an oil change and tire rotation. Two lug nuts fell off of the car as I was leaving the parking lot. When I complained about this, they gave me a card for a free tire rotation & oil change. Three months later, I found that the old drain hole had been stripped out by best brake. I investigated another vehicle best brake had worked on, and found that work had not been done correctly or completely. When best brake & more was informed of the problems, they denied responsibility, refused to do anything to make any of the problems right, and informed me that they did not want my business. The free oil change/tire rotation was never honored. I had to buy a new oil pan and pay to have it installed. The work on the other car had to be redone. This is a horrible business, run by people with little integrity who care very little about your safety.

Very professional and competent staff. Its always tough to find a good mechanic who is also trustworthy, and Jesse (the owner) and his staff meet and exceed those criteria. Ive taken my cars to him for a couple years now, and Ive been very happy with his speed, transparency, and high level of service every time. Very highly recommended.

After completing the service of the quietest muffler they had, over a 4 week period it became very loud. I called to set an appointment but they needed to find one that was compatible with the car (a common Ford). They never returned my call. I dont think they ever intended to look at the situation closer to begin with....completed review- its been 7 weeks and they are just now letting me know that replacement parts have been in for several weeks now.

Jesse is amazing. He is attentive and works to find the issue. He completed work same day and pricing was reasonable. I will continue to use them for all car repair needs.

Jessica and Jesse run an amazing shop. Jessica is amazingly friendly, knows all her customers by name, and genuinely cares about them. Jesse knows everything you could know about cars. I was referred to them after NAPA closed, and I am so grateful! On top of our normal run of the mill stuff like oil changes, tires, rotations, and whatnot, they have gone above and beyond in making sure were taken care of. On our last road trip, a tire blew because I didnt follow Jesses recommendation to change it when he said. We had to have them done in Illinois, and by the time we got home, the tire was making a grinding noise when I turned. I brought it in straight away, he uncovered the issue, fixed it, and cleaned and changed my bulbs, and he didnt charge me a thing. Then my husband brought in his standard F350, and they covered under warranty the clutch replacement. Good, honest, salt of the earth people!

Just had the best experience at Best Brake and More. I had a bent/broken exhaust hanger on my Ridgeline so I just dropped in during my lunch time to let them look at it and give me an estimate. They pulled it in to check it, found the problem, re-welded the hanger to the muffler, all within 5 minutes ! AND get this, didnt charge me a dime ! Offered to pay and he said, remember us when you need something else done. DEFINITELY will go back in the future. Thanks

Took my car in to have the hack job exhaust fixed. Not only did they call me with a quote and ask exactly how I wanted it they did it right. Had my car back same day and I could not ask for better customer service. I highly recommend Best Brake & More for exhaust work.

They installed my mufflers for me and ran pipe. They did it exactly how i asked, everyone up there is respectful and nice, very professional work, and all for a fair price. Very happy with the people and this shop in general.

The work on a catalytic converter & muffler was very well done & in a timely period as I was in an R.V. & had my dogs with me traveling from Montana ...they ask me if I would like to bring my dogs into the waiting room where it was air conditioned & they brought a bowl of water for them ...it means a lot for me when they go out of their way to make sure the customer is comfortable. Im very happy with the work they done & the price was exactly what they quoted me .I would recommend them highly to anyone .

Warning! Dont do business with these guys! I can see why his bays are empty. Took our Honda in for alignment & he came up with thousands of dollars of work our car needed. Charged me $43 for nothing. We just had a once over from Honda a couple weeks ago. They told us things that needed done that, theres no way they even checked!!!!

They Quote low and charge high. I was quoted $400 for an alternator replacement $400 is a bit steep for me, but it was Christmas and I had to feed kids so I needed my vehicle and agreed to let them fix it. Almost $700 later...the problem was fixed, but I wasnt able to provide much of a Christmas for my kids. Just be honest with your pricing.
