They were absolutely wonderful. Got me in same day and I needed new tires desperately. Highly recommend. And their canine door greeter, King, is a joy as well.

On Nov 6 I brought my 3500 Dodge Ram truck for a flat tire. They took it in, told me it was fixed/patched and I paid and left. One month later have a flat on the same tire. I took it to a another shop that was closer to me. They couldnt find a nail or cause of the flat. They took the tire off the rim to have a better inspection. Inside the tire there was no patch!! So what did this business actually charge me for? What was actually done to my tire? I called this establishment, the manager/owner asked for me to bring in my truck. I brought it in like they asked. They inspected it and well obviously it was fixed because I had taken it to the other shop. The lady at the desk said they wouldnt refund me my money that I paid for services that were never done!! Do not recommend this place to anyone! And to be honest its not about the money. It was just $25 dollars but I trusted these people to fix my tire. That tire could have caused me more problems, possibly even an accident. Highly disappointed!!!!!

I stopped at this location to have the rear tires air pressure checked onmy motorhome. The manager or owner was very friendly and got the job started very quickly. The employee that did the work was also friendly and spent about 30 minutes checking ALL the tires and adding air to them. When I went inside to pay I was advised that there was no charge. What a very pleasant surprise! You can bet the next auto work I need, this place will get my business.

Had to get a tire repaired there due to a mishap on the highway. Not only did they overcharge for replacement and mounting, as well as trying to fix things that werent wrong on the car, they also neglected to call when they were finished and let the car sit all day. Poor customer care and service all around, Id definitely suggest going somewhere else if you have the opportunity.

I am 67 yrs old. On Dec 15, 2009 I purchased 4 Goodyear trailer tires (ST205/75R15). They have less than 1200 miles on them. On Apr 22nd we were coming home with trailer from south Arkansas. About 1:30pm, approx. 3 miles south of Bobby Hopper Tunnel the front tire on the door side of the trailer blew. I immediately pulled over and, for about an hour I struggled with my jacks to change over to the spare (trucks going by shaking the trailer). If I had not done it myself I would have had to shell out $100+ for service call. I thought that I must have run over something, but after examining the outside tread (still together) there were no puncture holes so I have to assume mfg. defect. I stopped by Northwest Tire and showed the tread to Joe and got another tire ordered, then took the trailer home. He was supposed to call me Monday, but did not. I went to Northwest Tire today (Tuesday, Apr 26, 2011) and he told me that Goodyear would not warranty the tire at all, but he would do something for me himself. He charged me $147.44 for a tire I paid $115.00 for a year and 5 months ago, but didnt charge me $10.00 for balancing. Wow!!! If Goodyear tires were any good I wouldnt need another balance, nor pay full price+ for a tire that should have been free, or at the least a big prorate. You can see by the attached picture ALL THE TREAD IS STILL THERE. I wish I could afford to pay another $600.00 for new tires from another manufacturer because I DONT TRUST GOODYEAR AND I GUESS THEY DONT EITHER SINCE THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, NOR WILL THEIR DEALER!!! FROM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!

I worked for a company that had a corporate account with the Springdale location. One morning I noticed that a tire was almost flat on a work trailer. The tires were only about 6 months old. I took the tire off myself and took it to the Springdale location as I noticed it had a nail in it and needed to be patched. I left the tire at the store and told them that I would come pick it up in the afternoon. When I went back to pick it up, they told me that the tire was ruined and that I had driven on it for too long at low pressure and it had broken the steel belts in the tire. I sat there puzzled for a while because I had looked the tire over as I was taking it off the trailer. They tried to sell me a new tire, and I guess assuming that I didnt care because it was a corporate account. I said that I wanted the tire back. They told me that they had already disposed of the tire because it was bad and they were not allowed to give it back to me. I told them that I wanted the DAMN tire back immediately. They asked, why its bad. I told them that is was mine and maybe I wanted to make a tire swing out of it. I would never do this but it really isnt there business why I want my property back. After I literally almost got into a fist fight with the guy, he said fine. He walked in the back and I followed him without him noticing, keeping a distance from him. The SOB pulled my tire off of the used tire rack. It had been cleaned up and ready to resell. I am a very honest person and felt truly so pissed off that I almost fought him. People work hard for things that they have and for someone to try and steal from me (even though my company was paying for it) is absolutely unacceptable. We had several other instances where we would take one of our work trucks for something simple and leave with $1,000.00 bill. I would not use these people for anything. STAY AWAY, they are crooks!!!!!!!!
