NWA Auto Shop will certainly get my business again if needed.After taking my daughters 2006 BMW X5 to BMW of Northwest Arkansas, I was exceptionally frustrated with their service. So, I looked around and after discussing the electrical issues with Kevin, he seemed so knowledgeable, I felt like he was the best choice. It took awhile but they actually figured out the issues and got them fixed. Electrical issues on cars are notoriously hard but they got it fixed. BMW wanted over 6k and misdiagnosed the issue, while Kevin did his due diligence, figured out the real cause, and got it fixed for a fraction of the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hands down the most thorough, truthful, and transparent mechanic around. Did a ton of work on an 85 Chevrolet truck we are bringing back to its glory days. Doesn’t mark up parts, fair labor, great work. Best mechanic I’ve ever used and will be the only mechanic I use moving forward.

WOW! In world where customer service is being lost it was a sigh of relief to find an auto shop that still believes in taking care of the customer. I have a daughter that lives in North West Arkansas and needed work on her car. After taking it to the dealership and seeing what they wanted to charge I told her I would call around. Had my rear brakes worked on. Kevin was honest and fully disclosed each item that he quoted and made very conservative recommendations and explained all repair options. He turned the rotors instead of defaulting to replacement (which most shops often propose). When you work with Kevin, you learn the hows and whys of each repair, which makes you a more knowledgeable consumer.

Kevin has the best customer service I’ve experienced from an auto shop. He over communicates so that you never are left out of the loop while he’s working on your car.Though, his rates are higher, he makes no money on parts purchased for your car. That way you are ensured he will put far more thought into installing a new part... other companies have no problem trying 5 parts as they will make money doing so. Most times, I actually save money since Kevin is so diligent and knowledgeable.Kevin takes about a day or two to diagnose and fix my two older Hondas.Lastly, Kevin has always been courteous to my wife and me - always in cheerful mood.
