Even as a car guy, I was impressed with their straight forward knowledge without any fluff. Super friendly and honest approach to business and customer satisfaction. They earned my word of mouth praise and return patronage.

Amazing staff and total transparency while they work on your car. Wife and I got an oil change on our vehicle and was in dire need of an air filter. We paid $44 dollars. Yes I could have done it cheaper myself however not only was oil changed but tires filled with air, car was vacuumed, windows cleaned, all fluids checked. Basically they gave our car a complete look over. I wouldnt have vacuumed or done the windows. I hate doing windows lol. Oh did I mention total transparency so you can see them working on you car? Taylor the manager was very personable and him and his staff are completely dedicated to giving the very best to their customers. You almost could eat off the floor of the shop if you had to, thats how clean the shop is. Wife and I will never use anyone else but them for all our car care needs. the tech was super professional and very polite. If I could give this place 50 stars I would. As you can see seating outside and seating inside. Complimentary coffee or cold beverages while you wait. Our car was ready to go in about 10 minutes after getting there thats including paying, and they was super busy

Quick story. I had a minivan. I wanted this thing to run so bad. I took it here and the guy told me they could fix it, charge me and maybe it would work. He told me to let it go. It was a cash pit. It ended up being a lemon. They could have ripped me off but they didnt. I now take all my cars here for everything! I trust these people with the safety of my family.

So my serpentine belt went out on me at the lake. I called from the side of the road and talked to someone here. I had enough of the belt left to limp it in, but they told me to call back and theyd send a tow truck if needed.Once I got there, I have to say the staff was great. They got my car in immediately, had the belt ordered and changed while I got lunch.In the end, my total was about $75.I didnt have a automotive shop I trusted in Rogers, but I do now.

I had this place do a diagnostic test only car to find out the problem they said it was the 02 sensor I changed it and the engine light came back on and the same code is reading and they want to charge me full price for another diagnostic test I think this is very unprofessional and I think they overcharge their customers and rip them off and and say its that a problem when its not. How many times have you been told that you have the wrong spark plug in your car? How many times have you been told that it could belong to a dirtbike or a lawnmower? Well I can officially say that I have once. At this auto shop. And it was a lie. I went in because my engine was misfiring and to have a thermostat and oxygen sensor installed. An hours work for the parts, half an hour for the diagnostic as I told them it was likely related to the spark plugs. They installed the oxygen sensor, but not the thermostat for whatever reason, told me I had a lawn mower spark plug and that one was crossthreaded, meaning I would likely have to replace an entire cylinder of my engine, meaning 1.5 to 2 thousand dollars. I decide to get a second opinion: my own. Using the knowledge of a summer working at OReillys 7 years ago and a youtube video, I change all four spark plugs and wires for 80 dollars. Fun fact, all 4 plugs were manufacturer originals, not crossthreaded, and easy to remove with manual tools borrowed from my father in law. Even more fun fact, that was the problem, and it runs fine now. They never put my thermostat in despite charging me for it. Never come here, they will lie, try to cheat you, make you wait for 4 hours when they do half an hours work, and then tell you sorry there wasnt better news for you.

They were very honest with me about my options and what needed to be done.

So I went to Kwik car today as a last ditch effort to save our daughters Christmas present fund from the repair I needed done. I should have gone to them FIRST.Let me tell you why.The first person I went to told me the best case scenario for my repair and the worst case scenario, but told me he would have absolutely no idea which it was until I brought my car back to him tomorrow when he did the actual repair. The next person I went to could tell I wasnt mechanically versed and told me We cant find that cheaper part for you. Its almost impossible to find. So he quoted me the original mans worst case scenario PLUS 200 more. The next guy I went to charged me 100 more than the previous. Finally, I called Kwik Kar and Taylor told me to come in and he would actually look into it and tell me if its best case/worst case so Id know what to expect. Not only did he do the diagnostic for me for free, he found the problem, and fixed it for way WAY less than even the original quote.They are fairly priced, honest and good workers. They saved me from spending ALL of the money I saved up ALL YEAR to buy Christmas presents for my daughter and then some. Im SO thankful for Kwik Kar and their staff.

Been using these guys for a couple of years. Just dropped a new engine into my car that I had warrantied. They were super cool throughout the whole process even though the warranty company was a nightmare. They do good work and its reasonably priced. Will always use them while I live in NWA.

This place has some awesome customer service! They are friendly and they remember who you are each time you stop in. They get you in an out, theres no wasting time. They may get real froggy at times and give you a hard time and get you going on a guilt trip, but they are right and its all out of fun and professionalism. Sometimes we all need to be put in our place and leave it to the professionals. Update. 03/13/21.I had my car serviced at this shop 2 times now and each time all I can say is WOW. So very impressed. I have a older car with lots of miles so things break and need repair. I will always bring my car to this shop after all the work they have done. my care is running the best ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and stands by there work. I love this shop. If you need repair or just service this is the shop for youMy Brother-in-law suggested this business for a safety inspection and fluid change services due to the fact he has had really good service there. Boy, am I glad he did. Jeff meet me at my vehicle with a mask on and really helped me get everything scheduled. He did a great job getting my used car serviced. I returned the following morning as scheduled to have the vehicle inspected and repaired as planned. Alex was my mechanic. He did a fantastic job fixing a long list of items that needed repairs. Now my new to me used car is safe and running like new. I cannot say enough good things about their professional caring and knowledgable staff. I would recommend this business HIGHLY.

Lift for handicapped power chair quit working while at a MD visit. Roger came out right away, fixed the problem so my self and my husband (both disabled) were able to finish MD appt and get chair reloaded. He was so kind and didn’t even charge us for all his prompt courteous service. I can’t express how helpful this all was for us. TY and God Bless

Kwik Kat was pretty good service, a little pricey but overall they were polite and got me in and out pretty quickly.

My young driver went there and they told him he had major issues with his car .We doubted that, got a second opion and sure enough, it was repaired for a simple problem costing my young driver $450. ( they quoted)less than the imaginary maior issue they were wrong about.

Sitting in the lobby as I write this review for the place. As usual the staff is nearly obnoxiously friendly, cold sodas in the fridge and theyre fixing something badly needed on a payment arrangement. This is the ONLY car (Kar?) shop I go to.

Ive used Kwik Kar in Rogers several times, and have had nothing but excellent experiences. They actually talked me out of doing several hundred dollars worth of work that Firestone had recommended, because the condition was normal based on the cars mileage and the manufacturers recommendations. They really seem to be in business to help the customers, not milk them for every dime they can get. Ive been back since and will continue to go there.

Were camping in town and needed some things checked and an oil change. A friend recommended and we dropped it off the night before and it was done just after lunch, so kwik indeed. Has a mystery noise and some AC issues. They diagnosed them and were honest and fair with the work proposed. Nice staff, too.

Went here to have them check the work of a different oil change business in Rogers (since we watched that other place try to pry open the hood of my (fairly new) car with a screw driver and didn’t trust they actually knew how to do their job)-Kwik Kar not only checked their work for us free of charge, but also went above and beyond and pointed out a running headlight out and changed it for us as well.....Taylor has definitely earned my business from this point forward! The staff there are knowledgeable and truly seem to care about quality work!

I took my car here because one of my pumps had locked up. I had asked about a tow quote before hand and was told $45. My water pump needed replaced. I also received a surprise oil change that I didn’t ask for, nor was it discussed with me. $40. Was charged an extra ten bucks on the tow, no clue why, when I was already quoted the price. EDIT: Robert was kind enough to contact me and go over the bill and explain a few things, while also offering the ten dollar difference in the tow price. Good customer service practice. The oil change was necessary, but apparently covered by the discount i was given.

SCAM AT THE BEST. Please, be aware. These guys are totally THIEVES. I went there to replace a blend door actuator, the guy wanted to charge me $700 just to replace it, I had already bought the piece, they said it was gonna take them 7+ hours in labor. Good thing I replaced it myself in less than 1 hour. And the most important is that if you reject their job, you will be charge a high fee for their value time just to tell you something you already know. So please avoid going to this place or you will be rip off.

I went a few times and love it. But there was something bothering me about this place. They always seem to be on the defense even when people were complimenting them. I soon found out why. I went in for an oil change. They told me I needed both my windshield wipers replaced, which was what they also told the lady in front of me. I explained one of them did need to, which I knew because I bought the replacement. The biggest one I replace the night before. It was brand new. The technician stumbled through a weak explanation before offering to put on the new one for free. I still hadnt caught on yet. I was then called out and shown that two of my tires were bad, and I mean really bad. They said I was in luck as they had two tires to replace them. After hearing the price I asked what the brand name wondering if they were worth it. I was lectured about how tire are no different from one another and people just pay for the brand. Then literally his next sentence was that I had Walmart tires on my car and I should replace them asap because Walmart tires are bad. So hed order me in two more tires I would pay that day for. I told him no. They then tried to get me to set an appointment for a 4 tire alignment (my car doesnt have four wheel drive). I said no to that too, got my car back and left. Later I went to Tire Tracks to get the alignment done at a much cheaper price and there they told me they couldnt do the alignment because I not only had tires that were a size smaller than they should be, but they werent even the same size as each other! They helped me get a refund from Kwik Kar, got two new tires for me that were the right size and cheaper that what I paid for, as well as correcting some other falsehoods I was told by Kwik Kar.When I went back for the refund, the technician who sold me the tires wouldnt look me in the eye and quickly passed me off to his manager, who told me that the technician said he told me they werent the right size (I verified when I bought them that they would work for my car and had no idea that there tires werent even identical to another). In their defense, I got my refund and a small apology. But if thats the only good I can say about them now then Im not going back.

Beware!!! Wife brought our 2011 Nissan Rogue in for an alignment. They quoted replacing the front lower control arms, the front struts, the rear shocks and 4 tires with the alignment (saying it needed to be done) and it was over $3000 estimate. I paid them their $29 we looked at it fee and went somewhere else. Turned out it just required the alignment at $90 and 2 front tires. The best part is there is one part on the front end thats starting to go bad but wasnt bad enough to replace yet and they didnt catch it. This place is a total rip off. My wife has been bringing her car there for years but Ive told her to never go there again. Scam artists at the best. Basically looked at the mileage on the vehicle and said everything needed to be replaced when it didnt. Told her to never go back there again and shes been going there since 2006. Dont trust this place at all.

Today I saw 2 Kwik Kar staff literally run to help an elderly lady whose motorized mobility scooter had broken down on the sidewalk between Kwik Kar and the assisted living home. They were extremely kind and patient with the lady. They did a great job getting her on her way. I think acts like these are a true measure of the people working at our local businesses. I have had them do an oil change on a vehicle. It was fast, professionally performed and priced right. After today they will be handling all my automotive needs. FAST! FANTASTIC! FRIENDLY! I was meet at my car, then sat in their very comfortable waiting room. Free coffee and soda, plus a TV. Before closing my hood they brought me out and showed me their recommendations for my vehicle, and again a run through of what I had come in for. They checked and topped off all my fluids, and then vacuumed! All of this, plus paying in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be back!

Would not recommend to anyone. I asked for oil change only he pulled all of my filters and wanted to charge $50 for a $10 filter. You can keep your multi point inspection my drivers windshield wiper fell off on the way home that was nice. Also they didnt offer me a military discount and we talked about my service. Thanks I will never be back and I will never recommend you to anyone.

Came in from out of town to look at a minivan. Wanted a mechanic to look over it before I put money down. Talked to Taylor to schedule an appointment the day before, dropped the van off after a test drive and within 15 minutes I got a call from Taylor saying not to purchase as it looks like oil leaks had been concealed, and that the timing belt and water pump had not been maintained like they should have. This place and crew saved me a lot of heartache from being stuck with a bad vehicle. Couldnt recommend more. Id go here all the time if I lived here!

The employees were super nice and got me in last minute to check out my car before a road trip. They will tell you what the manufacturer recommends to be done on your vehicle. I typically change my own oil. My wife brought out car here while I was out of town, and took care of her very quickly. This is important for a Mom with 2 toddlers. The guys in the shop were playing with the 2 kids and made the stop fun. Today, I needed help on a task that the other places didnt want to do. I called these guys and they took care of me with no issue. Ill keep bringing my cars here.

This place is great. I take my car to them every time i need an oil change. Theyll let me know if they found anything needing to be fixed or replaced, without being pushy about it. I have never been treated so well, with so much respect at any shop I have ever used. The guys at Kwik Kar go above and beyond. They made sure my truck was safe. I can now drive to Tulsa, Joplin, anywhere and know that my truck will get me there in one piece. Brian, Joshua, Trevor, Jim, You guys are amazing. They have taken my rickety front end and made it like new, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to do it. I highly recommend this place to anyone who knows nothing about cars, except that there is something wrong when the check-engine light comes on, as was my case. I brought my vehicle here, on recommendation, and they checked it over thoroughly and gave me car-care information on how to keep the light from coming back on, and they did not charge me an arm and a leg, not even a whole fingernail, and for that I m truly grateful! I am new to the area and took my car here for an oil change. The staff was excellent and took the time to thoroughly go over my vehicle with me. I was very happy I chose this shop and will continue to bring my vehicles here for all of my maintenance and mechanical work

They are pretty fast, but not as friendly as they used to be. I didnt realize they preferred that you make an appointment but they took my car anyway and diagnosed the issues within the same day. I appreciate that they call before they start any work on your car to confirm with you and they are very fair and upfront with pricing.Last few times Ive taken my car in its died within a day or two of picking it up I will try other mechanics.

When they do the job they do it right the first time they are honest and they tell what is wrong with tour car and if they can fix it or not. They care about there guests as much as there employees .

I wanted to give a shout out to Joe Barnes at this location. Sense of urgency and very detailed with what I needed to know about my car. Meaning issues and upcoming repairs/maintenance. Also identified the problem to my AC the day I took it in...My AC was making a loud noise so I thought of taking it in the shop to get it checked out. Well, I took my car in for an oil change, Joe went out of his way to check out what the noise was...a zip loc bag was stuck in there...saved me about 60-120 dollars on getting that checked out elsewhere. Thanks Joe!

Tuesday september 19,2017 was my 1st visit and was very impressed with the friendly people. The garage was very clean and the mechanics were all busy. There was team-work observed while I was there. I had to have a radiator replaced and repair a leaking intake gasket. There estimate of time and cost were accurate. They exceeded my expectations. Even though it is a 45 minute drive, I will definitely go back for my next service.

Ive been a returning customer for years now. They have worked on 2 of my cars. They always do great work and are honest about what needs to be done. Its locally owned and operated which is nice too. I highly recommend this place!

These guys were very friendly and had very fast service. They did a very good job troubleshooting an issue with the headlights on my Prius, and did it for a good price. They were very upfront about the charges and explained exactly what they found wrong. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I rated Kwik Kar a 1 but thats only because I couldnt give a more negative rating. I brought a vehicle in for an alignment after replacing a couple of steering components; basically just needed the Toe-In set - a very basic process. Dropped the car off for a 3:30 appoint the day before; I called to check on it at 4:30 the next day and they hadnt even started on it. When I got there at 5:30 instead of an $80 alignment I got an estimate for over $1000.00 for front end repairs. Most of which were parts that had just been replaced! Is Kwik Kar UNSCRUPULOUS? or UNSKILLED? Not sure but I will never bring a car back to them. I took this car to another shop the next day and had it aligned within an hour with NO estimates for extra work. Also, Im no average customer. I have a degree in Automotive Technology. I was an ASE Certified Master Tech (the industry standard) for many years. I was a Certified dealer technician. I owned an Automotive Service Center for 15 years. I paid my way thru engineering school working on cars! I KNOW CARS inside and out and I dont appreciate poor service or being ripped off. Use caution when dealing with this company and get a second opinion on expensive repairs.
