Had a hole in my exhaust. Tried all the usual stuff to fix it but no dice, it needed to be welded.These guys got it fixed - cut out old pipe and weld in new section - in the same day for $75 plus tax. Totally reasonable price for me, was expecting to pay twice that.Ill edit this review if the repair doesnt last.

I would recommend Seeburg. They changed all my spark plugs and also installed a gasket cover. My check engine light came back on after I left, and I took it back. They spent about a full day and a few hours the next continuing to diagnose the problem at no extra cost to me. It wasn’t exactly convenient, but when is having your car in the shop? I felt like they did care about the service they provided and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. At the end of the day, that’s what I would want in a company. I recently moved to Rogers and I’ll be coming back here from now on.

The experience that I had with Seeburg was great. I was worried that I was going to have to have major repairs done on my exhaust costing me a good bit. Turns out it was a rusted out hole that just needed a section cut out and replaced. I felt very relieved when I got the news. Service was done and my car was ready the same day I dropped it off.

I enjoy Seeburg quite a lot. I first worked with them a couple years ago with a bent muffler and they fixed me up real quick. Recently bought an older ls400 and they have done a good job making sure everything is done right. I took it in for a valve gasket and timing belt service. It did take a little longer but I understand that it is an older car and they wanted to make sure I wasn’t driving off in something that was going to break. Some of the old plastic components and hoses where going bad so they went a little further to replace a couple extra things. I am happy about that considering this will be the car I bring my new baby girl home in! Mike and Tim in Rogers Arkansas are always really great to talk to. Super humble guys who really care about you and making sure that Seeburg can provide the highest quality of service. I will take my cars back to these guys. They know what they are doing and they will do you right.

Tried to initially charge me almost $550 to install wiper motor & wiper transmission arms on my 2004 Saturn ION then after I said I could not afford that they graciously lowered the price down to $400 (which is close to the average for my area I found out researching online) which I later found out WAS going to USED parts. And when I told them I would come pick the car up and put the parts and such inside my car. They informed me they had thrown out the wiper transmission arms for scrap. They chose to keep mounting bracket for windshield wiper motor, all bolts, nuts, screws and such to reassemble it (that required a run to junkyard to get those). This was after he told me it was past the point of return and they would be the only one who could put it back together. I would STRONGLY recommend NOT using this crooked establishment due to the way I was treated. I am 58 yrs old and disabled and felt as though I was being bullied in to letting them perform the work until my friend called and talked to them and then went and picked up my car. I went and bought brand new wiper motor and wiper transmission arms for just under $222 with lifetime warranty and had a friend install for $100.

I brought my car in late on a Thursday evening.. They had it diagnosed and repaired that next day by 2:00. The price was reasonable as well!

Went last year to get and oil change and service was good. However, I called recently to schedule a oil change and the person ln the phone got my number and name. Whenever I went to my appointment I was told I was not on the books for the day and that they were no longer doing just oil changes. Wasted my time.

After catalytic converter was stolen, they replaced it quickly and at a very fare price. I have taken multiple vehicles there and they always do a great job.

Michael was great and I am extremely pleased with the people and the service.

Service completed on-time and at the exact quoted price. Explorer drives and sounds as new now. One minor problem though. I have a new suspension or brake thump when turning and braking sometimes. I need to isolate it so I can repeat it with them.

First the good, the two gentlemen that helped me were very nice and did not try to push sales/repairs on me very hard. That was refreshing however they also failed to identify where my car is clearly having an exhaust leak from. Being a “novice” mechanic I know a leak when I hear one, sorry for the not 5 star review guys. I would still recommend that people go to your store for work because y’all seem honest.But I just was told that the sound I was hearing was “ a rush of air”Even though a pinging type sound was heard by me from the lobby, but they couldn’t identify it. Kinda sucks because there’s not many options here in town for exhaust work.

Very experienced and professional. Took the time to give me a few options on my exhaust.

Used them to fix a problem I was having with a couple of leaks and to change out brake pads. After having my car back for a few days it unexpectedly went out of commission for an unrelated reason. I called and let them know what happened and they offered to tow my car to see what the problem was. It happened to be something they could fix very quickly. Most places Ive dealt with in the past in a similar situation have left me out to dry not offer any solutions. Alan and Michael have taken extra steps to go out of their way and separate themselves from other auto body shops that would simply shrug and say, Not my problem. Would 100% percent recommend. Will continue to use them in the future.

I went in to replace muffler with flow master. I was there half the time I expected and met a cool down to earth service rep.

Was recommended from a local car page so i called about a transmission flush and was very happy with the price and customer service. Wanted to do a muffler delete for better sound but they were honest and said it wouldnt make much difference without taking other steps first. That shows me they are there for their customers and not just the money. Will be returning soon to lower my car!

Love this place. I lived up to Tigers a year ago needing a place just as helpful and personable as my place in Springdale. These guys answered the call. They know what they’re doing, honest, and straightforward.

So went in for an oil change. I needed a upgrade on my exhaust system and asked if they might give me an estimate and what my options would be. The manager, Michael, clearly explained what options I could try or do. No pressure whatsoever. I went with his recommendation and could not be more pleased. They were able to do the job at that time and it looks/sounds fantastic. Did not get the techs name but his work was quality, as was the product. I heard another customer come in for muffler hangers and the price they quoted him was VERY good for the part and labor.I will certainly be back and now they are my go to shop for more than just oil changes. Saved me a great deal of money and that is truly appreciated in these times.Thank you Seeburg and especially Michael for your expertise and fair pricing.

I booked for a detailed pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I was looking to buy. They did the inspection on June 9. I was told except for couple things; the car was a good car. I was happy and satisfied. I toke the car home that same day. After a week (June 16), during a fluid change near my place, I was told my steering system boots are open and leaking. They gave me a $2,000 quote for repair. I was not happy. I called Seeburg, and they told me it is unusual that happened, and will give me a call same day or the next day to bring the car for a check. I waited for a week; they did not call. I was hoping they can at least check it and see nothing serious is wrong with the steering system. At this point it is fair to say they care more making money and not providing good service. I personally do not want to go there anymore. You have plenty room for improvement. Please work harder to gain not only customers hard earned money but their respect and trust while providing good service.

I took my car a 2012 chevrolet camaro to repair the air conditioning. I only work one summer. The following summer I took it to be checked because I did not have cold air and they had my car one day and at the end of the day they returned it to me anyway. no cold air. and they told me I had no problems. in the end I kept my car as if nothing had been done to it. I just lost my money.

[Dec 2017] Its possible that my front passenger tire had its lug nuts cross-threaded at its last servicing at this Seeburg. To my knowledge, no one has touched my tires since.My A1 service light came on when I was traveling; so I had to take my Honda Fit elsewhere. The mechanics showed how 2 of my lug nuts were cross-threaded and are having to replace the studs.[3 months ago] Scheduling appointment online was easy and efficient. Customer service was good all around, patient listening and explaining. No unnecessary work done to car.

I appreciate the service I received from seeburg service center.. I am all the way in conway and they made sure my car was taken care of promptly. They were courteous, great customer service and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.. Thanks again. I am a happy customer. 🙂

I normally dont take the time to write reviews however I had a great experience with the team at Seeburg (Jason and Michael) and felt that it was necessary to recognize their honesty and integrity.I dont live in the area but was interested in purchasing a vehicle online located in Rogers so I called Seeburg up to see if theyd be able to perform a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle since I couldnt see it in person. They were happy to help and walked me through the inspection process and how they would communicate with me and the seller. It was an easy process to make an appointment and I opted for the full comprehensive inspection which cost $99 at the time. When the car arrived they were quick to notice some cosmetic issues which raised flags for them to be on the look out for deeper more significant problems. Sure enough, as they got deeper into the inspection they found larger significant issues and decided to call me even before they completed the inspection. Jason, their service manager, was very clear about the issues they found and offered to stop the inspection at this point and only charge $59 instead of the $99 since there were enough significant findings that he wouldnt recommend me to go through with the car purchase without costly repairs. Since Im out of area and already agreed to the complete $99 inspection they could have easily just taken my money for the whole inspection and not offered me the cheaper option but they didnt. They were looking out for my interests and offered me a chance to save money. I think this goes to show the the integrity and honesty of Jason and the Seeburg team. You can find a good mechanic anywhere, but finding a good and trustworthy one who does the right thing and works in the best interest of his/her customers is much harder to find.If youre in Rogers or anywhere near it and need a good and trustworthy service center, this is the place for you.

Seeburg helped identify and correct a number of tire related issues that I was having with my Subaru Crosstrek, which my own dealership wasnt able to resolve on multiple occasions. This location specifically is just amazing! Dean is the manager and he stops at nothing to make sure his customers are happy. I came in and had no idea what was going on with my car and their team immediately diagnosed it. I didn’t have an appointment and they worked me in. Dean consistently worked with me and my warranty team to help me get my car fixed. I am beyond happy with my service and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

I went in one day and asked if they could look at my tires because I thought my car was out of alignment and the front passenger was starting to ware on the inside. Literally only asked them to look at it, the guy behind the counter told me they needed to charge me $80 just to look at the tires. I immediately laughed and left, went to a different tire shop down the street and they were happy to look at my car for free and let me know that my tire was showing uneven ware from my car possibly needing an alignment. I would literally never go back to seeburg and not only was the guy a total jerk about it but also gave a very bad first impression of how the run their business. dont take your car to these greedy morons

Let’s begin by saying, Dean and his awesome team saved my family and I - $1,000! I had been running without A/C for almost a year because another local mechanic shop said it would be an $1,100 job to fix my A/C in my 04 GMC Envoy. Dean and his team made the necessary repairs and I paid a total of $152!!! Incredible savings and value! I took my car in last week because the brakes were squeaking. The staff at Seeburg put it up on the rack, checked the brake pads, said they were fine, and refused to charge me anything. This fits with previous experiences Ive had at Seeburg locations in other towns. You can always trust theyll do whats best for your car without asking you to do anything unnecessary.

Absolutely the very best experience Ive had with getting auto repairs! I will take my vehicles here from now on! Through the entire process the staff was personable, knowledgeable, and cared for me and Mt vehicle as if we were the most important things in the world.The mechanics here took the time to diagnose my vehicle properly, and when it turned out to need a fairly pricey repair they took the time to discuss my options with me. In fact, they really seemed to be trying to convince me - against their own interests - to not get the work done as the cost was going to be close to (or possibly above) the value of the car.When I approved the work they did the job very well, and very quickly, and got me on the road again. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

On a Thanksgiving trip south from MN we had the alternator fail on my car. I was expecting to have to extend our trip and spend a lot of money. Thanks to Jason, Jason, and John at Seeburg on Walnut it wasnt a headache at all! They let us use a battery of theirs to eliminate a tow fee, drove us to the car, and followed us back to the shop. Came into the shop with a very odd request. Truly non automotive related aside from the fact I needed exhaust piping. After a short conversation they agreed and said they would work on my request. Not only did they deliver exactly what I was needing they were super nice and very straightforward. Very appreciative of their service.

I took my truck in here to get some work done on the front axle. I was impressed with Jason, and Shawna at the front desk as well as Michael the technician. The truck needed additional repairs and had to be returned to their other location to complete the work. I was very happy with their professionalism in making everything right and making sure I was totally satisfied. This seems to be an honest and competent shop, something that is hard to find in NWA. Will recommend! Will have additional work done here in the future.

What a wonderful find! Managers Craig and Shelly are honest, friendly and go the extra mile. I have a 1992 Subaru Legacy and after taking it in for an oil change and deciding to get a tune up as well, Joe the mechanic did an amazing and detailed inspection, fixing and replacing items that were about to go bad. After they were done, this car has not driven so smooth and quiet FOR YEARS!!! I am beyond happy!Joe also found that I needed seals and I brought the car back in today and since they had never been replaced the rust made it an even more difficult job that it should be. Joe was awesome! I will never take my car anywhere else! Why should I ? They can do it all! The warranty service is also amazing!If you live in the Rogers, AR area, this is definitely the place to bring your vehicles for repairs and service. I cant recommend them highly enough. Best place ive taken my car to. Came in mid day needing a new alternator and oil change and they got it all done by end of the day. Since i am younger most places dont treat me seriously, and the guys spoke to me with respect and care. Manger even stayed later than he had planned to complete the job. I had problems with my AC and brakes during the summer, after looking at reviews for different shops around my area I went with Seeburg. I got lucky! Wonderful service, I’m back again with bad brake lights expecting to have to leave my car while I went to work. But it looks like I’ll be done just in time! The service here is friendly and very quick, I want to say i can’t wait to be back, but I don’t want anymore problems with my car!

Came in for a price quote on new exhaust on my 2015 Ram 1500, and after a short talk they took care of me. Great guys, and great service. They have also taken care of 2 of my other vehicles prior to this. No complaints at all.

Great customer service and quick work! Car was making a terrible racket, and smoke/fumes were coming from underneath. Was scared to drive it to the shop (though it was really close), but after listening to a description of the symptoms, the shop manager saved me from having to get it towed by assuring me it would be safe to drive. I was worried itd be a serious issue, but thankfully it was only a simple exhaust leak! Got the car back within a couple hours, was super pleased...at the bill as well as the service! Will definitely use Seeburg again in the future.

Went in for just an oil change. Didnt want to spend more than $60 for a synthetic oil change. But I had mentioned that there was a sound coming from the back wheel. I told the guy helping me (the owner) that I didnt want to get it fixed today but thought they might be able to easily tell me what was causing it.They took my wheel apart and found the issue, said they adjusted things and hopefully fixed it. I said wow great thanks. I was naive and didnt realize they were performing a $90 diagnostic service. They didnt give me a price and quote me beforehand or anything.They charged me $170 total when I had only planned on paying $60-70 for an oil change. The problem was also not fixed.I went back the next day a bit heated from all of this, I talked to the owner again. He defended the $90 charge, but he reluctantly asked me what I would like them to do. I asked for a refund on the diagnostic service they did. He stood by their reputation for customer service and gave me a refund.I appreciate them making it right. Ill chock it up to miscommunication and will still get my next service there. I believe they do good service.

This is my preferred shop in the area because Im pretty much confident they wont jerk me around here. Ive gone here a several times. The first time They ended up keeping my car for about a week because the first mechanic they had working on it for the first few days couldnt find the problem. The second one did and it was fixed. Not having my car for a week was frustrating, but I understand that some problems are harder to find than others and they didnt charge me for the first mechanics time. The second time I went was an on and off problem with my breaks (or so I thought. Turned out it was a bent shaft) and they werent able to discover it, but then it didnt manifest its self all the time so it was hard to find. A family friend later found it and fixed it for me. I think Ive gone in or called a couple other times to have something minor looked at and they helped me figure out what it was in the office or over the phone without ever having to check my car in. This last time someone with my name Jason answered the phone and had me check the dimmer switch on my dashboard to see if thats why the dash lights werent working at night. In the end I think what Im most concerned about when it comes to an auto shop is dishonesty or misdiagnosis that costs money and doesnt solve the problem. I dont have that concern here so I plan to return with any other problems I see with my car.

I stopped in to have an inspection on my exhaust as there was a clanging/rattling noise coming from underneath of my Yukon. After just a short time they found it was a very small issue and we’re able to fix it in just a few minutes and I wasn’t charged a dime. The gentleman that helped me simply asked that I come back next time. I have actually been contemplating getting custom exhaust and they will absolutely be my first choice! Thanks fellas!

These guys are very helpful and knowledgable. When I cant fix it, I take it to them and when I have questions I cant find answers for, I ask them. This very nice staff has helped me out on more than one occasion and always at a fair/competitive price.

Stopped by here on a Saturday with a drain plug that had been over tightened by another auto shop, told the guy at the front about it and he had me wait a couple of minutes and put my car up on the lift and got it lose for me. Didnt try to charge me for the help and was just happy to help me out, hard to find service like that now days and if I end up having work that I need done I will most likely go back here

I wont go anywhere else from now on! Someone stole my catalytic converter from my van last night so I took my car I to them and within 5 mins they had my car on the lift and had me an estimate. They even called the police for me while I called my husband. They had a brand new one put on within the hour! And it didnt cost near as much ad what any other place would have charged me! I am so happy I went to them!

Well I was surprised to see a comment saying Dean was a racist. Im African American and I have my cars serviced by Seeburg regularly (Not a one time customer and have multiple receipts to prove it!) and Ive never felt like he nor anyone at the shop has a racist bone in their body. I normally dont do reviews but felt the need to do one for this shop as its hard to find honest mechanics not trying to selling you things you dont need. If I felt I was dealing with a bunch of racist people I WOULD NOT allow them to service my families vehicles. Remember these are peoples opinions and Id encourage you to go interact with these guys then form your own. Keep up the great work guys!

The Seeburg Service Center at Rogers has done many repairs for me over the years Recently put a water pump and coolant flush and fill on my old 1999 Blazer..188k miles I drove the truck for a month in Houston on I 10... no problems, no overheating. great job.. Great service! Noticed squeaking in my brakes and called Jason at Seeburg. He checked the schedule and was willing to work me in. Hot fresh coffee and wifi in the waiting room was a pleasant surprise. The technician quickly diagnosed my issue, took me out to my vehicle and explained repairs needed, and completed the work in a timely manner. I have been here several times and the experience has always been the same. Awesome

Ive come in for tires and road-trip checkups after getting tired of dealership employees who work hard at not doing any work. These guys are kind, patient, and dedicated to their jobs. Never seen them slack off once, and everything theyve ever done for me has been spot-on and straightforward. They dont talk over your head either. My first stop for any automobile work.
