Clean. Reasonable pricing. Cashier didnt seem very friendly, maybe I caught her on a bad day. Didnt feel very welcome so I didnt stick around. 😒

Honestly they have great stuff there like for a dance or a prom. It also kinda looks like a thift shop. But they do have good clothes there and I think they need more clothes or more room for more clothes there. I love how they have each room filled with different things.

I really enjoy shopping here for great name brand deals. Just know that if you consign here, you no longer have the option to retrieve your unsold items. They automatically donate them after a certain time unless it is a really expensive item like a wedding dress. You will find great deals here tho.

The management is very rude to their employees. They routinely deduct hours from their paychecks saying that theres not enough money to pay them the entire amount. This is a regular occurence. If hours are not deducted, sometimes they cant cash their paychecks for days after payday. Meanwhile, the owner is taking expensive trips and family vacations on the money that they should have been paying their employees for time they have already worked. A person should not have to haggle over money that they have already earned. My wife and Daughter will no longer shop there because doing so is enabling someone to steal from their employees.

They have great cloths at a great price. And they always have specials! PB is always my go to shop for a closet up date on a budget.

More of good will clothes than consignment clothes. They really don’t have anything that’s “in style” or “name brand”. The staff was really friendly though. I think it would be a good store for older women.

I bought a long formal gown from pink bag consignment shop, along with a another gown that was noticeably stained. The stained dress was $35 and the manager gave me a $10 discount on that dress. She told me that all sales are final because it is a consignment shop, but I took a chance and purchased the dress anyway. The other long black dress was the one I was wearing for an event this evening. I had tried it on in store, and did not want to spend $50 on a used dress, but purchased it anyway. When I got home and tried it on for my daughter, The zipper was stripped out and there is no stopper on it, so it split up the side and was unwearable. I called the manager and explained to her the situation, and she told me there was nothing she could do, and that she had told me yesterday all sales are final. I told her if they do not check their dresses properly, and their clothes properly, and are not willing to make it right, it makes their business look bad. You can buy a brand new dress at Dillards on 65% off for less than what you pay for a broken dress at pink bag. Dillards also values their customers. Buyers beware. They do not care if they take in and sell garbage, so buy at your own risk.

Always find something cool to wear. Like having the option of resale shop for my clothes.
