Great place to find premium clothing brands in excellent condition. You will pay slightly more than a normal “thrift store” but they’re always runnings sales on certain colors.The staff is very welcoming and even greets me by name every time I come in. It’s a little bit on the edge of town but you’ll probably find something that you’ll want to buy.I usually try to come to this store once a month. It doesn’t disappoint

A wonderful place to find great clothes and reasonable priced merchandise. Good selection. Lots of reduced items as well seasonal clothing. I was in Rogers, AK on vacation and stumbled across this awesome store. While traveling home I discovered I had left my sweater. I called and the employees were so sweet and helpful. The manager was most generous in mailing it back at her expense. Too bad I live in Alabama or I would be a regular customer. My loss is Rogers gain. Check them out. You will not be disappointed!

My first time here!!!! Very reasonably priced used clothing store. They have sales and their clothing is stylish and up to date. They only accept clothing that is 3 years old or less and only the better brands. I got several really nice designer pieces for $5-7. Will definitely make another trip soon. You will not be disappointed!!! The staff were very friendly too!!!

Usually I would say this store is great, but not today. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my mother and we were always get decent money for out clothes. So today I brought in quite a bit of clothes I had it all neat and organized. I will say it was quite a lot of clothes, like 3 big piles. When I came back to pick it all up they told me they only took 20 items out of everything and the reason was ‘they’re were no thank you’s’ i then had to take all the clothes to my car and organize them all over again because they threw the clothes in the cart. It was disappointing, I thought they’d take more than 20 items. The clothes wasn’t even bad it was name brand in style and barley worn. I don’t understand why they would give me all the clothes back and call them no thank you’s.

I really like coming to this store. I have been 3 or 4 times in the last year. Friendly staff when I am there. It is a great place to get a mix of good, going out clothes and play/casual clothes for the whole family. I mainly get clothes for my young daughter. I usually seem to find something for myself as well. Good selection of mens dress shirts too. They have dressing rooms which is nice. The place isnt so big that you feel overwhelmed either. Nicely organized and clean. I see new clothing out every time I go.

Great improvement! Now I admit it has been a while since my last visit. Took our youngest back to school shopping and always start at thrift stores then finish filling in with the new stuff. Picked up 5 pairs of jeans for her for $36.00. No complaints there.

This is my go to store to sell and buy clothes, I cant tell you how nice and kind ALL those ladies are to me and my family and friends. I will never have to do a garage sale again, and whatever they dont take or I dont want back they donate for me. I think it is terrible that some people only post reviews when they are upset about something then when we are pleased with helpful service. Please come check this place out and give it a try!!!! The owner and one other associate are quite friendly. However, on more than one occasion when calling on behalf of selling clothing an older sounding woman who answers the phone was very rude and short and hung up on me. Good for shopping, but not if you are looking to sell your items. I recommend the Daisy exchange in fayetteville as they are friendly and nice to deal with

I agree with the other reviews. The lady who decides what clothes to take was not even familiar with my most expensive clothes from Italy. I was laughing to myself that she took the cheaper clothing and passed on the really nice clothing in perfect condition. She acted very put out doing her job and was extremely rude to me. This was obviously not the place to take them and knew it when I walked in the door and saw the merchandise.

I agree with the other two ladies, the workers at CC are very rude and display a dont give a crap attitude.Also, after leaving two coats with them to sell, I had to DONATE one because it was a leather coat with a slight wear on the elbows. So whatever they got out of that coat was pure profit. Then on the contract of the other coat, it says that the cost split is 60/40. Guess who gets the 60%? They set the prices (which for most of the merchandize is usually too high) and they get the lions share. I understand about business costs, but I wont do business there again.

I would say that there is nothing I would buy here. It is used clothing and shoes from average stores, like Belks, JCPenney and Kohls. I took some items from Coldwater Creek, Dillards, Pendleton Wool and Lands End. Since it is going into winter, they would take no short sleeves, even in EVENING WEAR. No sandals even though they were EVENING WEAR. I would not have even taken things in if I had checked it out first because she will not be able to get the price. The intake person was rude and short with me. Not the best, but I suppose they have their place. I wont go back except to pick up what little they are able to get, what they wouldnt take I donated, even a silk/cotton sweater which she said had pills on it but it didnt. As I said, it has its place, just not for me.
