The staff is always helpful, and very knowledgeable. They will do what they can to get you answers, even if they dont knowThey also are great at providing suggestions. I really enjoy hobby lobby but I removed a star as they stopped their regular coupons from the flyers. They have a great assortment of just about every crafting material you might need.

Hobby Lobby in Rogers Arkansas off of Walnut Street is an amazing place to go. It is very clean, and staff is very nice, professional and will help you with everything you need

Just like all the Hobby Lobby stores I have been in. Nothing to special about this one as far as the store goes. The one thing I would say about this store those is that they are very friendly and seem to find great knowledgeable associates to work there. I haver never run across anyone who was not willing to help, friendly, and able to answer any of my questions. They were always able to make me understand what I needed and took the time to understand what I was trying to do. If you looking for a hobby store you cant go wrong here.

Hobby Lobby always has the best Christmas and other seasonal decorations. They sell all types of hobby products including plastic models, art supplies, silk flowers, furniture, framed pictures, empty picture frames, and seasonal decorations.

Best place for Craft supplies and Home decor. They also have Bible and Christian ✝️ books.Make sure you watch for specials so you dont over pay. They charge the specials every week.Great Store.

Hobby Lobby has just about everything you’d be looking for from a craft perspective. Their sales prices are great. The only thing they could use a bit more of is customer service. I’m never ever greeted when I enter the Rogers store even if there are several employees standing around the front door. While I’m shopping, no one ever asks me if I need any help. When I do need help and I find someone to ask, it seems like I’m an annoyance more than anything. I was even walking in behind an employee once and she let the door close on me. Lol. This is the type of unfriendliness I’ve come to expect while shopping at the Rogers store. I’ll still continue to shop here because they usually have what I need and it’s the closest to my house, I have just given up on getting the warm and fuzzies from the staff anytime I go into the store.

Great selection clean store

This is a complaint to one of the employees. I came in this morning in search for flocking powder. I walked up to one of the employees to ask a question and rather than being greeted at the door I was yelled at with a “6 feet please” while approaching to ask a question. After apologizing and repeating my question, rather than actually helping me find flocking powder I was told “I don’t know if we have it”. Upset, I just left. Every time I have came to hobby lobby, staff has been very friendly in helping me find what I need. I understand it is a pandemic, but at the least, mutual respect and tone is really important.Employee was at the entrance with a mic. Dirty blonde hair. Looked in her 40’s.

Had what we needed but prices were high. They dont seem to do coupons anymore which sucks. Dont like their politics and never would have gone if my aunt didnt need flower holders for my uncles memorial site.

The customer service in this store could be a little better, but the product selection is simply amazing. I love this store! I could walk around d in here for hours and they have excellent sales. And every holiday has a theme and you can decorate your house beautifully, and it wont cost you a fortune. Everything is affordable.

Some of the employees here are so rude, Ive left almost in tears at how hateful they were at times. Unfortunately this seems to be an area issue but you expect with Hobby Lobbys Values that the staff would be nicer.... Ive watched them on numerous occasions making fun of customers, who are actively still in the store, or wait until they cant see them to talk poorly about them and on several occasions the people were still in ear shot of the hatefulness and left without buying because they were so hurt by the employees actions.

Its a bit busy this time of year, staff was friendly a bit stressed, rows was pretty much cleared, found a couple of items that didnt have prices on them was unable to find an employee to help find price ended up leaving without buying because lines were too long, over all was okay experience will go back again, just after the holidays.
