I’ve attempted to shop at this store twice now and have officially given up. The aisles are completely empty. I came in looking for 6 items to get (common items they 100% carry) and ended up only able to leave with 1 of them because it was the only thing available in stock. It’s been like this twice now. Won’t be back for a third time.
Hard working, pleasant employees. They were busy stocking & organizing their shelves, asked me if they could help me find anything. Fast checkout & items sacked properly. Kudos to this store in the Promanade location near Ulta.
Clean store, friendly employees. Will definitely return.
I want to give this 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service we received from rhea rhea. Excellent attitude, patience, fast check out, and good conversation. But Sadler is he to give the store a 1 star because while rhea rhea had a line that backed up to the very back of the store, the store manager Steve was just sweeping an isle ans watching everyone become impatient. As a store manager I feels should have stepped up his game and helped his employee
They had everything I needed. Plus more. The store in Poteau is always out
Do y’all want the stuff in the hand basket on the belt or do you want me to take it out? Chewed out last time by the cashier for taking it out and this time accosted by the witch for leaving it in the ha d basket. I get that it’s the Dollar Tree but geez! Waited in the line for like 15 mins while the cashier checked out a lady and 3 kids - all masks less - and made small talk with them. FFS!
This was a great store when it first opened. But now that I see the same employees refusing to wear masks, I have to give 1 star. This has been going on for months and it appears nothing has been done to correct this. Both the State of Arkansas and Dollar Tree require them to slow the spread of COVID-19. I tried to give this store a few more chances but will shop at the other area Dollar Tree locations in which follow the mandate. Nonetheless, the other locations care about the health and safety of customers and employees.
So excited this is here! Obviously good deals- EVERYTHING IS $1.00. Awesome for decorations, crafts, snacks, etc. already been here twice this week and ready to go again! Love this location more than the one on Walnut. This store has a larger selection and is much more organized. The cashier did leave something out of my bag and it was on my receipt but I guess that’s half her fault and half mine for not noticing other than that I will still return!
Employees disregarding state mandated mask wearing. What other health directives do they ignore? Dont go if immune compromised. They dont care about your safety. This is generally a nice store otherwise.
Had a baffling experience with an associate in the closing shift named Terri Jo. She tried to pull a fast one, pretending like I hadn’t gave her a $10 and tried to keep my change: Be careful when you go in at night. Otherwise, the manager and store are great
I took off a point for the long lines. On a busy Friday afternoon during the holiday season they shouldn’t have just two checkout lanes open. I stood in line 16 minutes to pay for one item. I usually buy more here but today I just needed one item. Otherwise a great store.
They have a very demanding sign on door you have to wear a mask to enter store but the people who work in the store dont wear one . one clerk was working hard to check people out three others sat in office shelves were not stocked stuff was setting in isles
Really bad
Always super ridiculously long lines!
The manager was extremely rude. Worst retail experience Ive ever had.
Came in when it opened. Everything is organized well and clean.
The website says they are open until 9pm on Sundays so I drove over at 7:30 and the doors were locked. It was confusing too because the sign on the door ALSO says they are open until 9?? Did they decide to close early?
Love the place
Very good and many things
