In November of last year my alternator went out a few days before Thanksgiving... I was going to have it towed to the next town but to my surprise my insurance company told me that ACUR- IT was right down the street. I got it back and it ran like a top! I just got an oil change last week as well, and you know that after an oil change your car seems like its brand knew! But its not so much as just an oil change that you can get just anywhere. The care/integrity that ACUR-IT puts into their work is Superlative! I feel like Ive got a rocket strapped onto my behind when I put my foot on the gas peddle because they also top off fluids and kick the tires before send off. GREAT pit crew!!!

Took my 91 Siverado in for a water leak turns out it was the waterpump Mitch was on it and i had it back the next day before noon.I cant say enough about William Mitch and the crew very professional quality work. They are the only ones that work on my Dodge Stratus and my truck. The guys at Acur-it are great. They work on all types of vehicles. They are fast, they are efficient and they dont try to sell you what you dont need. Their rates are great compared to dealers and some other repair places I have been to. My only regret is that they dont do alignments, but then that is the tire dealers job.Thanks and hope this brings in more business to them. Oh, they also have FREE loaners if you have something that takes a while and make arrangements ahead of time. Thats important.

My first time checking these guys out, I had a broken radiator thermostat in my 2001 Honda Civic and my experience was great. I was taken care of pretty quickly considering the fact that I was just a walk in appointment. Took it in early in the morning and had it back around lunch time. William the owner is one great guy! He does an excellent job at answer any questions and concerns that you might have in a respectful and in an east to understand manner. I knew once I met him, as well as other loyal customers there that day, I knew I was getting the best value the repairs needed. I would definitely recommend the shop to others and look forward to going back to them as well!

I have been to Acur-It multiple times now. They were recommended by a friend who said they never upsell/oversell or take advantage of a customers mechanical ignorance, and she was right. I moved further away recently, but I still drive 40+ minutes to Rohnert Park for their services. I recently thought I was going to have to get my brakes replaced but they were honest and said it could safely wait even though they could have easily told me it needed to be done and gotten $300-400 more from me that day. Im so grateful for these guys!

The employees are very helpful, and have done a lot of work on my car with out any problems. I recently went to a car dealership to get some maintenance done and they informed me that my water pump was leaking and that it would need replacing which was going to cost me 600$ to fix it through them. So I decided to call acur-it auto repair and asked them for an estimate hoping it would be cheaper. Which it was, about 200$ Less so I scheduled an appointment with them . Come to find out that that my water pump didn’t need replacing at all, it simply needed some maintenance turning my 600$ bill into a 200$ bill. This is only one of example of how acur-it auto repair has saved me so much money and my vehicle has been running very smoothly since my last visit. They are very professional and I would highly recommend this establishment if you need any maintenance on your car :)

I went to Acur it recommended by a good friend that is their customer over 30 years and they didn’t disappoint. They were quick to diagnose the problem, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they didn’t try to push any other issues. No surprises and even with a major issue, the car was ready over night. And above all, they sent me home with a rental, thing our dealership never done for us. Will listens and accommodate your requestes, and the rest of the staff is also very sweet. I strongly recommend their services.

I love Acur-it Imports. Yes, the prices are slightly higher, but its worth it if you want the job well done. Weve been going to them for years with all of our vehicles. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They worked on my Volvo (even replaced the transmission). When I sold it, I recommended that the buyer continue to use Acur-it, and they took my advice. Japanese cars are their specialty, but theyve worked on our Volvo, Dodge and Chevrolet, and the work has been consistently high quality.

I was in California from out of town and my car was being sluggish when I went to start it in the mornings. It was making me nervous so I took it in to Acur It. Mitch and the rest of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. They worked me into the schedule even though they were obviously very busy. It can be especially scary going to a car repair place when youre not from the area. Anyhow, they were terrific. They tested my battery and found it was fine. The issue was something else altogether and they were super honest and good folks and confirmed Id probably be fine for my return trip back home. I was driving to LA for vacation with my daughter when my car began to sputter and lost a lot of power. I called Acur-it and the guy said they were booked solid today but to bring the car by and hed take a look at it to see if it was something simple. I limped the car in and the guy behind the counter came out and checked a couple of things and determined that the spark plugs were the issue. Well, I can change spark plugs! So I thanked him, went down the auto parts store, bought new spark plugs and the car ran like a champ. Thank you for the quick advice which saved my vacation and some $$s as I was able to do the work myself.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 yrs since I was a college student at Sonoma State. I used to go to jiffy lube, Chevron or whatever place had a “deal” to get my oil changed, but something was always “wrong” with my vehicle and since I didn’t know better I’d end up getting ripped off. Those “cheap” oil changed really started adding up. I came here one day after being fed up and I am extremely happy I found this honest car shop. Mitch always explains what needs to be done that day and what I can expect to get done in the future. There’s never a surprise. I have never felt any pressure to get anything fixed and my two Toyota’s are near or over 150k miles and still running like the day I bought them thanks to Accur-it team. I just bought a used Chevy volt and I’m bringing it in to have it inspected before the 30 day warranty expires.

I have been going to Acur It for over 4 years and they have taken care of my cars needs big and small. I was in a small accident about a year ago and they even went and picked up my car from the collision center and made sure the car was in good working order. Highly recommend!

While driving in rohnert park, my truck started shaking and backfiring. I called my mechanic in Santa Rosa and he suggested towing it to them instead of driving, to prevent damage. I had recently heard from a friend that Acur-it did a good job on his vehicle, and being that it was close by, decided to drive there instead. I used their night drop box and talked to them the next day. Turns out I had neglected something simple for too long, so I kicked myself. However, I feel that Mitch and his team were very honest with me, not trying to do extra work and charge for it. Also, cannot express how glad I was that it was a one day turn around since it was my work truck (my wife is glad too, as I already had loaded tools in her car as I prepared to leave her without wheels). Thank you for the wonderful, fast and honest service!
