I am hoping this review will serve as a learning moment for the young lady working the store today. An apology goes a long way. After being accused of theft by her because I chose to have my hands in my pockets AND after showing her all of the contents of said pockets… none of which were items from the store, she then got angry with me and denied accusing me of theft. For her to get angry instead of apologizing is completely uncalled for. I was a repeat weekly customer of this establishment purchasing multiple items each and every time. She was the one assisting in those purchases each and every week so she knows I’m not a shoplifter. As an owner of a local downtown shop I am very disappointed in her customer service and I will definitely not be recommending your store to my customers nor will I ever be returning to your establishment.

My Nieghborhood store so have always given 5 stars but tonight? Wow! I go in to get a pack of cigarettes around 10pm and the Clerk let out a sigh like I disturbing him. He ask what I wanted and he slams the cigarettes at me and spoke to me very short like hes mad or something. A different customer ask how much a gallon of milk is and the Clerk says I dont know im not a price checker sarcastically (sometimes a person has to ask because things arent always marked) I told the clerk it was worst customer service I ever had there so, he says good dont come back 🙄 Im sure his boss wouldnt agree 😙

Good, clean family, fun. The Halloween festivities this year were delightful to see.

Disabled and tried to register with instacart, door dash etc ran into road blocks. We love and shop here often bc the staff are so fabulous and decent priced. Please get market set up for a service that can deliver. Godbless

Its a good place to go when its late and nothing else is open. However the employees are great.

My daughters father(dad) works here and quite frankly he is doing a darn good job. Its been in a lot better order and less freaky at night since he started I heard!!

It is a nice market. They were plenty of items. There was a large refrigerated items . The staff was friendly. They had what I was looking for . The store was clean. It was easy to find items .

Come in early for one of the better subs in downtown Roseburg, especially when the young lady makes them. Always something to munch on.

Closest thing to a grocery store downtown has. Its pretty awesome that they keep produce and umpqua dairy products cant get much better than that saves me having to drive clear across town.

Dont get icecream there its freezer burnt

Amazing selection of stuff. You can find anything. In addition to regular convenience store stuff theres cooking stuff, some fruits and vegetables, and some other things youd normally have to go to a bigger store for. I do wish there was organic options, though

The Downtown Market is really stepping up to provide healthy options like fresh produce, dried beans and rice, whole grain pastas, hummus and plant-based milks! So glad to have a place like this downtown!

Oregon trail friendly, lots of different food items including frozen foods . Great place for your smoking needs, cheap butane !! Check it out !

Clerk Angela has very poor customer service skills. She did not like me pointing out the overripe bananas and the fly buzzing around the pastries. I did not even mention that the ice cream case had melted ice cream on the bottom, which she should clean up before someone reports the place to the health department.

Friendly clerk, good location down town, and expected prices. Better selection than a gas station, and a good short detour if driving I-5 across the state. Could use a few more healthy items to choose from or its 5/5

I will never shop there again. I work downtown, and on 2 occasions the dark haired lady at the register has created a scene with customers that included yelling and cussing.

Scott is the man! For him of give 5 stars and the other employees seem to come and go but the girls there as of August 8th 2017 ate pretty good too. The two stars are docked on the fact that almost everything is so overpriced. I know its a convenient store and you pay for the convenience but 6 plus dollars for a bag of oreos.

Great variety of stuff: sandwichs handmade, coffee, beer, smoking supplies, and tobacco products. Great service.

I like going there at night there is a guy that works there he is amazing and everything is awesome
