Love this store. Born and raised here. And I enjoy the fact that I can walk in and not be told what I should and shouldn’t do. They let you shop in peace and all the employees are very helpful with anything. If you don’t like it here go somewhere else. Or how about go back to California because I am sure most of you bitchin are from there. But great store!! And really enjoy the full selection of options here.

Just moved here from GA best Grocery Store around. Fully stocked shelves of the good stuff.

The staff are friendly, helpful and wearing their masks. My issue is with the customers and 50% of them NOT wearing masks. Its a mandate right now. The issue I have with Fred Meyers and Ive called their corporate office to file the complaint. But, I was told by the Fred Meyer employee, they cant enforce the rule. Really? NO MASK NO SERVICE, pretty easy to me.

One of the smaller Fred Meyers compared to others in the region, but clean and well stocked with the same variety. Furniture, clothing, sporting goods, nursery, grocery, bakery.... it’s all here! Ample parking near the entrance and sides of the building. Clean restrooms and a Starbucks (should be a Dutch Bros!) inside.As with many Fred Meyers, FM gas is also available nearby and you can find pretty much anything you’re looking for here. For those new to Fred Meyer, think of it as a nicer version of Super Target or Walmart.Tip: Sign up for rewards if you shop here often. We shop here often and the rewards end up giving you nice savings for gas at their gas station. Well worth it!!

I know its 9 pm but only one teller open and people lined up. Nice store but wont go back

Jennifer is a wonderful human being, she not only deescalated a potentially violent customer and kept me safe.She then walked me to my car after I told her I was worked up because he put his hands on me and stayed until I drove away.There was no need at all for her to do that, but she extended herself to make me feel better and that truly is appreciated. You are amazing!

Never seem to have items I need when I stop. Good selection of home, clothes, garden, food and extras.

Fred has everything, its a super nice store. Starbucks inside. Nice garden center. Good customer service. Nice couches and tables. Wait for the sales.

Fred Meyer is definitely the best big store in Roseburg in my opinion they have fantastic sales every day quality items.the products are of great quality.very clean place to shop also the Pharmacy workers are #1in customer care I recommend this store to buy great products from.Awesome security guard

Fred Meyer is a very nice super store style grocery store with other household items and even a plant section. Its very clean and orderly and its always a pleasure to shop there.

Fred Meyer is a wonderful place to shop! They have the freshest produce, tons of different food options, an automotive department, a clothing department, and a households department. If I need something that is hard to find, this is where I go. They also have a Starbucks in their store.

Of course Fred Meyer has a large selection of quality items the staff is friendly and its a big store you can choose a bunch of items

Really like the store. Disappointed that they are also pushing the experimental 💉 that hasnt even been fully tested and FDA approved. Its still in the testing phase. 🤦‍♂️

Whatever you need this location probably has it. Name brands and more. Can be pricy at times. This is not a Target or Walmart.Very busy location. Streets around and inside. However if you need food and clothes you’re good to go.About two short isles of organic, gluten free and healthy options.Lines can get long or slow. Self check out is an option.Pharmacy and Starbucks are in this location.

I got to meet a lot of good people I was very blessed in Roseburg Fred Meyers I got to meet the employees and managers and stuff they were off the charts Derek and all of them the people around there or very friendly Ive been traveling all the way from San Luis Obispo to Santa Cruz I stayed in Santa Cruz about 2 months I stayed in Oakland 2 weeks and now in Roseburg about 5 days its definitely a place I enjoy going back to after I go fishing with my grandkids

LOVE Fred Meyer but PLEASE, PLEASE, update the bathrooms! Constantly has things broken or missing and the floor is incredibly dirty

This location has multiple covid outbreaks yet management is making employees work who are showing symptoms or have been exposed. As long as theyve had a vaccine or have negative test results. Even though they could be carrying it and spreading it, management doesnt care because of the employment market.

We love our Fred Meyer! Huge selections, always well stocked, but also very busy, the parking lot is constantly packed!

Nice store. Clean and well laid out. Employees very nice.Limited selection on everything. From Hot Wheels to variety of Ritz crackers. Prices all around are higher than Wally World. They good baked chicken at the deli. Moderate price. Store brand seem to be copies of Wally World but smaller size. Probably how they pay for a nicer store 😉

Currently satnding in line and have been for 30 mins. Only one person in front of me. Its the slowest experience ive ever had. Rebecca was the cashier on 7. It took forever to get through the line. :( wish someone would get it into gear.

I used the curbside delivery and loved!! it!!! It was the least stressful thing ive done since this Pandemic started Thankyou and the delivery people had great attitude even though it was raining 🥰

This location does not enforce masks in the slightest. Sad to see such a big establishment in Roseburg put their customers at risk.

Arrived early after opening, was quiet, yet lively, everyone happy and friendly. Always a nice store to purchase most necessities.

We normally can send money on western union with no issues but this time around it wasnt so easy. To top it off, my 70 year old mom and I were told we were suspicious and flagged in the system so they werent able to process our request. At least thats what a cashier name Candy said. We took our business somewhere else and was able to finish our transaction in less than 5 mins with no questions asked. This is the most upsetting part. Candy could have helped us but for a serious lack of judgment, she didnt. My point is, its not about what you say, its about how you say it. This was definitely a fail in the customer service aspect and it left us feeling like we were criminals

Fred Meyer Pickup is AMAZING! I started using the service when my small kids ended up sick. I was thrilled with the ease of ordering my items & the prompt service received when I came to pick up my groceries! Plus the first 3 orders had the service fee waived so it was a win win! The employees are friendly each time & I am happy to use the service as it is providing more jobs for our community!Very friendly staff, lots of options, & great prices!

I went to the Roseburg Fred Meyer fuel station to get $20 in gas, they charged my card $50 instead.. no big deal, I call fred meyer and talk to the manager Lisa. Lisa refuses to look into it and told me it was a bank error and that they put a $50 hold on my card and that I need to get ahold of my bank. Me, being a little upset that no help was given, calls my bank. My bank tells me that it was actually an error at THE PUMP and they charged my card $50 then voided and recharged it $20. So in the mean while Im out $50 and fred meyer refused to help. Lisa, I hope you read this and understand that you need training in customer service. You could have looked into this for me and offered an explanation and I would have been nice about it and understood. What I dont understand is how you can offer no help whatsoever. Thanks for not helping and not offering options or a solution.

We appreciate this store and will happily continue to shop there. Employees up to and including management are exceptionally friendly and helpful if approached courteously. That attitude seems to even rub off on the customers! Great range of products, and the quality is dependable. Produce prices are a little high, and shelves are not always stocked. The stocking activity is a little nuisance, but those employees do their best to be out of the way, too. They dropped a few items we depended on, though we still see sales flyers for one of them. Still a 5 in an imperfect world..

The toilet was out of order meaning somebody had the energy to go and get signs instead of grabbing a plunger and fixing it. Come on!

Every time I go in there and use the self checkout, I have between one to twelve items and every time an override is required (when the sign hanging above the self check outs state 15 items or less), twice Ive had the associates in the electronics department call for security on me because I was looking for something (instead of asking me if I need help) and taking my time to find what I needed.

This store carries everything. If they dont have it on their shelves. They will special order it for you. The isles are spacious and their layout is quite efficient. You can walk and eye shop without banging into other shoppers. Their quality is of the highest grade. Their prices are very reasonable. An example, their prime rib roast was $3.47lb for New years. Which they had in abundance and in various sizes. Their personnel are curtious and knowledgeable. About where their products are located. Theyve even walked me to where what I was seeking could be found

Found everything I was looking for. I asked a very nice lady stocking shelves for an item I couldnt find and she very graciously walked me over to what I was looking for, nowhere near where I was. Most people would have given me directions to find it myself.

Usually, Everyone is Super Friendly & Helpful. In the Front!!However, in the Departments, if you see an Employee, They are kind of Standoffish & Act like they are too busy to help or they dont work in that Department.The Store is ALWAYS CLEAN, The DELI FOLKS ARE GREAT, I always want shaved meat. I usually try to Only Ask for, 1/2 lb. Or so because, I Feel Bad about all the work it takes to Shave the Meat; but, they Always Put me At Ease...No Problem At All! I dont mind at All! Thats My Job & Thatd be My Pleasure!! SO I ORDER MORE OFTEN...Thats how we like it! So, I LOVE THE DELI DEPT. ie. This Pandemic...THEY WERE GREAT!!I Dont feel the same about the Bakery, However! They mightve had a bad day, that happens. So, I will try again, Tomorrow!!All in All, I love Fred Meyer & We Always Shopped at Smiths when we lived in Vegas!Thanks for Asking!

They are usually very reliable. Have products that I cant find elsewhere. Easy to find what I am looking for without wasting time. Always take my blood pressure while I wait for pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. We always get gas rewards and coupons on products we use.

Great friendly staff, can find some good deals, clean store, quick parking and fast check outs. I have never been disappointed in this store. I am on a tight budget but when it comes down to fast convince from such a large store this is it.

Great service. I love that they will take me to the item I am looking for if I cant find something. Far better than the other stores in town where the employees guess where they think the item you are looking for might be. Usually it isnt where they point you. Fresh produce is always important to me as is a wide array of Umpqua Dairy products.

Went to go buy new clothes with my second mom and two best friends and while shopping most of the lady workers were giving us dirty looks and treated my second mother with utterly disrespect, and the only worker that was amazing was this guy named Cameron and he was leaving the next day Which in my opinion he deserves a raise,the only great thing was getting to buy new clothes and shoes. Thank you for SUCH a GREAT day at Fred Meyers.

It’s a flippin Fred Meyer. Decent prices for groceries, good selection of beer and wine, and their produce is fine. The staff seems pretty typically upbeat and helpful. Their selection of video games is probably the best in town even over the actual game stores. No complaints!

Standard grocery store. Fully serviced with everything you could want in your grocery store. Readily located just off the interstate and easily within town with plenty of parking, this store provides for your grocery needs with a mix of local products and national Staples.

The prices are great, and the customer service is nicely done. I also like having the self checkout stands. Plus the regular checkout stands get processed very quickly, there is usually only one or two people on front of me when I use them.

This was my first time experiencing a Fred Meyers, and I was impressed by the experience. It may seem odd to those familiar with them, but this felt like a more traditional/old-fashioned shopping experience for a supercenter type store. I was impressed, and I hope this chain continues to proliferate to other parts of the country.

Under no circumstances even if someone in side tells you to do this dont ever try and get a tractor trailer behind the building to make a delivery from the east side of the building. You cant make the turn and apparently this happens all the time but yet they wont put up a sign telling you where to go or even train their damn employees on the correct way to make a delivery with a tractor trailer.

One stop shopping and friendly employees. Reasonable prices. Use caution in the parking lot. The layout is a little strange and could be dangerous if youre not alert.

This store is consistently clean, stocked, and well-staffed. Employees have been courteous and helpful each time Ive been here. You can buy everything from milk and bread to yarn and art canvas, which is definitely convenient. However, I generally dont buy my produce here as the prices are a bit high, especially compared to Sherms

Went for a dog bed on sale no signs showing which one so I just picked one. Got to the register it was the wrong one so I hurried back to get the correct one after finding it in the ad. So I hurried back again and no signs and no bed for the price listed. Why put something on sale then have no reference anywhere for it!! The clerk at the register did her best but people were lined.up behind her so she was frazzled too..

This is a great store, clean layout, friendly staff and they have a lot to choose from. The prices are a bit high so I dont shop here much for that reason. They have a great electronic section I do like to go to to try out headphones, speakers, ect.

I always save money and most importantly, the produce and product selection is excellent. The experience of shopping at Fred Meyer is nice. I also get gas points and great coupons in the mail.

Evidently this Fred Meyer does NOT care about the handicapped people in our community. My wife,who is handicapped, noticed a car parked in a handicap spot preventing her the ability to park a reasonable distance from the motorized carts. She did her shopping and left the store. On her way out she saw the car was still there. She pulled around the parking lot and there was 2 employees at that car. She brought it to their attention and was told “it’s private property “ and to just be on her way. She then called the store office and told them about it. She was then told the same thing. So I guess those signs are symbols mean nothing to this company or it’s employees! I will never set foot in this store again and highly recommend others not to if you value the rights of the handicapped of our community!

The only one in the area of Corvallis but is always clean and great staff at the registers and stocking the groceries in the ailes. If you need to find something they have helpful staff willing to help you or find someone they feel confident will know what you need to find. Could be considered smaller slightly than other newer grocery stores but still has all major departments of all other Fred Meyer/ Kroger stores.

Easy to find stuff. They have a little bit of everything and they arent Walmart. Would recommend

Havent been here in along time. Staff was very friendly. Couldnt find few things, they should me where to go. The floors, carpet, bathroom nice clean. Shelves were nice full and clean.

Good variety, but expensive. Often the clothing items will have a decent sale. We often come here for shoes. I enjoy the fuel discount.

For a relatively big store in a relatively small town, this store pretty much hits every mark for providing everything it can. Its as good as you can get for a one-stop-shop in Roseburg, which puts it right alongside your typical Walmart or the like; what sets it apart however, are the people.Nearly every person that I interact with in this store is extremely kind and personable. I know many of them by name, and they remember me also. My frequent interaction with a particular manager, usually banter over the same sweater we purchased several years ago at the same time, never ceases to make me feel welcome and comfortable.While the store itself may not have exactly what I need every single time I find myself browsing its wares, I do enjoy stopping in every so often for a quick bite from the delicatessen or a nice coffee to enjoy from the Starbucks just inside the door.If Ive ever had a bad experience here, it never seemed like more than a one-off fluke. While I may occasionally be able to find the same item a few cents cheaper at a Walmart or something, it more than makes up for it with the customer service quality, the well-kept appearance, and I cant help but mention the rewards points either. I cant say enough good things about this store. Highly recommended.

Fred Meyer is a well liked store in Roseburg. I can get very busy in the summer months. They are friendly people. The duck pond next door is fun to visit too.

Very large size Fred Meyer. The employees were very nice and helpful. Lots of merchandise to choose from. Great place to pick up camping supplies before going camping.

Went for all beef corn dogs which Fred Meyer has carried for years and find out that the Roseburg Fred Meyer discontinued them so that they could put in tamales and like items. Now the only corn dogs are the ones with every kind of meat in them. Other Fred Meyers are still carrying the all beef but not Roseburg. As bad choice, bring back the all beef corn dogs unless you want us to eat subpar ones.

I really like shopping here despite all the changes going on right now. Its the best place to go if your handicapped they have a friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff its a pleasure to shop there.
