From welcoming desk to Examination office excellent sensitive service at its very best- the old fashioned kind of customer service!

I was very impressed with my experience at this hearing consultant. I went in for a free hearing test thinking I didn’t need hearing aids and found I did have some level of hearing loss. instead of the Doctor selling me what I didn’t need at this time he gave me some low cost options to help ensure I do t suffer further hearing loss. Linda was very knowledgable, friendly, and made the whole experience very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn more about hearing loss prevention.

David and Linda are a great team. Every time I called, Linda always helped me without hesitation. David is professional, an expert in his field while being kind, concern and caring. I located their practice by word of mouth in my community and am ever so thankful.

The local Willoughbys(Starkey Hearing) is now closed so I had to drive from Coos Bay to Roseburg for the hearing aids to be repaired.Google Maps got me lost, and Linda(the only one in the office at that time) guided me to the location. She was VERY considerate and helpful. When I got to the location, it took her less than 5 minutes to guess what was wrong and replace the part.I really appreciate her willingness to be called and direct me to the location, and her ability finding out what was wrong.

Im a vet of 27 years. My hearing loss was addressed by the VA but my wife still had problems with me hearing what she said (really!). We initially went to Best for Hearing as they were a local Starkey store. Well after a half hour of tuning up my hearing aids, my wife was ready to kiss the owner. We always go there now to check up on my hearing aids condition and when I need to get an adjustment as my hearing declines. Great people and great service! Other vets I have referred have told me they wished they knew of the store sooner.

My husband went to this office and s/w the doctor and told @ the issues he is having. Got report from the doctor and she flat out LIED about everything. Did not even write what my husband said, she just wrote what she wanted.***********CAUTION***********THIS OFFICE GIVES False infoon reports......********************************

Nice staff and the store does okay hearing tests, but misdiagnosed my daughter. I would go elsewhere
