Words cant begin to describe how grateful I am for Hailee & Anjuli! My Dad has been SUFFERING with severe tinnitus (24/7, mostly blaring) for months. Doctors werent helping - just kept throwing medications at him and that wasnt helping... Dad (biggest skeptic on the planet) got his hearing aids today and the ringing is gone!! Im ecstatic! So excited to have MY DAD back!! Thank you so much Hailee!! If you are suffering with tinnitus, please at least try this route. The hearing test is free, so what do you possibly have to lose?!

My husband had another hearing aid that he still had trouble hearing me with. We went in because he needed a part. Haillee did a hearing test which proved that she had a product far superior to what he had. Now he can hear me really well. The service we’ve received has been very helpful. They even came to the house when we couldn’t get the TV Bluetooth to work. We are very satisfied with the treatment they have provided.
My friend Rocky went to them and Hailey was wonderful in helping him to hear well again. He had given up hope, with prices so high. Highly recommend them!!!!

My experience at Miracle Ear was amazing. I took my Grandmother in for a hearing test and to see our options. Haylee and Anjuli were amazing, kind, courteous and funny, but also really good at what they do.My grandmother was able to get the hearing aids she so desperately needed and they even made a home visit when she was having problems.My grandmother being able to hear again has been such a wonderful gift, the only downside is I have been shouting sentences at my grandmother for years and sometimes I forget she can hear me now.. Judging by her wince Id say I no longer have to yell and must remember to talk normally!Thank you Haylee and Anjuli!
I relocated to OR from AZ so can compare two different sitesAZ was good and I was satisfied. However, Haylee exceeds my expectations of Miracle-EarShe cares enough to go far beyond the extra mile in service and educationIts a relief to have someone who understands hearing loss and doesnt find it an annoyance (as those around me do). I have someone in my corner! Of course the product is superior especially the models with Bluetooth are exceptional!

I find them to be friendly and caring. I have been going to them over a year. When I have problems they solve them for me. I have the Genus and I love it. I had not been able to hear well for a long time. Used other devices and did not find them as helpful. I love the store and the staff. They are excellent

Miracle Ear is a well known product that lives up to my expectations, but what really impressed me was the customer service stands above the rest.
My 92 year old mother has had hearing aids for a number of years, but they didnt seem to be doing much good at all, of late; so after seeing the ad in the Sunday paper, we thought it was time to check out a new provider.From the very beginning, this has been an incredibly positive experience. We knew Moms hearing was bad but had no idea *how* bad, until she was given a brief test, where she was asked to close her eyes and repeat words as they were said to her. She failed that test abysmally! It was much worse than I realized!But then, the demo hearing instruments were placed in her ears and the test was basically repeated--with astounding improvement!Her old hearing aids were the molded kind, and she never got the hang of putting them in by herself, so she was dependent on me or one of her caregivers to put them in for her.Weve only had them a week, but from the very start, the experience has been phenomenal.While we were still in the office, she could hear me *whisper*!On the ride home, she could hear me speaking to her in a normal voice, even with the road noise.At home, she is hearing things she has not been able to hear for *years*...She can hear our kitten purring!She didnt know the kitchen clock made a ticking sound!I no longer have to repeat myself or resort to shouting for her to hear me every day when I remind her to put on her glasses. I can whisper it and she hears me, the first time!I can talk to her through the bathroom door, to tell her Im stepping outside for a moment, and she acknowledges right away. There used to be a delay from my speaking to her having to poke her head out the door and ask me what I said, when I was nearly out the back door by then.She can hear the sirens when something is happening in town.She can hear her portable heater click on and off.She can hear her clothes rustle!!!And, these new hearing instruments are so simple to use, that she can now put them in by herself, whenever she wants to, making her more independent, instead of having to rely on others for something so basic.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and treated us like we were their only clients.Miracle-ear is definitely the right name for this company. We are thrilled.

I initially responded to a mailer offering a free hearing test. I had been experiencing some noticeable hearing loss over the past couple of years. After the testing I was offered a hearing aid package that was quite costly and I left feeling just the same as when I visit a car lot (frustrated). I knew I needed some help but was not in a position to invest the money to do so. Over the next couple of days while talking to friends and family about my dilemma I was offered a set of used Miracle Ear hearing aids if they would help me. I contacted Haillee Fuqua gave her the model numbers and asked her if this was a possibility. She informed me that not only was it a possibility but that because it was a Miracle Ear product the after care carried over. I made an appointment and Haillee set up the hearing aids for me, programmed them for my needs and set up my after care appointments. This was all done with no out of pocket cost to me. To say I am pleased with the customer service of Miracle Ear and Haillee Fuqua in particular would be an understatement. Haillee made me feel like she would do whatever it took to make my hearing issues a thing of the past.
I am very pleased with my local miracle ear. Even though the office was in transition, the office continued run smoothly. My new hearing specialist Haillee Fuqua is helpful, informative, and easy to get along with. And the receptionist was pleasant a efficient
I too was told something similar when the mold in one ear wouldnt stay in. I was told it was because I had probably lost weight. No. Because mine were fairly new I called the Corporate Office and talked to a very nice person who gave the okay to have a new mold made at no charge. They made the original mold a bit larger and it solved my problem.Just recently my hearing went dead. I talked to Hailee who told me to come right in and even though Chase was out of the office, she was able to fix my problem. Just a cleaning was needed and the aid was as good as new. Awesome customer service.

My father, Jerry Kingsbury has been a long-time customer of Miracle Ear. However, on his recent visit to this place he had came in to get assistance with his hearing aid. He had been having problems on many occasions of it making noise and not properly sitting in his ear. He was told the problem was that he had either gained weight or lost weight and this was causing the continuous beeping sound. At this point he was told there was nothing more they could do for him. He decided to try something on his own. He put a Band-Aid around the part of the hearing aid that goes into the ear. This took care of the problem of his hearing aid sitting in his ear properly, and also it does not make as much noise as it did. I would think that a company that sells very expensive hearing aids would be able to figure out how to properly fix the products that they sell.
They were great to work with any now my family is happier than I am.
I witnessed this company take advantage of a older man. These products have a faulty piece on it. The tips will come off. This man had to have a tip removed from his ear and it punctured his eardrum.
