Ive been a client for about a year and half now. Today I had my included follow up. I just have to say that aligning myself with Roseburg Audiology Center has been a very smart and sensible thing to do. Everything audio in my life has been enhanced in ways you just have to experience. I wasnt a fan of pursuing hearing aids but with their honest, knowledgeable and considerate service I decided to give them a try. Now, I wouldnt be without them. In part because they did such a great job of providing what I needed. And, after the purchase, the service doesnt end there. Each visit is a thorough follow up with questions answered. I know this review is long but I am so grateful to hear the birds and be an included party to all conversations.

They get to know you, the person, and your lifestyle to maximize your hearing experience. Everyone is different so hearing aids should be tailored to the individual and not one size fits all.I love that they have me come back at least every six months to see how my hearing aids are performing. I know I can always come back sooner if I need to. They also let me know when my warranties are close to expiration so I can extend them for best coverage for the money.They are a family friendly business and really care about the people!I am editing to say that the iPhone compatible hearing aids have been life changing for me for hearing phone conversation.Thank you Scott Anderson (and Carol Beach) and the staff at Roseburg Audiology for being my Go To for Audiology needs for over 40 years!

The whole experience was very easy & there wasnt any pressure to buy something I couldnt afford. Dr. Scott gave me several options which were sensible ideas & within my financial limits. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully & even introduced to & certified me for the CapTel telephone program. They contacted me the next day for an installation in a week. I would recommend Roseburg Audiology Center to anyone who wants an honest, helpful, & informative assessment of their hearing.

Dr Stephen is very knowledgeable and diligent. He helped me choose the right hearing aides for my needs. I am going on almost 2 years with the hearing aides and they are still working great. He just tuned my hearing aides in again. It’s so wonderful to be able to have a conversation with someone and hear every word.

Everyone we met was friendly and efficient. Both my husband and I appreciated the clear conversation regarding my hearing needs, and importantly, the fact that the doctor spoke directly to me. It was difficult to confront my hearing loss, but encouraging to know what needs to be fixed, and a plan of action.

Hearing aids can be confusing. There are different manufacturers, a wide range of prices, and sellers from box stores to private businesses. Differences are not only the initial cost but attention and adjustment afterwards, Ive learned over 30 years of using aids.A basic level of hearing is critical for each of us, so this is an important purchase.​ ​Hearing​ ​aids are more ​specialized​ now with recent technological advances.Having used both less and more expensive aids from different vendors, I have found the quality of sound and level of service is better with more expensive aids. The very best ones Ive used are cell phone connected aids from the audiologists at Roseburg Audiology.

Excellent initial and on-going service over the past 3 1/2 years.The quality of service of an audiologist over a hearing aid specialist is very clear to me. The Andersons use sophisticated computer technology to adjust the 4 programs of my hearing aids to meet my changing needs. With the Andersons, batteries ARE included!
