Absolutely 110% the best BMW shop on the east coast. I cannot say enough in this review about Steve, Dylan and Marty’s professionalism, attention to detail, and service. I have serviced my 2011 X5 35d with them for a few years now, and throughout every service they have been impeccable. My latest visit was no exception. Not only have they worked with me through the ups and downs of sourcing parts and dealing with suppliers, they have gone above and beyond the duties and wants of a professional shop. Every single member of their team are professional, knowledgeable, and unbelievably respectful. The attention to detail is staggering. BMW Service departments in the area cannot hold a candle to what these guys can do. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. I implore anyone who needs work done on a German car (especially BMW) to check these guys out and give them your business. Ive gone to Baltimore Bimmer on several occasions and they are amazing. The prices are fair and the service is top-notch. They keep you well informed every step of the way. VERY impressed with how the folks at BB run their business. Two things in particular stand out. The first is the use of technology, with photos, to document the work and the needs of the vehicle and to share this information with the customer in near real time. The second is the attention to detail that is evident in how they treat the vehicle and the parts removed from it (see attached pictures). Attention to detail is what separates the good shops from the rest.In addition, because I was coming from relatively far away, Dylan went out of his way to arrange the drop off / rental / pick-up so as to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Unlike many german specialist shops in the area, they pick up the phone every time. If you are reading this, you probably care a lot about your car, and have been frustrated by the dealer or your other shop being difficult to contact. Marty and his team of experts in Rosedale will take good care of you, and your car. They are truly wizards with diagnosing problems, including complex electrical problems on fancy cars.

Im pretty picky when it comes to things and theyre great here. They know what theyre doing, trustworthy, and are really, REALLY professional. That impresses me a lot. Im very confident in their work and will definitely using them for future service on my X5.

I have been going to Baltimore Bimmer for about one year now, and have had a wonderful experience. My Mini Cooper is aging and needed some general upkeep maintenance, so I got a quote from Mini of Baltimore. Then, discovered Baltimore Bimmer who gave me a better quote. They do quality work, and are accountable for the work they do. They have very kind, and helpful.

Very disappointed ☹️. I recently purchased a bimmer to restore to its original glory. I needed a good bmw repair shop to be my bimmer mechanic. I thought I found this with Baltimore bimmer. I just started using them for repairs. When I last dropped off my bimmer to them a couple of weeks ago, I had 139333 miles on it and a full tank of gas. When I picked it up last week it had 139608 miles on it and a half of tank of gas. This shop put 275 miles on my bimmer. DUDE! 275 miles is a big deal! I discussed this with Marty, and used the receipts from Baltimore bimmer to confirm this, but he could not offer an explanation an intelligent person would understand. Someone from this shop drove 275 miles on my car. And, the manager, or owner cant or wont explain how this happened. I refuse to work with dishonest people, and it appears that this is a dishonest shop. Its back to the drawing board for me with trying to find a bmw mechanic. Save your BMWs and flee this place and dont look back.

Great customer service all around!! Had my car diagnosed somewhere else before coming here because I just didn’t feel comfortable with the results and wanted a second opinion! Although my engine had still was diagnosed as needing a replacement,I felt much much more comfortable knowing that BaltimoreBimmer send me texts of photos of EVERYTHING that was performed,step by step!! From the initial phone call Marty was very helpful, very personable, and took any ease off of my lack of knowledge to troubleshoot my car. That initial pleasant experience carried right on through from the moment I dropped the car off, to the full detailed inspection (with videos and commentary) of my car sent to me, and on to the day I picked my car up again. Pricing was very fair and much more reasonable than the dealership. The tech went right to work on my problem and assessed a screw in the drivers side front tire...as wellThe bulb was replaced and tire repaired. Baltimore Bimmer have become my go to guys when I need repairs or service done on my BMW 750. Marty n the staff are very professional and polite. If u want professional work done at a fraction of the cost of the dealer Baltimore Bimmer is the shop to use I will never use the dealer again Baltimore Bimmer has definitely earned all my future business. I had my fuel injectors replaced, 5 coolant lines replaced all under my turbos, my mechatronics unit replaced n a water pump replaced all for the price the dealer wanted for just the fuel injectors. BB really takes care of their customers n showed that they take pride in what they do.

About four years ago I was on a search for “THE BEST” BMW mechanic in the area as I was not pleased with service received at an area dealership. After an extensive search I came across Baltimore Bimmer. I read some reviews, checked out their website, and decided to go with them. Man, did I hit the jackpot or what?!! Their integrity, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, enthusiasm, and quality workmanship far exceeded my expectations. They not only work on BMWs, but other makes as well. Whatever I drive will go only to them. They are an awesome group of people who I am so glad to have found. They are a great team. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. The service engine now light came on for my 2008 BMW M3 (E92). I took it to a local shop and they told me that cylinder 8 shut down. I was very scared. I took it to Baltimore Bimmer and they diagnosed worn spark plugs and coils (they were orginal). They replace it and all of the morning lights were cleared! When I picked up my car, the rear seat was removed (this is necessary order to disconnect the fuel line so that a complete diagnostic can be performed). I was disappointed to find this. When I told Them about the seat, they asked me to come back down. They apologized and explained why they removed the seat. They replace the seat and performed a need break flush for free due to inconvenience. I am telling you this long story because it demonstrates professionalism.They not only do a thorough job, but they take responsibility when something is wrong. You dont find this in many service providers. Their customer service is excellent! I will only take my car here. I live in Columbia, MD so it is not a short trip to take the car here, but it is very much worth it.

If you own a BMW out of warranty, especially a M car, this is your spot. The owners are both BMW enthusiasts and are always in the shop making sure the work is done perfectly. Ive been bringing my cars and my wifes car to them for years now. They specialize in BMWs and can handle all complicated quirky BMW maintenance jobs properly. Dylan is one of the owners and is especially knowledgeable with M cars. He is a master technician that will not let any repair job be done less than perfectly. Theyve done many repairs on my cars including engine work, cooling system, transmission, suspension and alignment, AC system repairs, brakes, etc. Cant recommend this shop enough. During the years Ive also gotten to meet almost all of their technicians in the shop and theyre all decent nice people. Everyone is friendly, nice and helpful. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

After the needed repairs to my vehicle were declined by both the warranty company and the used-car dealer I bought it from, I spent over three months and a lot of heartache to get them to take responsibility. Marty and Steve at Baltimore Bimmer helped me repeatedly throughout the process, often dealing directly with the warranty company and dealer on my behalf, and were indispensible in getting a resolution in my favor. As soon as the issue was resolved, the work was completed that week and I got my car back in perfect health! I see no reason I should ever take my vehicles anywhere else!

I brought my BMW 745LI from an auction about a month ago. I was first impressed with how welcoming Marty, at the service counter was when I first came and he was super accommodating nice. My vehicle required quite a bit of work and they got it up in running really nicely. Josh the owner personally worked on my car and he made me feel like he was really trying to help me stay around budget. Their expertise helped clear off a lot lights on the dash. Took my last BMW535 there to get fixed because the car wouldn’t stay on, kept shutting down, all lights came on dashboard and oil was leaking really badly from engine. I thought maybe i needed a new battery.......They took a diagnostic test and told me car wasn’t a dump but would costs about 3K to fix EVERYTHING. Key word fix EVERYTHING. I paid the 3K just to get my car out a day before thanksgiving and had the same exact problem of the car not starting once i cut it off soon as i left the declaration and oil leaking badly they took the car back, did an additional diagnosis test to determine there was going to be more work needed then they told me i needed an additional 2-3K added to the car for maintenance. i paid everything but one last thing that they didn’t prioritize to me when i initially got the diagnostic they waited until i already paid 5k in expenses to tell me i need an additional 1,700 for an oil crank shaft. 2 months later my car blew up on the highway. Very nice team however terrible service! If you want to save 5k don’t go to Baltimore bummer

We brought our 2005 BMW 745LI here. After talking to the mechanic and reading the good reviews we thought the car was in good hands and the problems would get solved. My car was jerking/transmission slipping but the shop insisted it wasn’t my transmission. Nevertheless I paid $4200 in repairs for my car to begin having the same problem a month later. I returned my car here for these guys to tell me I needed a new transmission!!! After I clearly stated that to them prior to the repairs. They only reset my transmission(Which I believe they only did to begin with)to have it work fine temporarily as the problem persisted after about 3 weeks of the second time i returned the car back to the shop. I was never offered a refund or for the problem to be fixed at the expense of the shop. I brought the car here to Baltimore Bimmer and they fixed everything but the problem. A second mechanic has told me that I’ve been ripped off in the only repair he see’s is a new battery. I feel like Baltimore Bimmer got over on me and they shouldn’t get away with it. Honesty goes a long way, I would’ve had more respect if these guys just said they couldn’t fix the problem.

Marty stayed in contact. Treated me like I was at home. I think I found my car a new home. I really hope the service stays this way.

This place is great. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My repair went way over my budget, but they were patient with me and let me pay when I could before picking up my car. Every question I had was answered perfectly and the answers made sense. Even with the repair being more than I expected, the cost was well below what I was quoted by the dealer. After having bad experiences at two “Euro” shops in the Baltimore area, I was apprehensive to bring my 2006 e90 to another shop in the area. I bought my BMW from CarMax. Shortly thereafter, my transfer case had an issue. I had bought the extended warranty from CarMax and thought I could take my car to a dealer and have the work covered by my warranty. Silly me. The dealer - in Catonsville - said I would owe them over $4k for the work. With the warranty.I called Marty and Wow! He was helpful and was able to do all the work at a fraction of what the dealer quoted me. I was very impressed with the fact that he picked up the phone when I called, was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done, and then did it for exactly what he told me it would cost. If you own a BMW in Baltimore, Baltimore Bimmer is the place to have it serviced!Ive been a regular customer since 2013 and have recommended them to my girlfriend, best friend and frankly anyone I know who drives a BMW. Josh, Marty and Dillon have provided excellent care for all 4 of the BMWs Ive brought to them. From my best friends 1982 318 to my 2011 328, Ive received consistently dependable, knowledgeable, and professional service for nearly 5 years. As a BMW owner who was reaching the end of my maintenance agreement with the dealership, I anticipated increased cost to maintain my vehicle but have been more than satisfied with their reasonable rates. The service team at BB provides prompt and accurate initial estimates, detailed inspection reports that include service recommendations and are candid about the time required to complete a repair.

I really like this repair facility, they were so attentive and took time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and why it would be important to fix. They also put some other items on my radar that I should be expecting in the coming months. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of and would recommend this repair facility to anyone with a BMW that needs some work. I was concerned about whether or not my X6M was a money pit. They reassured me that with regular maintenance I have an overall solid vehicle. Many of the items that they caught were either ignored or not mentioned by BMW of Towson.

I took my 2008 535i to Baltimore Bimmer to give me an estimate to repair what a BMW dealer told me would cost over $9000 to get my car back on the road in excellent condition. At Baltimore Bimmer, I met Marry who greeted me with enthusiasm and told me they would diagnose and estimate what it would cost to get my car back to peak performance. When the estimate came back, It was approximately one half of the dealer estimate! Needless to say, I accepted Marty’s estimate and took the car back for the work. It was ready when they said it would be at the agreed to cost. It has been a month since the repairs were done and there have been zero complaints as to the quality of work done. Took my e60 535i back to Baltimore bimmer to get some things squared away from last visit! Marty helped me out and made sure they got things right!!! The 2 owners came out to chat with me and didn’t let me leave until I was completely satisfied....and I am!! Great owners and great company!!! If you have a BMW or any other European vehicle please bring it to them!! They have extensive knowledge and are extremely nice!! I’m only going to spend my money with them!! DO NOT GO TO THE DEALER OR ANY OTHER SHOP BRING YOUR BMW TO BALTIMORE BIMMER!!!!

I went in having lost my key to a Ford and was stranded. They told me they could not get the keys to a Ford but reached out to a parts department and looked up a dealership. Excellent customer service.
