Convenient location and always available. Their prices are not as advertised and they over charge every single item thats not brakes or oil. Most of the techs know nothing just basics. And their service is horrendous. There are 2 shops 1 mile north that are way better service and prices.

They charged me $1500 for a job that costs with the parts $400. Only because I’m ignorant in cars. Definitely don’t recommend them.

Love coming to this place they take really good care of my car.However NO ONE (staff) is wearing masks. Ive witnessed customers coming in and noticed the staff isnt wearing so they felt they didnt have to put theres on either .Very unsafe 😷

My work truck broke down unexpectedly today so I called and Will said he could get me in. I got there later than expected, but he was still able to get my vehicle in and get it fixed before the end of the day. He was excellent with his communication during the whole process and charged a reasonable price. The shop looked great, and I was pleased with the whole experience.

I always go to Precision Tune Auto for an oil change and the wait is never to long Im least in there for half hour you can even drop off and pick your vehicle back up. I love the fact that before they service your car they come straight to you and let you know what you should get fixed right away or very soon to keep you safe. I would recommend their services to anyone at anytime.

I normally go to Carmax for my vehicle service requirements but due to the pandemic I wasn’t able to do so. With the assistance of Carmax I was able to make an appointment online with Precision. My appointment was for 0800 and I was out the door by 0858. The technician that provided my services was very professional and attentive to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location.

Was the fastest repairs I’ve ever had done on my vehicle! Other places you sit there all day just to find out the problem! I got there around 8:30am they told me what was wrong with my vehicle, ordered parts for it fixed it and I was home before 11am!!!!!!! I will go back again for any other repairs. Employees was also very helpful showed me my old broken parts what exactly was wrong with it and helped me work with me on price of repairs.

Mr. Michael the manager was AWESOME. Excellent customer service with checking me in and making sure I had everything I needed. Eddie, the mechanic, who serviced my car did great with my oil change. He brought my car to the door and promptly checked me out once service was completed.

The owner is such a sweetheart! Today’s been a stressful day trying to get an oil change. I got a Groupon and every location wouldn’t let me use it or was extremely rude. Also I would be on hold forever until I could talk to someone. I came to this location and they didn’t except it either. He said he would accommodate and we finally figured something out! The whole time he had great costumer service! I was shocked, they also did a full expectation and I add a few things to get worked on! I highly recommend them for everything, the customer service alone is worth it! Thank you guys!

Went in there for an oil change. They convinced me said I needed rotors and brakes. I let them. I had about 100,000 miles my truck. I for warned WADE, Ill let you do work if I think it needs it. If you become suspect. Ill discontinue your services. Im no mechanic, but I know when Im being taken advantage of. Upon my 3rd visit for oil change, a week later my car died while pulling from my home. I took it to them. Pulaski hwy 8000. Rosedale He gave some BS story that these cars always does what my did. It cost me 500.00. Havent been there since

Chris Schneider, the manager, his mechanics and those whom I deal with are always courteous and I get the service I need during their regular discounts. I had my brakes done and no problems, they fix any issues and you can always come back if you need them to recheck their work. They had to turn my rotors again and they did not charge due to their error. Good business practice.

I had purchased axles for my vehicle and could not remove the old axles, so I called this place because they are the closest shop to my home, and was quoted $200 to replace the axles, I told them over the phone that I had already had the vehicle apart, and it was unable to be driven, and they said that was fine and that the price to install my parts would be $100 per side. I tow the vehicle there at my own expense, and three hours later I get a call saying this and that are wrong with my car and they wanted $800 to repair it or they wouldnt work on my car. I declined the repair, and said I was going to have my vehicle towed back home, and then they still charge me $20 for a diagnostic fee when all I wanted was to have new axles installed, called ahead, and had to tow my vehicle there and back. So $180 later, no work had been done to my car, and I will never be taking ANY vehicles to this horrible shop. I recommend you stay away, unless you just want to throw money away.

I get my car maintained regularly.. I only drive 10 miles per day..I went in for a brake job this past Saturday..What are the odds that the check engine light comes on after I leave?Ofcourse they want me to bring it back!! NO THANKS!!

This is a great location to go to. I have been here about 3-4 times in the last few months and each time they are able to help me. The issues were addressed and they have informed me what needs to be done to fix it. This is my current mechanic and I will continue to go there.

I DO NOT recommend going here. I will never go back. A bunch of liars. They charged me 160 dollars for a way less than average brake job after they said it was going to be 100. The girl at the counter dont know her job. Oh and they also broke my lug bolt then lied about it.

My experience was horrible ! I paid the company $400 to get my car fixed because it was over heating they called me literally the end of the week so i thought that it was ok not a big deal. My car started just fine before they worked on it i went to the gas station and then tried to start my car again and it would not come on. I called them immediately to report the issue they told me to bring it back to the shop. so i had to pay another $100 just to get it towed. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. when i asked to speak with a manager they said he wasnt in every time. Then they stated that the guy that worked on my car got fired. I honestly do not care about who got fired my car is not fixed and i had paid them $400 like this is suck an inconvenience. They are now telling me that it is my starter and it will be $388 to fix it. my starter was never an issue until they tried to fix my car. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM AGAIN ! Every time i call them it goes straight to voicemail !

I brought my friend there to get work done on her car Saturday she had to bring it back today because they put cheap brakes on her car, she said she was scared to drive it. I just talked to her and its doing the same thing and now she has to take it somewhere else paying unnecessary money for a piss poor job👎

My experience with precision tune in rosedale was the worst experience that Ive ever had in servicing my car. They broke a piece off of my car while doing a simple oil change and did not take responsibility in doing so. While driving home it felt like i was driving a flintstone car. I called them when i got home, they told me to come back but refused to fix what they had damaged now my car sounds like a broke down disaster. They never let you speak with the owner.My car was fine before i went for an oil change it ran so smooth. Now it sounds like a bunch of tin cans clacking together and the engine is about to fall out They DO NOT stand behind their work. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! will i go back and ill make sure my friends never go there. YOU GO IN FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE, YOUR CAR COMES OUT IN A CASKET!!!!! If i could write a review with no stars thats the rating they would have

Service is terrible. I had a 9:00ish appointment (over a month ago) to have brakes done. I dropped the car off and told them I need it back BY 4pm. Come 4:15, the car STILL is not done. The car was not done until 6:30 (actually AFTER closing time), a lot of complaining and I was charged more that I was told it would be. It took THAT long to do brakes? When I asked why the bill was so high, (as the car needed calipers, I asked how much more the total would be and I was given a quote on those additions) they explained that it is all written in the receipt. I origonally requested that the brakes ONLY be replaced as they told me I needed new rotors. I said JUST PUT ON THE BRAKE PADS, but they then decided to turn the rotors smooth without informing me and charged me for it as well. The bill was about $250 more than I was quoted. I wrote Corporate Headquarters but STILL have had no response. Maybe I need to physically handle this myself to get the issue resolved and make myself feel better. I expect police to be called. This place is a scam.

They also notify you of what is wrong with the car as well as an estimate of the cost .The only unpleasant thing I would say is they charge by the hour if they need to work on your vehicle

My car broke down and I had it towed to them. They did a $30 Starting System Check and found that my Alternator and Battery needed to be replaced. They said it was going to be a total of $480 to fix both. I asked them to break down the prices. The battery was $112 and a $15 labor fee. And the Alternator was $257 and a $40 labor fee. I thought that was ridiculous so I wanted to know what parts they were putting in my car so I could check online to see how much they actually cost. The man on the phone refused to tell me any details and dodged every question. He then told me he isnt in the business of educating people. My car was stuck there so I agreed to have them replace both. When I got the receipt it listed the actual battery model. But the alternator just said Rebuilt. Overall it was horrible service and I dont know how its even legal for them not to give me any details on what they were putting in my car.. Bottom line I wouldnt go here.

Terrible! Do not go here with a coupon expecting to save any money. They do not honor their coupons. They will up charge every chance they get. Will try and make you get a service or repair you dont want or need if you reject their recommendations will not service your vehicle.
