Best buy has been a rather pleasant experience for me. The workers are kind and inviting-most of them are young and full of energy. They assisted my family and I when needed, but I did not particularly care for how excessive their energy was. It is almost as if they are trained to keep a smile on their face to push stuff down your throat. Other than that, it was great.

If you ever need an appliance, buy it here! Tina and Ashley were so incredibly helpful when I was having some issues with billing on my credit card (my address didnt match or something). They were nice and helped me through it over the phone. Great location. Great employees.

Our experience in the store was wonderful. They were helpful, and knowledgeable. We went in during Black Friday to buy new appliances, but they were still great.That being said, the delivery is a joke. They completely lost the fridge we had bought. I spent 4 hours on the phone being given the run around. I lost a good 200 dollars worth of food thanks to their rude and incompetent service. They also never apologized or made any attempt at compensation.Its sad because the in store service was so great, but I will never go back to Best Buy again. HORRIBLE!!!!

Go to any other best buy or electronics before you go to this one. Been there three times for three different items and did they did not have them. It was from kitchen items to home electronics and totally empty.

I was at the Golden Mall store recently. I have a very good experience in terms of Customer Service. The guy was good knowledgeable and thorough. The good thing was its very close to my house. Ill be baaack.

The Best Buy at the Rte. 40 in Rosedale is a great option for me on the way home from work. I have purchased many items from this location. I stopped by there on 5/20/16 to grab an sd card, which they had, and to look at the Mac Mini. The rep at the store did not even know what a Mac Mini was, and the store did not even carry them. He did let me know which locations did carry them, which was helpful.

As far as Best Buys go, this place is the worse. Twice I have ordered an item on their website that they say they have in-stock. Both times they immediately charged my credit card. Both times when I went in an hour or two later to pick up the paid for items, they informed me that they are actually out of stock and that they hadnt updated their inventory online. This time the guy even laughed about it. Then I have had to call several times to have them reverse the credit card charges...several calls. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere... I know most best buys have poor customer service...this one however, is the worse.

This Best Buy and the one 3 miles down the road (Whitemarsh/Nottingham area) have terrible customer service. If youre making a purchase, it is worth it to go to a different location than either of these two.I am an active google reviewer, and this is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had.Also, I had a terrible experience with geek squad at both locations as well!

I brought an external hard drive from them. When I took it home and try to plug it in, it wouldnt come on. I took it back 15 minutes after I brought it, a member of Geek Squad took it in the back for 40 minutes and told me it has been used and open. Never did I open it or even have a chance to use it. They wouldnt return it. I took it back home and took it a part and found that it was a fake hard drive in it, yes a fake hard drive in it. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again.

Purchased a stereo from Best Try and had their Geek Squad install. Big mistake. First, they act like they know what theyre doing until they start working on your vehicle. They didnt properly connect everything and the install took 2 hours longer than what they said. When I went back to have them correct what they didnt connect the first time, they tried to charge me. Thats when I drove 2 miles up Pulaski Hwy to an auto and truck outfitter, where I should have gone in the first place. Best Buy is good for some things, but dont waste your money on their vehicle stereos (way over priced) and dont let them anywhere near your vehicle to install it if you the kind of person who has money to waste buying their stereos.

After I had bought a laptop that was priced at $1000. I found out I needed a case for it, as I didnt realize how much bigger it was than the laptop I was replacing. When I went back to the store and walked over to the area with the cases, it appeared to be organized, but was not. It appears that the employees just put the cases where ever they had room. The tags did not match the product it was representing on the shelf. I ended up with about 5 different cases on the floor, I was on my knees scanning them with my phone to figure out the prices and sizes. As I was doing this, an employee pushed a ladder in front of me, got a piece of merchandise off of the shelf and left. Leaving the ladder blocking me. The employee did initially realize that she was blocking me and apologized, but I guess she quickly forgot. Frustrated by everything I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager. The manager Becky walked over, appearing extremely irritated that she would have to deal with me. I told her what happened, she really did not seem to care, asking what do you want me to do? I dont know what I want her to do, she is management, she should tell me what they can do, it has to be something other than nothing. What was even worse is she would not even look at me, she would look next to me or at my arm, I found this extremely strange. When I left, I asked for her name, she delayed for a few seconds, saw I wasnt leaving, roller her eyes and told me. I never once raised my voice, while obviously I was probably a pain in the butt to deal with (and with good reason) they have to be trained to deal with these types of situations. Im not sure if she is frustrated with her job and doesnt care, or if upper management prevents them from doing anything to satisfy a customer. After all this had happened, I called the main customer service number for Best Buy, they too didnt seem to care, they said they would make a note of it. Im willing to bet this is where it stops. The adviser never asked which store it was, there are 3 within 20 minutes of me. Im guessing at best it will go into some sort of general section on issues that have happened? Anyway, it is a shame that Best Buy is really the only place around that has a decent selection of laptops. I will now have to rely on some sort of internet company for my future electronic purchases, which will probably be Amazon. p.s. the cases are slightly more organized as I started organizing them before it was blocked off from me.

Spent over hour standing in the home theater section as the one employee staffed for that area wandered around the store. Walked by us numerous times, assisted another customer who entered the store after us, and then disappeared entirely. We requested help at the front desk, the young man politely obliged (the only bright spot of our experience), but to no avail. Upon deciding to leave the store, we contacted a manager to inform management of our displeasure.We received a quick and less than pleasant, Sorry sir, but we only had one person in the home theater section tonight. Theres nothing I can do about it.To this we responded, That is an unacceptable excuse as we were the only customers in the home theater section for nearly 45 minutes of our time in the store.In conclusion, we will NOT be returning to this Best Buy location.

I have been buying from Best Buy for years since they originally opened. Ive always liked the DVD & Music sections on a regular basis. Ive also been looking in all departments: Tvs, Stereos, computers, etc- I know where I can find anything I need, & on an average get the most competitive price. I have not liked H.H. Gregg- to me they remind me of the old days of Jack Luskins-only persons from that time will understand that statement. I also did like Circuit City for years but I went to both at the same time before CC shut down. However Best Buy has improved big time with their customer service especially with caring people on hand, with any questions you will get the answers, so they are the only place I go to for my local electronics, movies, & music. Keep going strong Best Buy!

Got an 28 flat screen from the Best Buy on route 40 it truned out to be an 24. How colud a mistake of almost 5 and $75 be made. This makes me really wonder about what they are selling and how they are selling thier product Was it an mistake?Let me know if this has happen to you

Dont buy the protection plan at any best buy their way of getting that much more out of you the people that work there dont know about what they are selling dont know about you but when I ask a question to someone that works in a store like this you would think they should know go to white marsh still dont get protection they are selling you the factory warranty
