Nice size store. Enough staff to accommodate the customers but still a little slow. Couldve been the phone itself that was the problem. Seems like everyone there is new because they would ask each other questions about the products. However, everyone was very nice to every customer

This is a corporate office for Sprint. I was told I had to go to this store to receive service on my phone. 3 employees had no idea what they were doing. Poor customer service. After calling sprint customer service to set up my own phone line, was told it should have been done in the store. Wish i could give less than 1 star.

Very helpfull staff

I recently went in this store to upgrade my phone and the lady that helped me went above my highest expectations to help locate the phone I wanted, her name was Angela and she had the friendliest and most positive attitude. She is truly a credit to sprint !

I went to this Sprint store today. They were not helpful at all. I wanted to get an upgrade on my phone but was not able to because I was told that I had to pay 149 dollars for a slight crack on my phone in order to get my upgrade. However, this was very frustrating because I have been a loyal customer of sprint for the last 20 years. Maybe its time for me to move on.

I upgraded one of my lines to an iPhone 7 for my son. My son plan is under his moms account. All I needed was to add the phone I brought through sprint to an existing line under his mom account. The lady told me it couldnt be done. I said Ive always done THIS!!! She was like since I brought under my account it has to stay under my account. So as I was discouraged by this lady. I called Sprint and they took care of everything other the phone. It took about 15 minutes.... I hate when people give out faults information and waste my time.

My experience there is always great. Very experience staff; always willing to help. Gets a little crowded at times but it worth the wait

I went in the Sprint store upset after dealing with customer service on the phone and my contacts lost plus i didnt like the phone i received online. The staff was awesome! Mandi (Emanuel) handled my problem. He returned my phone with no problem and seen how upset i was that i lost all my contacts (due to customer service on the phone) Ive had for over 18 yrs. After several attempts trying to retrieve them i had calmed down bc i seen how hard he worked trying to get them back. When he handed me my new phone he had a big smile on his face and said look and YES he did it he got my contacts back!! I was so excited i gave him a big hug..now thats customer service..he went above and beyond for me. I am a business owner so i know how important it is to have an employee that really cares. I hope you see this review Emanuel bc you are AWESOME! Thanks again an FYI i never write reviews but felt this was necessary!! :)

Great service at company store in golden ring.

I went there to get 2 s9 pluses, with their 50% off promo. I was porting my numberS from metro, metro released the numbers right when i got there and it still took over 3 hours to get out the door. I have a 9 month old baby at home and both our phones were unless for 3 hours to due sprint not metro. Thought they would throw in a case due to the long wait but nothing. They actually wanted me to leave and come back, and have them call me when they are ready, i said how you gonna call me with me not having my phone. Most people only use cell phones and dont have home phones. I recieved my first bill and neither phone is 50% off i am suppose to pay 38$ a month for both, thays the normal monthly price, so with 50% off $38 would be for both.

I was greeted immediately and asked how I could be served. The employees are extremely nice and helpful.

I like this location its fast and closed to home 5 or 10 min drive

My experience is to send me to another store unless youre paying your bill. Customer service non existent.

They are not open until seven on sundays. The hours need to change online. I will be speaking to a manager about this because I just wasted my time going there. I am not happy
