They have a great product selection and their prices are very reasonable. The people I have dealt with there are always nice. The only one that wasnt nice to me was the owner; I said hello to him and he looked at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears and then walked away. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows?Overall, Im happy that they are local to me. The only thing that would make them better is Saturday hours.

Was recommended to come here when I couldnt find a unique shoulder bolt anywhere else. They didnt have it. Rather then sending me on my way the gentleman took the time to come up with an alternative solution for me. This saved me a lot of time. Definitely will be back whenever Im in a similar situation.

I bought 4 bolts 12 washers 4 lock nuts bolts wouldnt work for my machine I was repairing so I went back to exchange them for something that would work they wouldnt exchange.them at the point of sale they did.not tell me no exchanges so Im out $115.97 and have to go somewhere else to buy the right bolts to fit my machine they didnt even say Im sorry

Overall not consumer friendly by second owner.Needed one bolt cost $2.00 had to pay $10.00 minium cash per owner tired of dealing with public Sorry been there multiple times in the passed never had issues before
