The owner is honest. If he can’t fix something, he will tell you and not waste your time. Every time I’ve taken my mower in, he has knocked it out fast and reasonable. This includes my 26 year old Craftsman mower, which he tried to find parts for the transmission for the self propelled part. He could not find them, so we made it a push mower. Mower is still running, it just takes a little more time to use.

Great customer service went in for plumbing parts. Got great installation advice very knowledgeable.

Stopped here today for the first time. The place is crowded and unkempt. The owner pretty much whisked us out after asking what we needed ( which he didnt have) poor representation of an Ace Hardware.

HONEST BUSINESS!Called them about getting my power washer repaired. I needed a new pump. The gentleman on the phone explained to me how easy it was to repair myself, only 3 bolts. Rosedale Hardware earned my future business. I dont think Home Depot or Lowes would ever do that for a customer.

Lou, the owner is an old School owner. Hes very knowledgeable, treats folks well and gives super service to help solve any hardware issue you may have. If he cant find a solution, chances are good there is none and he will work with you to find one that will work. If youre looking for impossible to find, new old parts, he has them or can get them. I highly recommend Rosedale Hardware for the reasons above and hes a great conversationalist too!

This is the place to come for reliable advice and parts to fix you problem. He has the parts, knowledge, and experience to help you resolve your problems. He also does mower repairs at a very reasonable rate. When compaired to other shops, about half the price. A big plus is glass and screen repairs. Half the price or less than other repair locations.

Took 2 door screens to have repaired and when returned to pickup screens were not there. Owner told my husband someone already picked up. When my husband said that he didnt and no one else would have, all the owner had to say was if the person comes back well call you. Now, I know sometimes things happen but they didnt even try to make things right by paying for my screens. I dont even understand how this could happen considering we had to pay at pickup. Did they just outright sell them to someone? Seems very shady to me.

Our dryer had a gas leak, and they no longer make the same fittings for it. (which we did not know, until the gentleman at Rosedale Hardware told my husband!) My husband had 1st went to Home Depot and Lowes, Neither place had the correct fittings to fix our dryer, and neither place had an employee that had the knowledge to help purchase what would work! My husband went to Rosedale Paint & Hardware and the gentleman knew exactly what was needed, and the price was lower than what he was going to pay at Home Depot. Had my dryer fixed in 5 minutes after he got home!
