For the first time in my life I was asked to prove that I had in fact paid at the pump. I had, of course, because Im a grown adult with a high enough IQ to not be confused in any way shape or form about whether I had, in fact paid at the pump or simply hallucinated it.I dont what kind of awful customer service is being taught here, but unless you want the embarrassment of them suggesting, in front of a line of waiting customers, that perhaps you are lying about paying at the pump, I would suggest staying far, far away from this place.

Rude much? I got a really rude customer service today. Young guy, dark hair with a pierced nose at the check out, he was not friendly at all but rather rude. Just stares at you, doesn’t talk to you (let you know your total or ask you if you want a receipt ) rather go back to what he was doing looking at some paper work. Just leave you standing there. Just bad customer service. Why is he working up front? He should work in the back if he doesn’t want to deal with people. Just a bad vibe from this guy. I will take my business somewhere else.

I love this store. They do a wonderful job despite being short staffed (like everywhere else). Sabrina is so friendly & helpful!!!!

3 out of 4 large soda cups were empty, the large straws- empty, there were no cold sandwiches. At the checkout the younger woman was working very hard to keep up with customers. The older woman was counting a till, while 8-10 people waited, she helped one person- never said ‘thank you’ and then went back while the rest of us waited. What is happening to Holidays customer service?!

Teach your staff how to fix a problem when it comes up and fix your receipts at the pump.

The man that works there is the greatest! Perfect 👌 he literally deserves a raise. Super nice people also

Same issues at this location with multiple pumps not working and none of the pumps will dispense a receipt when you’re done and expect you to go inside every time this is probably eight times in a row will be my last visit.
