Love the Rosemont. Minnesota Store. All employees are AWESOME, especially Ross!

Not recommended to do mobile orders. Instead of doing them in the order they come in, as most would expect. They wait until you “check in” when you walk inside. Easily 30+ people inside waiting for mobile orders! Drinks and food always taste fine but what’s the point of ordering in advance to make it convenient?

My friend ordered a caramel mocha and two slices of warmed pumpkin bread. They only gave her one and not warmed. She also couldn’t taste any caramel in it. She called this store when she got home, which is a 15 minute drive for her, and they tersely told her to drive back. No apologies were made either. No offer of refunds or making it up to her. You folks need to try harder, when you let a customer down. We are regulars here.

I am glad this locations customer service has improved over the last 2 years. The team was rude and not well trained. I didnt feel I needed to go out of my way to another location since Starbucks is known for its customer service and quality. I contacted CS for various issues and experiences at this location and maybe they did get the feedback since I havent had a bad experience for a long time. I visit them often, but on varying days and times. Everyone is friendly now. I never had an issue with my drinks or food.

Overall, great. But they’ve been overwhelmed lately. Longer delays than usual weekend mornings and afternoons.

This is like any other starbucks. When this place gets busy it usually runs slower, but Im pretty sure thats with any establishment.

Very rude and slow! Was 6:30 at night with no one inside and 4-5 workers all chatting with their friends while we sat at the drive thru to order for over 10 minutes. Wasn’t until I said something that then then proceeded to take our order. When taking the order, acted as if I was the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend.

I like Starbucks. They have good drinks and good food.

Good drinks but I took a star off for cost. there is no way anyone should be charging almost $6 for a medium beverage. couple of shots of espresso a little bit of oat milk a few shots of syrup... really just equates to about $3.50 even with labor so knock it off

Very disappointed for some reason they changed straws to paper ones. The straw is breaking and falling apart when I mix and drink with the steaw.

A guy named Mohammed showed amazing service to me and my friends. Not only that but he made me and my friends day. He also proceeded to give us kids some great life advice. I don’t know about the others but Mohammed definitely deserves a raise.

Friday mornings for Coffee at any drive thru are usually hoping and the Rosemount location is no expection. Was there around 930a and about 15 cars deep, and had my beverages about 10 min later.Was bummed they didnt have the birthday (or any for that matter) cake pops in stock but didnt have the menu marked as such (which is why there is 4 stars and not 5)

Amazing staff and even better coffee!

Both of my iced lattes did not have caramel syrup in it, only the drizzle. And both of my chocolate crossiants were warmed but they were really cold in the middle. Staff was working really hard though.

Employee (i forget her name) helped me very kindly with my order because I dont go to Starbucks very often.

Ive gone to Starbucks a lot recently and everytime I go the baristas have been so extremely nice. Even when its super busy and stressful. And anytime I ask for a mystery drink/ you pick for me drink they always seem super excited and give me something fun and new. Thank you!

Good friendly service. Very quick. I usually get just regular coffee and Ill say the two times I got it the coffee was a bit watered down. Recommend making the coffee a bit stronger.

I understand we live in the covid world right now so things operate a little differently. I mobile ordered ahead for in store pick up, head inside only to find out I have to wait in line to get my drinks!, HUH!!! That’s not how order ahead works. They need a better system and/or more employees, better yet Rosemount NEEDS another Starbucks STAT! I’ve gone to 2 other locations, mobile order, in store pick up and I didn’t have to wait in any line, so I just don’t understand why Rosemount is making you do this. Hope it changes soon, otherwise don’t bother ordering ahead.

I get that they’re busy on Saturday mornings; my problem is the ice was melted in the cold brew I ordered by the time my iced matcha came out. They also messed up my order as I paid to have 4 pumps of a syrup added and there was barely any in it. To wait 20 minutes after my first drink is just not okay. I even did a mobile order so you still mess the order up in frustrating.

This location can be hit or miss. If driving a ways we usually bypass this one for another location. 🤣

I’ve been here many times because it’s on my route. And they are by far the slowest at the drive through. The staff are like robots and have no personality. It would make the long wait worth it if they could engage with a happy attitude or even show a smile!

Great drinks! quick service! however, my boyfriend lost his bag in store. we called as soon as we knew it was missing and knew it was at this starbucks. the lady said she would look later and would give us a call back in 30 minutes or less. that call never came. i wish our concerns were taken a bit more serious.

I frequent this location as it is right along my morning commute. Whether I get an iced coffee or a tea or just a brew, they make it perfect every time! Sometimes they mess up my food order...but they are always willing to fix it. They keep their cool for how busy this place is with the high school right down the street. Great job, team!

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. 10 am and there’s 10 people in the drive through and 12 people in line inside.Was in a relative hurry, but waited. 12 minutes later the line hadn’t moved. Bailed and went outside, that line hadn’t moved either.I end up at this Starbucks a few times every year. This seems to be the norm not the exception.For what it’s worth my orders always right. The line is just always way too long

Starbucks coffee is way better than Caribou, in my opinion,(no burnt flavor) and their bakery items are fresh and yummy and not dried out or picked over with only crumbs for evidence in the display case. I wish there were more of them around.

Overall a great cafe. I recommend Starbucks over Caribou if you want something my coffee like. Caribou is usually better if you want to get something a lot sweeter or if you want hot chocolate. The place is nice and well kept. The Baristas are nice but not always the fastest. I overall really like this Starbucks. It has a drivethru.

It absolutely drives me INSANE that when going through the drive through they wont ever touch your credit/debit card, even if it is hard for you to reach the credit card reader.... They wont even take it out of the reader for you!Should i start collecting tips for running my own transaction?

I have always had a great experience at this location. Although it is very busy every time I am there, the staff is courteous, keeps the line moving, and ensures everyone gets what they ordered.

You know what you get. Consistent service, consistency in product and a well maintained facility. This time I had the passion fruit Lemonade. It was sweet for my taste, so I added water and it was perfect for my taste. Ill be back.

My own hometown Starbucks -- I grew up going here and each time I go back its a little spur of close memories. Clean and homey, with the new renovations this coffee shop is really a great place to work, study, or chat with friends. Love it!!!

Great Service... stopped in for the wife and asked if they could do the special pink drink. No hesitation got it done. They were quite busy though so orders took a little bit. Sure looked like the were doing their best though. Oh and I had to steal a taste of this so called special pink drink because I could smell it from the cup.... that damn thing is delicious!!

Waited in line for 20 mins and order a cinnamon dolce mac. And when we got it, it had Carmel drizzle in it...so my boyfriend got out of the car and gave it back telling the worker this problem (I don’t have anything diary...that includes the Carmel drizzle). The worker gave my boyfriend the drink back In the SAME cup I got the first time!! And it had coffee a lot on the outside of the cup...I asked for light ice the first time around and over half my cup was filled with ice ...

My fave Starbucks. This is because of the people that work there. Courtney, Kate, Ross, Darlene, Brett and Ashton are just a few of the outstanding staff that are nice to see when I come in for coffee. Thats twice a day when Im at work. The patio is nice, there is ample parking.Tim

I frequent this Starbucks. I love the new remodel, the employees are very friendly and the service is quick. The one thing that needs a big improvement is the cleanliness. The floor today was filthy. There was trash on the floor right by the ovens in plain view of the customers. The bathrooms where also filthy. I would hate to see the kitchen. I think I will be going through the drive thru more than sitting inside.

I order the new all drug Carmel Frappuccino and told them I Want did a decaf one. The girl that took my order in for me thats something else other than the coffee that was in their add caffeine which I was very surprised because no one has ever told me that before. The 2 girls in the drive-through around noon were Excellent so I gave him a $5 tip good job ladies keep it up.

Love the space and service. Location is tough because a veerrryy busy parking lot. The biggest con is when their are drive-thrus, the window has to be open alot and a cold breeze makes so cold that people have to wear winter jackets inside.

I was very disappointed today with my experience i ordered a aćai refresher which was good, but on the other hand i ordered a bagel when i got up to the window they said they didnt have it then i asked for an alternative which was a blueberry muffin they still didnt have it and it was breakfast time! so i ended getting a peice of banana bread which did not did anything like banana bread and left still very disappointed and will not be returning to that starbucks

I visit this location daily and they have the best group of employees you could ask for. They get to know who you are and always greet customers with a smile. Nice to see a store that has great employees and is always clean.

I love this Starbucks. They have a great outdoor patio and I love bring my dog. They even have Puppachinos which most places don’t.

Anytime I visit, whether its been busy or not, I always receive amazing service at this location. The drinks have always tasted great and Ive always received the correct order, very promptly at that.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I asked and specified in detail what type of drink I wanted. It was a drink you needed a recipe to, and I explained to them how you make it. Then charged me for the extra stuff that goes in it, and when I got the drink, what I was charged for wasnt there. Plus they gave me the smallest size they could have and I ended up paying $8 for it. I gave it back to them to fix it and they told me maybe I should show them the picture first next time instead of fixing it. I wont be back to this one.

Every time I try to stop by for a coffee (simple iced coffee) I end up waiting 5-10 minutes for it.If I go through drive thru it comes out faster but after sitting in an inevitable line for 5-10 minutes it basically is a wash.Ive even tried ordering thru the app and it doesnt matter.Last time there were 5 employees and I ordered right away (and no one came in immediately after me) yet I waited for nearly 8 minutes for my drink. The woman taking orders refilled milk/cream and cups. There w was 1 person making drinks for me and the people who had ordered before me. Then 3 standing around for drive thru orders with only 1 making those orders.I hate coming here unless I really need a coffee.

Typically there is a line. In addition once again I ask for a hot chocolate drink and get a MOCHA. I dont drink coffee so now my money is wasted.

Bro, that coffee was so strong it challenged me to an arm wrestling match. But, the hand dryers in the bathroom were quite slick

Horrible. I’m a longtime goldcard holder almost ten years. I love Starbucks but will never go to this one again. I went through drive thru to kill some time and time I did kill... two cars in front of me so I was like this will be quick. 10 mins later only one car had moved. I saw three people working and people inside but not crazy busy. Just unacceptable. I finally gave up. Thank God there was room and I could get out of the line. As I watched the people working through the window there was zero sense of urgency.

Drive thru! Decent amount of seating indoors, but not many tables conducive to meetings/working. Outdoor patio in nice weather, too.

I was meeting a friend there at noon today and I could not believe my friend had ordered just a short coffee simple coffee it took over 15 minutes to get that coffee. Big cars both of us have worked for Starbucks for many years we were lu really surprised by the poor very poor customer service that we received in when the manager is sitting at 1 of the only tables available I asked if she would move. I guess I dont need to go there anymore this was in Rosemont Minnesota

Wasnt very busy, but we spent 5 minutes trying to order as the girl couldnt figure out the register. My girlfriend repeated her order 3 times and they still couldnt get it right. Then it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks.

Clean, attentive staff, an above average Starbucks but still a Starbucks.

PAINFULLY slow service. If youre going before work give yourself 15-20 min just in case. Also you never really know how accurate your drink will be. Beyond frustrating.

Ever since the remodel the service has gone crazy downhill. And the store is SO dirty. Trash overflowing out of the bins and on the floor! We actually almost ran over garbage bags at the end of the drive thru. We keep giving it chances but Im not sure why. That store used to be so good! But these days I cant recommend sadly.
