Great customer service. Was willing to order my part same day. Store was clean and they were organized.

Wrong part was ordered - which took a week to arrive at the store. After contacting the store about this, Elizabeth initially was going to charge me the cost of the correct part until I told her I disagreed since the mistake was on their part. She said she couldnt process an exchange without my bringing in the part that was ordered incorrectly. Due to the hassle, I took the incorrect part back to the store for a full refund and Elizabeth first questioned if the part I brought back was even purchased through them and not some place else, and then after I asked what amount I was being refunded, she stated an amount lower than I paid. When I told her the total amount that I paid, she said she couldnt refund me for the shipping cost - I didnt even know they stuck me with a shipping cost until that moment. She told me to contact customer service if I had questions- but didnt provide any of their contact information.I contacted customer service later that day, and a chat representative by the name of Akshay K disconnected the conversation after I stated my issue, and when I called to talk to a representative, the phone line disconnected me.I definitely WILL NOT be making another purchase through this company and advice the same for anybody else.

Hopeless place to come shop for your farm supplies. Cashiers talk to customers nonstop not being cognizant of the fact that others have to get to work. Oats that I bought the same day were full of dirt. Best place to go is Damon feed store. Give the little guy the business

First time order online here at 8:35 pm Friday to pick up order door is lock close !!! WTH it’s say open 7:30 am to 9 pm 😡 even call no one pick up*update so Jz talk to kandell manager very nice guy so I found out it’s closed due to covid 19 and that understands so 1 to 4 stars ⭐️ but driving 20 each way x4 😩

Cashier was very helpful. Even though the part that I needed was. Not under my phone number until she checked the on line purchase, then it cam up. Now adays u have to have either on of ur recites so that u can have ur warranty work She was s very helpful an friendly, Lady that helped out very well, i will return 😊.

This is by far the best parts store in Richmond/Rosenberg!!! I have had stellar customer service every time I visit this location!! Several times even going out of the way to help me!! Thank you!!The manager even stayed late one nite after closing helping me find a part for my car. The reason I point this out is because I felt bad, and he acted like it was no big deal providing service with a smile. Excellent inventory, well organized and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

After purchasing a battery that I was told they would replace and throw away. The women rolled her tool box outside told me to do it myself then proceeded to go back inside.

I call the store to ask for a price. A female answer the phone. I ask her for price and availability for a headlight. She keep asking again what I need it. I told her again and gave model and year of my car. Once again she ask me the same question. I got mad and ask her if she wanted me to speak Spanish. She got me and hung the phone. Rude lady

They recommended the wrong blade after miscommunications on both sides. After the blades didnt fit they came out and asked if I needed help. They got me the right blades and installed them for me for no extra charges. Nice people. The boss likes to stare at you too much. Kinda weird.

I Walked in and asked where the bolt sealer was at, the guy behind the counter pointed so I found it ! No help with what I was looking for or what I was trying to accomplish!

Im not a mechanic. I thought I knew what I needed but I wasnt certain. In fact, I wasnt certain exactly how to do what I needed to do. I took the book I was using as a reference into the store. The guy that helped me asked me a few questions, looked at the diagrams in my book and explained exactly what parts I needed AND he gave me some advice that made my repair easy. He went far above and beyond to help me. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts.

Went to see if they use their scanner tool and they never have more than 2 employees they said Im the only one here cant do that right now. Well I dont know why they advertise that loan tools .. Going to AutoZone, better place for me.

Very clean facility. Went in and asked for help, got the help we needed right away. Gentleman was very nice and helpful. We had previously went to both Auto zone and OReilly and they did not have what we needed and service was slow. Definitely recommend going to Advance Auto Parts for your vehicle needs!

I was immediately greeted and helped in trading a car battery. Very friendly and helpful.

I bought some wipers for my truck. One had the wrong blade in the packaging and I had to return it. I didnt care for all the questioning, i had just bought it 5 minutes previously. Then i see a sign that they install the wipers if you buy them. So no questions needed, come outside and look.

Poor customer service. Sorry didnt get names. I associate told my daughter she would need to take out and carry her car battery in herself. I guy did help her
