Great place to get the parts you need for you vehicle and the basic tools to fix your ride. Dont matter if youre fixing, detailing, touching up the paint, installing an electrical accessory, or just need to know why your Check Engine light is on.

Rude workers and careless management. Very unprofessional. Being part of the corporate world in auto parts this establishment is by far the worst to do business with. I recommend you go next door to orileys. I have contacted my business associates at the corporate offices to advise them of this establishments poor service.

Six younger workers standing around and not willing to help customers. In my 50 plus years of shopping at auto stores, I have never had an employee tell me, the computer tells me it will take over 45 minutes to change the battery, and we are not allowed to do it. I opened the hood and showed him there are two terminal bolts and the battery will take less than 5 minutes to change. The employee told me he still could not change it. LUCKILY, there was an OReilly Auto store right beside this AutoZone. I went there and bought a new battery. Less than 10 minutes later I was on the road again. I went back to AutoZone less than 15 minutes after I left and told them they might want to use their brain instead of totally relying on their computer. I dont know if it was laziness, incompetence, or lack of adult leadership but today they lost a sale of just under $200 and I will be reluctant to purchase any items at that location. I will not be getting into the Zone, AutoZone anytime soon.

The manager they had this week is clueless and has attitude issues She argues with you instead of finding a resolution they give you warranty on items than she acts like they don’t exist when it’s right on the receipt ? she made a mistake and instead of fixing them her exact words where “I don’t care” she was suppose to refund me money and instead charged it so here I am having to fix her mistakes because she was to busy getting annoyed instead of paying attention I hope she sees this so she can either better herself or her boss should give her a new position .

Went in there for a set of plugs, had the old A/C delco plug with me with a part # on it and had the Autolite part #, but that was too confusing for the counterman, so I gave him the year, make, model and he still couldnt look it up. Wont be going back here.

They will run diagnostics on your car for free - AND help you install something (minor - its NOT a repair garage lol) right there in their parking lot, if you need. If they dont have whatever you need in stock themselves, they will call around - even calling local competitors - to find it for you! I find that to be impressive customer service!

My favorite autozone they save me a lot money and time they give you free diagnostic on you vehicle they do so fast so I can tell the mechanic what wrong with my vehicle before they charge you for diagnostic on you vehicle they charge 40$ just to tell you what wrong before they start to fix is not a lot money but save it to get discounts on autozone you cant go wrong going to this store good costumers service and the best part is they can charge you battery for free or if you buy battery in autozone they have warranty protection.
